Muggled once again, just like a few of our caches . Will not be placing anymore caches in Swan Hill
After returning from a 3000km silo & water tower art trail I am now logging my cache finds we had a great trip
Lovely Easter Monday evening in Swan Hill, wanted to duck out and find a few local caches whilst in town. TFTC
Found a long time ago but visited it again the other day just catching up on online logs sorry
Find #4796. Found @ 22:42
With an extra week off work, I decided to go on a little 4 day caching trip, that I've dubbed the CMapLGAmer trip. Combining targeted finds for the Country Map challenge, LGA challenge, and AUSmer challenge finds in the Western Victoria region - for added bonus, I've also included some large caches in the mix as well for another challenge, but they weren't in the mix when I came up with the name.
I used cachetur.no to plan the trip and (after I worked out some kinks with how I was using it) it worked fine.
This was a bonus late night walk cache. This is quite an imposing structure as it looms out of the darkness on approach in the middle of the night. The cache took a bit of looking before I spotted the little blighter.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Hercs&pinky

It’s nice they kept the green corridor and put a park near the water tower.
This cache took a bit of searching before re reading the description to see the size change and I was trying to be quick with the nearby dogs barking away..
I circled a couple of times to keep them quieter and then made the find.
Thanks for the cache

Quick find while GeoHubby searches in the wrong spot and the kids play on the seesaw! Thanks for bringing us here
Hi there Hercs&pinky.
We found your cache **"High Water"** today.
The plan today was to find a couple of caches that we had previously DNF'd, and then to follow a random route chosen by the (mostly) next closest cache as determined by our GPS. We had a profitable day and found 17 and DNF'd 0
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing.
Thank you Hercs&pinky for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Hi there Hercs&pinky.
This is the 4th of 4 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here but we just couldn't locate your cache (we did find a hanging string though), so here's a DNF from us.

Day 2 of a trip with the grandkids from Bendigo. We spent the night and got the light show in but due to covid the settlement wasn't open. This is our first for the day, hopefully more to come. Tftc
Took us a little while, but got there eventually. Just got to keep searching. TFTF
Took us a minute but we got it! Our very first (of hopefully many) caches!!! Thanks
I took a wander through this lush, green parkland today
"C'mon Helen, High Water needs finding." [:o)]
And so it was
TFTC !!
I'm guessing the name of the reserve is a description of what's going to happen to the house next door if the water tower falls over ?? [:o)]

My first ever cache, this was a fun start. Took a little hunting but was very happy when I located it. Gonna go find some more
Up early for my trip to Shepparton via a few hides in Echuca, i made my way to this one first. I had to Google the hint for the tree type [Lol, i'm definitely no botanist [B)] It was then a matter of 'which one'.
A quick find in the 2nd one i checked
SL at 07:51 on Monday Morning 30 Sept 2019.

Just spending one night in Swan Hill, kids are in bed, wife is tucked up too. Out I slip for a few night time cache. A few DNF’s tonight, mainly due to good hides I believe, but I found a few, this one included. TFTC
Thanks for the cache. SES step it up month so this gave me a target rather than just walking around

Day two, in the very good company of Suscoe and the forecast of hot weather a caching course was charted close to the city.
We love seeing these amazing brick structures in towns we visit around the country, just a shame the H20 can't be shared more equitably.
Thanks 'Hercs&pinky' for adding this cache to the gameboard.

Suscoe was out and about with Phetlern on this warm Spring day.
It got to 30 degrees and it was sunny, a light sprinkle of rain at times and sunny again as well as being windy.
We focused on caches that were not too far out of town and enjoyed finding a range of caches and hides.
It was a top day and we had a great time.
Thanks to Hercs&pinky for this hide, a lovely park and what a great table.

Nearly walked away, but then I stopped, turned back and spotted something that caught my left eye. The right one wasn’t paying attention. Did a left look and there it was. Tftcsl. Gee, that’s a big tank!
Great little park for a play and some fish and chips. Friendly and persistent kitty wanting pats. Searched quite close and missed it a few times before finding it.
8764 Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1420. The container was quite visible here. Placed it back a little deeper. In good condition.SL Tnx Hercs&pinky.
Doing a geocaching run to complete the Mystery at Museum souvenir challenge. The last time I was here there were children playing so had to abandon the hunt but today I had a clear run. nice hide TFTC
Organised a caching day and we went to school this one first. Great cache thanks!
Made a quick find here while the boys played on the slide. Great little park here and a nice little cache to boot. Thanks Hercs and Pinky!
Swan Hill Day 2 staying on the riverside.
We decided to look for the caches closer to town first as it was Sunday & very quiet. We then headed towards Lake Wallox then back into town again.
A nice park close to town.
The cache locations were varied & a variety of containers found.
Thanks for placing this cache Hercs&pinky

You little ripper. A FTF for us tonight. Saw this one pop-up just as we were having dinner. So off we went in the dark with a torch and we found this cache with a virgin log-book at 7.15 pm. TFTC SL. Thought we had found one in this park before but in a different spot. Nice little park and well maintained. Thanks H & P for putting another cache here. Good challenge looking for a new cache in the dark. Cheers.
