Thanks Freddo for placing this cache and for the ongoing maintenance. Find #10654 on 2/11/2024 at 8:01AMA plan was hatched to ride along the Riesling Trail and collect a few caches. A delightful day in the company of Cheezel and Jolly riding along and signing logs. This is a special place, very enjoyable. We also collected some others that were nearby or along the way. This was the first cache for the day. Running early so grabbing some extras

We are one our way to Adelaide for the leap Year Mega. After an early start from our overnight accommodation, we set off to find the caches on our target list. All caches were found and signed as "5 for QLD" for our traveling group of hatzofff (myself), RoddyC, Imbunda, Snickersallan and grannysmith1947.Today we finally get to Adelaide after a mammoth trip! The last of our target caches and LGAs before caching in and around Adelaide before the Mega.
An early morning start after our overnight stay. I am traveling with my friends, hatzofff, RoddyC, Snickersallan and grannysmith1947. We are signing all logs as "5 for QLD" to save space. All caches were found, signed and replaced as foundAfter a big day yesterday, today we are logging selected caches around the outer Adelaide area.
TFTC smile 18732 Out and about on a lovely day Having a great time finding a few caches heading to Adelaide for a few weeks then on our way to Canberra . Signing as 5 for QLD - Hatzofff Snickersallan RoddyC Imbunda. What a great team we made and lots of laughter and fun. Ah, today we have our third day in South Australia. Thank you Freddo for placing this cache for our enjoyment [:X]
A Leap Year Mega draws us to Adelaide. Today's our intrepid group arrives in South AustraliaWe are using the Acronym 6 for QLD to sign the log sheets. Most of the caches this day were nice quick finds. And so happily I say that the logs were signed and caches replaced as found on this day, 27th February 2024. TFTC, Freddo.
Decided to do some caching from Tarlee to Gawler which included a couple of adventure labs. TFTCNice find.
Found with Shonky while out on a Sunday drive.quick easy find.TFTC Cheers and Happy Hunting Southern Cross Caching
Out on a trip to Clare to see my step grandchild and stopped to grab this cache. Look for something out of place and you shall find. No fence jumping required.
Was barking up the wrong tree for a bit, but fellow logs gave us additional hints! Thanks for the cache
Out on a road trip with naughtybunny for a few days to Burra. This was the first of many for the day and the whole trip. This was a case of trusting your GPS and not going for the obvious. It was quickly found as there was something suspicious... It was funny to see naughtybunny swear as she had been here before and couldn't find it. TNLN. Cheers.
A quick find by Chookster on a road trip for a short holiday in Burra. I said I really wanted to do this one because I'd actually been here before - twice - and failed to find it. In my defense, it was raining both times and I didn't stay long. But it does help to look at the correct GZ, not where you think GZ should be....On that note, GZ has recently suffered some storm damage and has split in two, and this cache is now pretty exposed. (I reckon that's why Chookster found it so quickly, just saying...)TFTC Freddo. This one's my 800th!
Small detour out this way to grab a couple caches this afternoon. A quick find and all good here.
Find #6297 on 2 Aug 2023.
TFTC Freddo!

Found on my way up to Clare for the JLWEvent. Thanks for the cache Freddo the Non Believer!
TFTC. Along with miff1 we though today would be a good chance to explore some of the Barrossa. We. Had earmarked a virtual cache at Hamley Bridge as our primary objective. We would stop and find other caches as we came close. We lunched at Nurioopta before completing a tour of their Historic wineries. A great relaxing day,
A change of pace today, our team was hugely decreased in numbers with only HansandLinda and ourselves goingand to Nurioopta to visit the lovely Snappy Tomcats followed by lunch and a tour of the wineries to complete an AL. Plus we picked upa few other caches that were needed to help fill DT grids or challenges. SL TFTC
Enjoying doing some more caching while travelling with goingplaces2 and adding more smileys to the map. Had a good day and signed all the found logs. This cache was one of the ones we found. TFTC.
We had a very assorted program of caches to look for today with ilook4geo and all were found easily. All logs were signed and all were put back as they had been found before we moved on to find the next one. Thanks to Freddo for this addition to the caching game.
It's the prefect season to watch the canola field in Clare Valley. So this Sunday, the whole family visited there, and found some caches on the way.
Tried three caches, and found all three. This was the last find.
On our way home, I noticed this church looks familiar. During the canola season last year (or the year before), I has an attempt, but cannot find the cache.
Today, I expend the search, and found the cache near a different tree. It's just my mobile phone was not working well last time, so I was searching the wrong tree last time.
Signed the log, and placed it back.
Glad to turn the blue sad face to the yellow smiley face.
Took a photo before I left.
Thanks for the cache, Freddo the Non Believer. I like the "Used 2B a Church Micro" cache series.

Well the Rally of the Heartland is over and it is time to head home grabbing caches along the way TFTC
Being a Sunday we had to visit a church
After a big walk yesterday (27kms), today we decided to go for a bit of a drive around rather than a walk!

Travel this road quite often to visit parents in Riverton but they’re away and we are just caching today so have time to stop. Lovely little church. TFTC
This one was found while out and about with Freddo. Brad is not a basic traditional enthusiast but has a definite soft spot for Used 2B Church micros especially when driving right past.

Brad has injured both his hamstrings when a scoundrel tried to steal his bicycle. The thief was caught and when last seen was being loaded into a Police car to head off to the Poice Station to assist the Police with their inquiries.
As a result of these injuries Brad is quite limited in his movements and may be for some time. With well over 500 draft logs sitting waiting to be caught up on that has provide the excuse to got back and deal with some of these outstanding logs. They do go back some time and with 500+ it may take a while to get through them all. Apologies to any CO where Brad's detrailed memory of the find has faded a little.

A fun weekend away with [@Davidwazza](http://coord.info/PR61VZX) ! We loved exploring Clare and surrounds! TFTC
This weekend, jesswrigley and I headed to the Clare Valley for a bit of wine tasting and cycling the Riesling Trail. We were treated to great sunny weather, and nice to have been visiting the wine region.
Today, jesswrigley and I travelled from Adelaide to Clare, making a few brief stops along the way. We arrived and still had a couple of hours left of daylight, so we checked out the Clare small train park and the Gleeson Wetlands, which was an enjoyable walk around the lakes and creeks.
What a cool old church, that you could just make out through the trees (and peeking through the gate just down the road). We then crossed the road, and after a few minutes of searching, found the geocache a few metres from the coordinates. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Freddo the Non Believer for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

A long weekend away with sir_spectre in the Flinders Ranges. We had each been here before and strangely had few double ups so some revisiting was in order to try to get our maps similar. The weather threw everything at us but we just made our plans suit the conditions. Lots of 4WD and walks included.
Thanks to Freddo from mogni

quick find.
Took Mogni for a trip to the Flinders Rangers for the long weekend with extra day either side. The target for the trip was to clear some of the " used to be a church " micro series on the way up and on the back as well, complete a couple of station tracks plus hike to Blinman Pools. We where not expecting a couple of 34 degree days then a 30 km wind dust storm followed by rain over night and then the wilpenda pound walls covered in fog for the next 1/2 a day. It did change our plans a little and the order we did things. All containers we found damaged, broken, cracked were replaced and were possible ( if not soaked ) original log books were kept. Any log books found full were replaced or if room had extra scrolls added in to the cache.

Today I escaped the WFH thing, and got back to a little normality, by doing a little field work. After finishing some work nearby, I was heading to the next job, and just had to stop and make the find as it was so close. I pass by here often for work and had not realised that this was a Used2B. Parked next to GZ and with the engine running, climbed up to the Tree and quickly located a cache, extracted the log, stamped and replaced. now onto the next cache or job, whichever comes first.

Mr Tardis & gridge98 were hijacked by freddo and Trigger_Fish, off for a leap day caching adventure. We made a quick stop here so the caching apprentices could quickly find the cache while on our way past.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Freddo the Non Believer.

On our way north for another event for the day, we made the short stop here to find this one, cache and contents are all good.
Today was a loooooong day, it’s the 29th so we really stretched the mark on it. Out for the day with : Freddo trigger_fish and tardis trio. We followed the events around the state all up there was 8. Followed by the odd cache here and there.

As Owl was ill for the last Leap day and started caching 2 weeks after the one before, she was determined to make the most of this one. Plans were made and fell apart, but SA Sewer Rats was up for a girls' caching day out. there were finds, one DNF (mainly due to the lack of a suitable TOTT), laughter, lots of talking and a generally fun day was had. This was the last cache of the day and a quick one once the right bit of greenery was determined.
Very keen to find one cache today for 29th February because I will have to wait another 4 years for this. I was looking in the wrong tree so phoned a friend. Widened my search and then yes there it was. Thanks, giving it a favourite for the special kind of day.
Yesterday, today's Short Week Coffee: New Year’s 2020 event attendance was planned with earthlight and LiB
8.30am saw me arriving at earthlight's, on time, and then we picked up LiB before driving to Lockleys area and arriving at the event 20 minutes early
Great place although since this was my 1st visit here, the decor and attire sure had me wondering[?][?]
The food and coffee were bloody fantastic though! [^][:X][^]
Afterwards and despite a 'we're only going to the event, no caching' statement yesterday.... it seems that caching occurred and my day's tally was 1 event attended and 3 caches found while out with the girls [^]
Upon arriving home, I settled down to do some work when a new cache was published and so Rex and I took off northwards and got a FTF in Magdala cemetery , had a chat with redRONSO when they arrived about 10 minutes later and made another quick find on the way home for a total of 6 smilies today.
All in all a good day! [^]
Stopped to grab this cache on the way home [^] So many gorgeous old churches being turned into homes [^]
