### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

----------

Hi there bushaa88,

It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.

**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**

#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-

- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.

- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**

- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.

Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Thanks for your cooperation,

Bunjil

Staying up at Castlemaine for the weekend and I mentioned to GemmaSistema that I would be staying up this way, so Gemma made a trip up to here and we met up in the morning and then spent a fantastic day around the outer suburbs of Bendigo.
Plenty of laughs, Bush tracks, a couple of Lab caches thrown in and of course lots of other caches found along the way, ending with a couple of pizzas for tea in the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens
A great day out was had.
Another one that Gemma had already found so it was get out of the drivers seat and go and look for it yourself.
Soon spotted the well themed cache signed the log and we were on our way again.

Thanks msbergz TFTC.

It has been a while since Neville_devil, AusFox; and myself have been out for a big caching trip but today was the day that would change as we headed up the Calder for some caching in the Bendigo direction.
A quick detour here on the way to find the alphabet series. There is nothing better to wash down a greasy burger than an ice cold coke.
Thank you msberz for the cache and sorry for the late logging time gets away sometime when life gets busy

30-Sep-19
It had been a while since our last caching trip, so Simsfamily, Neville Devil and I headed up to Bendigo to tick a few boxes and visit new locations with perfect weather.
We were grateful to find the soft drink to wash down the burger.
Log signed and replaced as found.

23-Aug-19
Up in Bendigo for a couple of days visiting the rellies and managed to sneak out again this afternoon to pick up a couple more caches. Initially the GPS had us going around and around and around in circles, but it was Mr Pooky who eventually spotted something that could be the cache and further investigation revealed he was spot on. A very applicable camouflage for the environment. TFTC TNLN.

An excuse to go caching with omegaman, Snap Happy and the Empire while finding some of the lost jewels from the museum, up here around Bendigo. Picking up some great gems and different hides along the way. Most of the logs were signed Team Happy. We had some fun and laughs while doing the nearby series and any others around them. Some were more of a challenge than others but all achieved in the end.

Thanks msbergz for all the effort of placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play
