*Found on the 4 Nov 2024 @ 2:46pm.**Cache find # 16022.* I had now finished with the Gannawarra LGA and into Swan Hill LGA, Buloke will come later to get my minimum 20 finds in each one.I was now working on the letterbox cache but I was also passing by this one so I stopped for a look.I headed over to GZ, had a look around and soon found the cache.**Thanks to Sparra0907 for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**
Stumbled around for a while until I spotted something out of the ordinary. Wasnt many coins but I left 20 cents! TFTC!

We have had a few weeks of solid caching since leaving home so it was time to have a quieter day where we caught up on some washing and recharged many of our things. We couldn't resist heading out in the area where we are staying for a few however to look for a few caches. There were a mixture of multis and trads some with good containers and a few challengesThank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Sparra0907.**SKI Pair****
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. This is our first visit to Swan Hill and there is sooo much to see and sooo many caches nearby, leaving us spoilt for choice. We headed out early this morning hoping to beat the heat. Lots of wildlife out and about. An abundance of white butterflies, Pelicans, Swans, Rabbits. Even a Frill neck lizard, big sand goanna and even a bat! Unfortunately Mr F also got stung by a wasp whilst searching for a cache. Easy to see the wind damage in the local trees and vegetation from the last fortnight. Super happy to see the lovely silo art and Lake at Boga, which was also very popular with muggles. Out and about today again in Swan Hill finding many different caches. Quiet stretch of road, no muggles about today. TFTC
An easy find even though I walked pass the GZ before noticing the hide. I was bearly able to reach it, TFTC.
Cute name, love the idea for this one. Wished we had come a little be more prepared with a
We were right! Definitely a theme and clever at that. SL at 3.53pm #8041 TFTC Sparra0907
Swanhill was on our list to visit as we have never stayed overnight as cachers but have only ever passed by on our travels. With only 2 finds and a DNF on the map we intend to remedy that in the next 2 days. Unfortunately the DNF remained but we did find many quality caches on our adventure along the Murray River.
Heading north we stopped to grab many caches to help break up the trip. Despite the gale force winds we still enjoyed the ambience of the bushland in an area we have never explored before.
Found the cheeky cache where we first looked and done swap with a 20c coin.
Thanks Sparra0907 for the fun placement.

Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. However we were a little apprehensive about retrieving the cache - not sure what else could be in there. We used our walking stick to investigate and soon had the cache retrieved. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Sparra0907 for the cache.
Apologies for the late log. We had planned an autumn break staying in Swan Hill for five days during the school holidays. I didn't have a huge amount of caching planned but did manage to nip out most mornings and try a few. I headed out the back roads from where we were staying and after a few finds along Back Boga Road. After turning down by the airport this was my next stop. Parked near GZ and was able to grab this one for my sixth find of the morning. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Sparra0907.
With the cooler weather I feel much safer using caches to explore rural Swan Hill. Some coins are really interesting. Took none added an ozzy coin.

After attending the St Arnaud Mega Event , now in Swan Hill and district for a couple of days. Travelling through the countryside and finding caches along the way. Thank you to all CO's for placement of the caches. TFTC.
In Swan Hill for a few days and decided to go out caching this morning before the heat of the afternoon. Thanks to the COs for placing these caches as well as maintaining so that we can enjoy finding them.
I was cruising around the back blocks of Swan Hill today looking for 'smilies'
This cache turned up along me drive.
I could see it in all its cuddlyness from the driver's seat [:o]
So a quick find for me
Logbook signed,
and the cache was put back,
a little less visible from anyone picinicing around the area

Day two, in the very good company of Suscoe and the forecast of hot weather a caching course was charted close to the city.
Another well themed hide to make us smile.
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** Not sure about the DR of 2.0 here - the cache was clearly visible from the road!
Thanks 'Sparra0907' for adding this cache to the gameboard.

Suscoe was out and about with Phetlern on this warm Spring day.
It got to 30 degrees and it was sunny, a light sprinkle of rain at times and sunny again as well as being windy.
We focused on caches that were not too far out of town and enjoyed finding a range of caches and hides.
It was a top day and we had a great time.
Thanks to Sparra0907 for this hide, at least caching is something that you can do on a shoe string, Such great fun out and about today.

Find number three on our trip home. Cache was clearly visible from the road so a quick find was made. TFTC
Found our second cache of the day but beware of snakes and don’t get scraped by sticks
I was driving along the road as part of the letterbox cache, a nice and easy find.
A huge weekend away, with over 2000km being driven over 3 days from Adelaide to Mansfield via swan hill and Echuca, then return via Bendigo and St Arnaud. The target was to collect 11 new local government areas and mostly stop and do some multis.
But the main goal was tour of Mansfield, a cycling tour consisting of 3 stages over 2 days (Saturday and Sunday).
Stage 1: 14km Individual time time trail.
Stage 2: 76km road race finishing up old Tolmie
Stage 3: 46km road race finishing up the top of mt bulla.
Wednesday I left Adelaide for Victoria via pinnaroo, I decided I would stop when I had enough of driving. I camped in the back of a cemetery yes a cemetery, nice and peaceful in Nyah. Thursday I made my way from Nyan to Mansfield via Swan Hill, Echuca and Shepparton with 2 trips over the boarder. A lot of DNFs on caches as some were barrow red off due to road works and others I must if stuffed up. I ended up camping the night in Mansfield. Friday I held my event in Mansfield with a big show of 1 (just myself)!!! And went for a drive up mt bulla. Saturday was mainly racing and Sunday after the race I made my way back to Adelaide via Victorias oldest cache and some new roads through the middle of victoria that I had never been on before.. With arrival on Monday at 1am back home. A big trip out and a great weekend away with a little under 100 finds.
Thanks for the cache placements by all the cache owners.

Last cache on the "to do" list today and was not disappointed. It seems the Sparras caches reputation might be changing, which will hopefully entice more cachers to the area. Well done on this latest series Sparra! We fed the bear, SL and left him be. TFTC. Another fav
