A DNF here. I turned each of the blocks for a thorough look, but only found a variety of insects.

Dinner with friends in the Shire today, so headed out early and targeted Helensburg for some finds.
Thought I'd start with a *sidetracked* cache, and take it from there.
Grabbed three of the four near the station, and then headed south for a few more. Went for seven but only found six. And managed to leave my pen at one of the caches - so went back for it after my last find.
And I should say the red wine with dinner was particularly nice.

And here was the DNF of the day. They coordinates put me between two possible hides, so checked both. But nothing sighted today.
Checked the hint. Well that suggests one area searched. Hmmm.
Maybe needs acheck.
Thought I'd start with a *sidetracked* cache, and take it from there.

Yes, my first find for the day when I am seeking to do well.
Looked at my stats last night and by getting 70 caches before the end of the year I will reach a massive statistic that I will never get another chance to achieve.
This year has been a massive year with so many achievements and reaching an average 8 caches per day would be a crown on top of everything else.
Headed south to build my numbers today and tonight I can work out where to go to tomorrow to reach that goal.

I needed something to do for a few hours this afternoon so I decided to get a few caches. Quick find but had to not look suspicious for the neighbours who were standing across the road.

Out and about on this long week end grabbing a couple of caches. This been one of several found today. TFTC

Day 3 of our interstate trip. Chasing the 'Tour The Gong' cache and grabbing caches we could along the way. We had finished the tour and had come to check out the nearby glow worms - Fantastic! All in all, a great day

In the area for some SES work with kea26, took advantage to also tick off some numbers as I inch my way towards a milestone. Revisiting recycled locations of archived caches brings back memories, though think we managed to park even closer today, barely stepping out of the car before cache was in hand.
A spontaneous plan to claims some smiles saw us hit Helensburgh. Reminiscent of scout series in Wollongong, this was on our radar. Almost parked on top of the cache with provided a bit of a shield from passing traffic. TFTC

Headed for an afternoons caching in Helensburgh with some SES friends after seeing an influx of new caches appear over the past few months.
On what turned out to be a warm afternoon we grabbed all the quick ones around town before setting out sights on the multi and a few walks in the Stanwell Tops area.

Managed to knock off a few more in this series this morning and grab another clue for the multi.

I can remember finding a cache here some time ago. Albeit in a different place. A search about for a little while and soon had CIH. Did the signing and re hid. Gathered multi info. TFTC Team MavEtJu.

Parked in some shade in one of the side streets then walked back around the corner took me a while to find the cache nearly put my hand in all of the holes without looking to see what was there. Finally I put my hand on plastic better than something furry

Did a quick drive up to Helensburgh for work and was able to grab these few caches, only the ones that were really close to the car for a grab.

These new ones around Helensburgh & Stanwell Tops were published late yesterday evening. Not enough daylight hours to chase so a plan was made and off we went the next morning. Knowing the multi involved some of the new trads we made sure we collected the data as we made our way from south to north.
We scouted the area and quickly found the hint location to have CIH. TFTC
