Unfortunately due to needless vandalism there were a couple of answers we needed to check via google but all information is available.
Then after multiple detailed searches (and returning to GZ twice) there was no sign of the cache. After communication with the CO, GT37 and I were at the right location however, the cache had been muggled. Disappointing outcome after putting in the hard yards but the CO has been active in maintenance so will have to try and come back again.
Thanks Cherryslice88 for the cache.

Last Wednesday I went for my lock down exercise walk along Gardiners Creek Trail.
And of course I attempted this multi cache there.
At waypoint 4 it was not possible to find all the required information on the information board due to the condition of the board so I returned home and did some searching on the internet.
Today with the final coordinates in hand I returned to sign the log.
Thanks for the cache.

Used my isolation exercise walk to today to take a walk along by the creek near here and try a few caches. I think the last time I came by here I only had time to do the wherigo caches so it was good to get some others today. Having done a bunch of trads further down the creek I stuck to my current mantra of not avoiding multis and came by to give this one a try. Worked my way through the stages and despite a challenge at stage 4 I calculated a reasonable GZ. Searched a bit, stood back and thought about it and got a little lucky in the end. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the multi cache Cherryslice88 and an informative cache to make my walk a little more interesting.
The last great caching day with ilukaperi before the COVID-19 lockdown took hold. It would be 8 weeks before we headed out again. At the time we weren't aware af this , but by now we knew the seriousness of what was likely to happen. So, today we just enjoyed finding caches, whilst keeping our distance from each other.
Took a while to find the first WP, had an "interesting" conversation with some nosey golfers, but got there in the end. Great cache. Loved it, a FAV point.

Writing these logs way too late, so unable to remember much at all. This would have been mine and day1976 last big caching day before the covid19 quarantine. I remember having a great day even with the rain.
We had some funny looks from the golfers, who tried to direct us somewhere as we looked for the first Waypoint.

Spiffy- and I originally had an idea of a bike ride and cache but the weather was average with some rain so instead we went in search of a few caches for challenges.
I then had a little more time to kill before dinner so came for this. Enjoyed the stroll and thought about potential hiding spots. Cheeky hide. Made me laugh.
Thanks to Cherryslice88 for the placement and fun.

Out for the day with ahomburg targeting some caches we both hadn’t found. Thanks for placing the cache Cherryslice88.

Some more Thursday afternoon and into evening fun with beckNmonts, with today the focus being Multi's, a couple of puzzles and avenging a DNF.
A couple more before it was time to start heading for home. A nice quick one here.

After finding the other multi further along the trail, I then made my way to the start of this one to give it a go also.
I headed along the trail collecting the information along the way as well as learning something in the process and with GZ calculated, that is where I went to next which didn't take too long, the cache was found quickly, log was signed and now it was time to head for home to deal with a tree that the wind had blown over in the backyard.

Its been a month since Ive been able to get out caching after hurting my knee - but today was a great day to be back out there enjoying the outdoors! The rain held off for the morning and the sun even poked its head out a few times.
This was a fun multi, collecting the clues and walking down this great path. A quick find at GZ, TFTC!

The location of GZ was a bit of a surprise but a nice easy find. Had a very pleasant walk while watching the golfers show their stuff. tftc
I've visited many parts of the artists' trail, but I didn't know about this section. I collected the various information as I walked along, but when I made the final calculation I thought I must be in error. After checking the numbers I walked to the indicated GZ and there was the cache. Tftc
Out with au.fait, on a cold day in winter, we started out well. As we progressed the rain got heavier and we got wetter!!!
I loved the paintings, and once we had gathered the information we stood under a tree to calculate. Second time lucky (we must have been too cold) we signed the log. Thanks Cherryslice88

Out for another day of quality caching in the delightful company of echidna44. The weather was not so kind to us as there was a heavy shower for which we were not clad adequately so got quite a soaking. Made working the maths a bit tricky on sodden paper. Got there in the end. Thanks for another educational multi Cherryslice88

Streak Day #112/366
(1 March 2019 - 29 February 2020). Came here on the weekend for a quick snapshot on all waypoints. Did the calculations next to the heater at home early this week. A quick found here in dark tonight. Thanks for the fun.

This was a lovely little stroll along the trail, with the sound of golf balls being hit as I counted. I had one digit out, but didn't want to go through the calculations again, so just changed, and what do you know, that was it!

Having found the multi slightly to the south of here I thought I should have a look at this one too. G*d knows when, if ever, I'll be back in the neighbourhood!
You know, when I was a child, I saw a painting by one of these artists in the, er, flesh and proclaimed it the best painting ever. Kids, eh?
I wasn't particularly thrilled by the prospect of counting stuff, and indeed I think my final coordinates were slightly out, no doubt due to an error in that department. But all was dandy in the end. Thanks again Cherryslice88!

Just as just what I needed today. A nice easy multi in a lovely setting. Always good to broaden the knowledge as well. Thanks so much Cherrysice88
I decided to take a break from work and go for a walk in the gorgeous afternoon sun. Along the way I grabbed a few caches. A quick find. TNLN. TFTC.
A great day to be out in the sun caching. Enjoyed the walk along watching the golfing muggles also out for the day. Have now learnt a lot more about the artists of the area. Thanks.

I used to have a few prints from the Heidelberg School artists. McCubbin & Roberts my favourites. Thanks for bringing us along this trail today.
Cheers Cherryslice88

After a lot of counting and maths the cache was soon found nice to ride with breeze cooling us down on a hot day
All I know about Impressionism is that Pointilism is an offshoot of that and I love pointilism! The paintings I saw today weren't of the pointilism variety, but they were still wonderful and what an amazing thought that there used to be an artist camp just here at the golf course!
We set off and gathered the clues very quickly, but geobub was long overdue for a nap by this stage and so he was getting quite cranky in the pram - the only cure for this is walking the pram and as the GPSr was pointing me off the path I decided to attempt the Damselflies cache up the path a bot and come back for GZ. Unfortunately Damselflies wasn't too be, but we wouldn't admit defeat, so I actually spent his whole nap time searching for that cache, so I wasn't in a much better boat when we returned. I decided to take the high road back which was a big mistake and ended up with geobub and I stuck in a rut and twigs and branches in my hair (just the look I was going for for our appointment this afternoon). So a hot sweaty mess I emerged only to find the cache in a much more civilised spot. Such is life! Thanks for bringing us here Cherryslice88 - I really enjoyed the trip back in time.

Sorry for the late log.
I had actually collected the information some weeks ago, but made an error in my calculations. This morning, I rechecked and spotted my error. On my first ride past, there were some Muggles about, so I moved on to the other multi. Riding back, I smiled at the location of the final hide. Nicely done!
My children went to the nearby primary school, so I know the are quite well and have always enjoyed these signs. Thanks for the cache, Cherryslice88.

Out this afternoon chasing a few geocaches to get my daily finds for each day of the year to greater than 10 per day, today is my second last day.
Gathered he clues and sad down in the shade to calculate the GZ, thankfully it was pretty close.
Nice quick find

Another multi we were working on this afternoon while grabbing a few caches with omegaman1971, this one was interesting with plenty of history of some Australian artists that even l have heard of! Again we managed to work our way along the trail picking up the required numbers and then after a minute or so we had a reasonable set of co-ord's and then headed over to the gz and managed a quick find. Thanks again Cherryslice88 for the interesting multi, the cache and the walk around this area.

Cheers for the cache.

I do not know much about art at all, so it was interesting to read the boards along here. I am in awe of people who can paint and draw and the end result looks like the subject. This is a lovely walking trail. The cache was found easily
We collected the information at the various waypoints and calculated GZ. Unfortunately a couple of muggles turned up. We needed to delay our search for a few minutes until they moved on. Then a quick find and we were able to sign the log. TFTC
After doing a few other caches in the area I came to this cache with Quiet1_au, who had already found it. Q lead me up the garden path making this quite an easy find. Thanks Cherryslice88

Although Damelflies had given me the "Thanks 2018" souvenir, I was keen to pick up this cache today too. Driving to near the starting point I headed off down the track I had previously walked in the rain way back in 2010 testing out my then new Goretex rain jacket while attempting "WOT FORE?" which must have been one of my earliest caches (and because of this I didn't find it for another 18 months as the hide was tricky one for rookie...) This time I had no such problems other than walking past WP2 which I had missed spotting on the GPS map... GZ was calculated easily and unlike the previous multi "Damelflies" I found the cache straight away - TFTC!
Good one! Thanks, we live close by and had to avoid muggles that we knew. Good team effort from Ollie, Dylan, Maya and Neill (dad)
Another of those caches that I'd seen be published but restrained myself from going after a FTF because I knew I'd need it during my streak and/or for a challenge I'm slowly working towards completing.
Today, however I did need a multi and found myself close by. After a short but pleasant walk and finding I couldn't multiply very well (spiffy, did you subconsciously reach out and find another cacher to make a silly maths mistake? ) I added a little bit of extra distance to the walk.
After realising my mistake the cache was quickly found once at the correct GZ

I know this stretch of the Gardiner’s Creek Trail well as part of my bike commute. It was enjoyable seeing it at a slower pace this morning as I wandered down from the skate park with the geohounds. I sat and crunched the numbers and soon the cache was in hand.

The weather was really nice today so headed out late in the afternoon for a bike ride and to find a few new caches that had popped up. I managed to find 6 out of 6 on my quick run which I was pretty happy about.
I arrived here and watched a few golfers tee off while gathering my first clues.
I got to the 4th waypoint and clearly I was doing something wrong because after a double check my GZ was still in the middle of a main road. I didn't want a DNF so after a quick look around using my caching sense I made the find. It doesn't always work well the old caching sense but at least it did today.
Thanks Cherryslice88 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I attempted this multi on the day it was published, as I pass through nearby Station St every Monday after work. But due to the error in the formula and a silly maths mistake on my part, I ran out of time and left empty handed!
I still had all my notes and was able to work out GZ, so back tonight where I headed straight for the cache. Clever hide - I see what you did there!
I went to primary school in the general vicinity and remember learning all about these great artists who painted so close by all those years ago.
Thanks Cherryslice88

Passing by on my way home and managed a sneaky park, just inside the gates.
It took me longer than it should have to spot the first set of information.
Moved along quite nicely from there and soon had the cache in hand.
This cache certainly left an impression.
The paint was wet and I ended up needing to wash my hands.
Thank you for placing this cache and highlighting this trail, Cherryslice88.

It never ceases to amaze me the number of tracks and parks around my area. This trail was no exception. After doing the counting and substitution GZ was realised. A quick recovery had me SL. TNLN. Thanks Cherryslice88 for the walk along the trail and the hunt. Dipped some trackables.
FTF (Fourth To Find ).
What a lovely part of the world this is - so peaceful, apart from the occasional “Fore!” from over the fence.
Very neat work, Cherryslice88 TFTC and the local art history lesson

You are quite the sleuth Geo_Jas. I've discovered where the error was. When I substituted numbers with alphabets when working backwards I missed out one number. All fixed now. Geo-Jas deserves a double award for figuring out where the error was!

I was almost home when I saw the email so I stopped long enough to drop off the bread and let everyone know if be back later. A short drive to the start then a quick read of the description as I walked across.
I quickly collected the required information and did the calcs but my numbers put gz some 700m away. I backtracked and checked my numbers and re-did the calculations but I got the same result.
I took a punt on which part of the coords was wrong and quickly had the cache in hand. I was happily greeted by a black log which I corrected before replacing the container.
Thanks Cherryslice88 for the info and the cache.
