Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Thor's day the seventeenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A quick find here today on our way past, cache is all goodTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
Easy find, good spot not to bust but look.out not the spikes on that tree!! Ouch
Lovely morning out on the road with the fantastic Mr Fox and thought wed grab a few easy grab n go caches in between destinations. Thanks for the hides (and the giggles as he navigated through far too many spiky branches to retrieve the prize!)
Felt like going for a drive out to Rosedale, and saw that there was a cache I hadn't logged yet. Left a travel bug for the next person to take if they want to. Bit prickly getting to GZ, but hey, that's all part of the game! TFTC
This was a nice quick find, like the others along this road. Pleased that we chose this road to travel along. We had started off on a different route but changed our minds, glad we did. Thanks for the fun of finding the caches you placed.
A nice quick find by Snail. Were on our way home today after going to the Canberra mega and caching our way back down the east coast. TFTC
Found on a road trip along the Coast Road from Adelaide through to Melbourne and Sydney with a few detours along the way. Thanks for the cache Scrappy1!

Finished our weekend away and heading home. But stopped here to grab a late lunch. Looking around for geocaches I discovered this was the only unfound geocache in Rosedale. Pleased that after I DNFed this one years ago, looks like it had been replaced and once onsite I quickly found it just as Huntress was about to look in another spot. Thanks for the cache Scrappy 1Hunter
TFTC SL - Found while travelling from Lakes Entrance to Phillip Island. Cache in great condition
God little hide in a town that I usually just drive through. Found nice and quickly, without too many spikes. Tftc
The last weekend of daylight savings - Time to head away for the weekend to the Latrobe Valley for some exploring, camping and caching with RoamingHowie.
Our first for the day. At first we were worried it was going to be a gumnut.

It’s road trip time. With plenty of places out east that have yet to be explored, OzHockeyChick and I set off to see some sights in Gippsland.
It was the last day of the road trip and time to slowly head home. A nice quick find here after checking out another campsite just south of Rosedale. More cars with no visible owners in odd locations.
Thanks Scrappy_1 for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

A scenic driving day as it’s drizzly. Popped my newly-knitted beanie on my head and headed up the road. A couple of multis, an Earthcache, a virtual, a puzzle and a bag of trads...
The tree relieved me of my hat Nice easy find.
TFTC Scrappy_1 Was that you parked nearby?

Trucks and more trucks; all double trailer. I went to drive into the laneway, but stopped when I saw the dust, with a truck front sticking out of it, filling the laneway and approaching at good speed. I parked beside the main road instead. The truck pulled out of the laneway, followed by another, which I hadn't seen, being hidden in the dust. Then after they left, dust trailing after them, another truck turned into the laneway. After that I made a dive for GZ, before more trucks and their dust appeared. Failed, because as I was leaving, two more came down the laneway. Then as I sat in the car to write notes, another and their dust appeared. DUSTY place, but cache and log are good. TFTC Scrappy_1.
I had organised for a weekend in Gippsland... with Saturday allocated to caching... with Sale being the focal point for the day... to visit the grave of Allan McLean for the Victorian Premiers Wherigo... Having completed the "all important" Wherigo task, I was free to chase other caches on my way back to Traralgon via the Longford road... stopping for a selection of caches as I went.
Stopped for this last cache along the Longford road as I arrived in Rosedale... a straight forward find. Thanks **Scrappy_1** for putting this cache out.

Thanks for the cache Scrappy_1,
Stayed at Willow Park on the way up to Paynesville. Beautiful morning, a chance to pick up a Cache on the push bike while the miss's layed in. Mill Rd makes a nice shortcut back to the stopover, the works are underway for more housing. Wouldn't be a bad place to live, between Sale and Traralgon, every thing you need close at hand.
Regards from Victourer

Out on a Christmas break with sir_spectre, exploring southern Victoria grabbing lots of smilies, finding caches in LGA's and of course signing a few more challenges.

Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.
stopped to get a new victorian LGA. quick find.
Left with Mogni the day before Christmas to go down to Mount Gambier for Christmas Day. Then on the 27th left for Victoria. Plan A was to go to the Ottway Rangers, complete the Geo tour in Ballarat and then head to Geelong and take the Queenscliff ferry over to Sorrento then grabbing new LGA's on route to almost the New South Wales/Victoria border and the old 2001 cache near there. Also attending a community day event, a CITO and a couple of other events as well. Then head in to the high country and come back to SA in 11 days. Things didn't go to plan. Turns out that one of my almost new tyres was defective ( side wall blown out ) and blew in the ottway ranges on a narrow road in the rainforest, Drove to Melton to stay overnight and get a new tyre there, tyre machine broken and the other 5 tyre companies not open so off to geelong for a new tyre ( and some caches on the way and in geelong ) . The event we where going to attend in geelong didn't turn out, he was late by ALOT to his own event. Then to ballarat to same day since we had a b&b booked for the next few nights. Planned on getting the ferry at 1200 and ended up on the 400 pm ferry but we did attend a event and CITO in geelong. Then we drive into the rear end of a thunder storm with forecast 20 mm dropping for the next few days. Cancel the high country and change targets to letterbox D/T for fizzy grid only using letterboxes and same wirh the multi fizzy grid plus fizzy grid only using victorian caches plus any challenge caches we where near. Plus getting a few more victorian 2001 caches. And finally any caches that had 40 more more favourite points. Only got soaked to the bone for a couple of days but the water on the tracks was noticeable. On the return home tried to get the rest of the missing LGA's around the Melbourne CBD i missed in the last mega. Still a fun trip was had if not the planned one.

I had been collecting Wellington LGA caches yesterday up the Northern end and today I was passing back through it on the way home so I thought I would get a couple more, this being one of them.

A quick find here then I tried to drive though to the other end of this road but it is blocked by a fence so had to do a U-turn and go back out the way I came in.

Great easy spot. We were camping at Willow Park so we were on foot - couldn’t walk through from the other end of Mill Lane so it was a decent walk through Rosedale past the old hotel and left down the Longford Road. Have a cuppa on us. Cheers
A slight detour on our journey had us venturing in to the prickly zone to retrieve this cache. Thanks Scrappy_1 for giving us something extra to do on our drive home.

Since my 6 week holiday to Queensland was a disaster I’m now back in Victoria.
There is a Sidetracked event on in Bunyip tonight that I’m planing on attend so thought I might as well come a bit further and pick up an LGA that I haven’t cached in before.
A nice drive up the Hwy with not to much traffic about.
Funny how you come back to places that you have been to before a few times and thought why didn’t I know about caching before.
They are doing roads works along here and you could only come in from one direction.
Problem is they have been watering the road and now a not so clean Geocruiser.
Thanks Scrappy_1 TFTC

The fog eventually cleared over the valley and it was set to be a bonza winters day- so off I went on a Wednesday drive hoping to collect the series along this Road.. This was my first pit stop, cache located and signed with no head scratching TFTH.
Was so much fun to find this with my son, who has really good eye site lol
After a fabulous couple of days in Sale I’m wending my westerly via several caches. Here I parked on the road and walked up the dirt track to make a quick find here TFTC Scrappy 1
Suscoe was up early this morning for the trip home.
We left Sale not long after the sun had peeped over the horizon.
It was a cool start but as the day passed by the sun got a little warmer.
We enjoyed the caches that we were after this morning.
Some traditionals, an Earth Cache, an Adventure Lab and a couple of Multis in the mix as well.
The Gippsland countryside is a delight.
Thanks to Scrappy 1 for this cache and for the terrific enjoyment that we have had this morning along the back road from Sale to Rosedale.
A favourite for your efforts.

No sign of it. Disappointed as others have said it’s an easy find. Did find this stuff on the ground nearby
I was so disappointed not to find this one especially because I was looking for my first trackable! And everyone else found it easy. I’ll be keeping an eye on this one to see if other find it. I did see a snake or lizard skin and a hole so be careful!
Cache in good condition. Again full of goodies. Traded a pathtag for a mermaid keyring. TFTC
A quick find on the way to my farm. I have actually seen this cache from the car in passing. Anyone who doesn't cache would have no idea it was there.
