The weather this morning was not looking great, cloudy and overcast after some rain overnight but we decided to head out anyway down to Kurri Kurri to check out the murals. We took the loop route caching as we went before spending time in Kurri to look around, complete a Lab and have some great local fish and chips before heading back the more direct but busier way.We came across some great 3D printed cache containers and a couple of innovative ones as well, also completing a multi. We managed to dodge the rain and had a good day out.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache kingfisher_au.**SKI Pair****
Hi kingfisher_au,The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, or it may not but in the absence of the cache owner performing maintenance and/or disabling the cache to check it out, I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 4 weeks) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 4 weeks to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.Ngaambul - Matt

Found on the way home after a day running the steam train for a wedding.
Easy find in the dark, log is damp but no problems writing on it.

Needing some caches for the reach the peak souvenirs the family headed out for a drive which also made the little one have her nap for the day. A nice series and drive around the area. Found today at 3:18:00 PM cache 4 of 21. TFTC
Mrs Woodyrothwell and I have an unwritten law when chasing some drive-bys. If the cache is on her side of the cache she is the one to get out and go on the hunt and vice versa. If I can also park the car within 10 metres of the cache I get the added bonus of patting myself on the back. tftc
Got cobwebs across the face lol but cleaned it up so hopefully it doesn’t happen to the next person.
Taking a different road to work this morning.
Picking up every second of these well-maintained caches.
All caches on the right side of the road for me!
Thankyou for hiding this geocache kingfisher_au

I joined a trip to Maitland with Aquilus1, dty73, Tankengine, Barb2e, Kitty Katch & Joolay. The weekends main game was to do the dogs head series, but along the way we did some old caches around Sydney and did as many Maitland caches as time allowed. The return journey was via some old caches and some challenges that may or may not be met one day.
Day 2 was the dogs head series and three other series around Kurri Kurri. The R&D caches and many other Maitland caches are absolutely fantastic containers showing great creativity with new tools.
Thanks for the cache kingfisher_au
