Well I didn't go away anywhere for the long weekend and neither did OzHockeyChick. So today we went on a bike ride along a couple of trails and this was one of them.
After completing the aqueduct trail in Research/Eltham area we headed over here for another nice and not too hilly ride. It was a busy little trail along here today with the beautiful weather but it was handy having the bikes and a companion so we looked a lot less suspicious.
Unfortunately even though I notice it is now archived, we couldn't find it either.
Thanks amaali for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Found this cheeky hide being find number 3 for today. All in good order. TFTC amaali
Out and about with echidna44 for another fun day of caching with only one DNF. Search for a while only to notice it was at our feet. Realized where it should have been and replaced it there. Thanks for your cache amaali
Out with xambo4u, we decided to walk along the Darebin Creek in Mill Park. We had a successful day with only one DNF.
This had us searching a while, until we found it on the ground. We replaced it where it should have been. Thanks amaali

Found this one a little while ago but forgot to log. Found with my youngest while out for a bike ride this afternoon. Managed to have this one sortred and signed after a short search, thanks amaali for the hide.
Found it sitting on the ground, covered in mud. May have blown or washed out from hiding hole.
I placed back in closest hole. You may want to check on it...

Suscoe headed for the Bundoora area on a mild day with a bit of sun, a bit of cloud and a mild breeze for a Summer's day.
20 caches visited and 20 caches found.
All caches are in good order and are well maintained by their owners, thank you.
Thanks to amaali for this hide, we did have a little chuckle here, a nice bit of camo work.
All good at GZ.

Was good having a second pair of eyes for this one, although I was the one who eventually found it. There were a few spots it could have been, but then when I saw this one, I knew it was going to be in there. Didn't need a tool. Mananged to coax it out with just my fingers. Great hide amaali, thanks for bringing us here.
This cache was of similar construction to my last one which gave me a very good idea of where it was. Both are well made and thought through. This cache is a bit more secluded than the last one. Well done Amaali great work. TFTC.
22nd and last find of the morning.
A great day to be out. Hardly seen a soul and I knew what to do here after finding the Crossing cache.
Thanks

I was over this way to get an urn, and some caches, which this was one of, not a MARATHON for me, just a short walk from geoute, and some gymnastics for the old bloke, but I got my name in the log, which is all that matters, thanks amaali, this cache is in good condition
After the miss of the previous cache we are now on a roll. Thanks for the easy find
Thanks Amalie we made this harder than it needed to be & the rain came down@ the same time. Just when we were about to give up. Bingo! Nice! Found with Jimmythera.
TFTC amaali. Nice slippery little hide. Found after a vote from me to post a dnf. Glad we didn’t. Rain started but back to the previous cache we missed because we wern’t paying attention. Jimmytherat with Noelle04.
Tricky little cache but I found it during my GeoRide around this area today. Nice hide...
We came prepared and it didn't take long to figure out where and retrieve. Thanks for the info upfront with more like it to come.
It was a long day of getting a number of caches in the area in out for a run attempting to get the 100 caches for the hidden creatures souvenir.

Another clever hide and not as difficult to get out without having the correct tool.
TFTC amaali Would have done more but geohubby was too cold.

Great name for this cache, marathon runners are freaks, and Mona was one indeed. Thanks for another tricky extraction
Fortunately my broken retrieval tool was still long enough to get this one at 4:10pm. Felt a bit exposed to all the windows nearby, so poured a drink for the geodog as I made the find and log.
thanks amaali
thanks amaali
Used the same equipment I had from an earlier cache and soon had the log signed. TFTC
Out on this cold morning to fact-check up on ones we ran out of night light thanks this is going towards hidden creatures
Found @07:30 on a freezing Saturday morning caching run. Poked around with my tott and soon had the cache in hand earning my my fairy souvenir! TFTC!!

Having come prepared with the required tool. I made quick work of this cache. The place is well lit at night. Excellent hide.

Darebin Creek Trail sounded like a good place to find some of the Hidden Creatures (souvenirs) today. I had a day off work and so between appointments I came for a walk along this path. There were only a few muggles out walking their dogs so I was able to search for each cache without interruption.
After reading the hint I realised that I was not fully prepared for this cache. Luckily my fingers are not fat so I was able to retrieve the log without too much effort.
Thank you amaali for this cache.

Its been a few weeks since TrailStevo and I have been able to escape out cache, but last night we managed to get out. Im trying to get at least 50 cache per month and here we are just over 1/2 way through June and im on zip! So we looked for a trail and/or area of congestion to rack up a few numbers but we wanted some exercise too. First up was the south side of the CSS series plus a few others along the way. I good variety of hides and some of our favorite (not) hanging in tree hides. After walking about 8km, and back to the car we headed across to nearer Mill Park/Epping for another brisk 7km collecting another handful of cache. I think we totaled around 20 cache, the dog had a ball! In fact the dog had a lie in today and only really seemed to wake up at around 3pm . TFTC amaali
After finding some of the CSS series. moved over to this area to pick up a few along Darebin creek. Gunks and myself did about 7kms of walking to boost our haul for June. TFTC

On the way home from work, trying to get 5 caches for today, the race is on to get done before dark, I'm not too sure...
Well, it's dark, but at least it helps a little here to not look toooooooooo obvious.
Managed to retrieve the prize without the required tool but I did use a local natural equivalent.
**Thanks for placing this cache amaali**

Pretty cold and windy Muggle free day. A quick last look around before extracting it. I have one similar , it gets a favorite.
