Just had to come play in your meadow. View fab today. And tracked down this cache. CheersDay 2 - teamed up with Taybee NZ for the day caching around Christchurch , with ICUC on my radar.Zara, Toby and I are heading to the Dunedin Mega with some extra days along the way. Caught up with TaybeeNZ on 22 Oct for a day caching around Christchurch. Then made my way down to Waimati for the night. Arrived in Dunedin Thursday afternoon. Beautiful day Friday to cache around Port Chalmers. Mega Day was cold, wet and miserable and Sunday not much better. Sophia arrived on Sunday for a few days. Teamed up with TaybeeNZ for next three days touring the Catlains Monday, Stewart Island Tuesday and Milford Wednesday, then started making my way home, arriving Friday Morning.
I'm ditching dad again and heading down south for the Mega in Dunedin. During this trip I managed to do many things and meet many people over the 2 weeks I was away. Thanks to all the cache owners and other cachers for making this trip enjoyable.Day 2 of the trip. After spending the night with mum we teamed up together for the day. First was UC IC as last time mum was there it was down. Then we spent a few hours around the botanical gardens doing adlabs and caches. After that we headed up to the cabbage trees and then a few other caches. A nice quick find. TFTCAll log sheets on this trip were signed by any of the following:Taybee NZ,TBNZ,TNZ,TB/D (When I was out with mother)
Easy find as the hide was left uncovered. Have replaced to how I think the hide was supposed to be. TFTC
That's a neat little container! Defs glad I read the logs cause as everyone else says it is to the left... But awesome cache beautiful spot and 2nd find of the day hopefully I can stay on the roll! TFTC
Thanks for the cache. the new stadium is a bit of an eyesore walking down the road
Definitely to the left. Thanks for bringing me up here. Rather nice view.
Hmm, left or right? Maybe the seat was moved? Now visited by a cat trying to find its way around the world.
Geocache is in perfect condition. My friend just sent me a photo of a worm snake from the USA it looks exactly like this one!
TFTC, First cache found with sidthesusguy on an afternoon hills search. Beautiful view, cache is to the left nto right of the bench
Found it after reading the activity logs. Nice night time view of the city lights!
Bit of a harder find, to the left not right, also no lifting involved, recommended reading the activity comments
Pro tip: if you don't find it immediately from the hint/description, you need to READ THE ACTIVITY LOG
Easy find once I did the above
Cache and log all in good order
Thanks

Had a quick look on the way up the hill to other caches and a better more successful look on the way down; TFTC
Was nearly here when I read the DNF logs so figured I'd finish climbing the hill and give it a go. Very pleased to find it. Lovely view. TFTC!
Found wilst mr10 had band practise at Beckenham school. Bitter wind today so we didn't hang about. Tried right first, then read the logs and went left. Quick find once were in the right place. Tftc.
Too west to try anything more adventurous today. TFTC.
Not your local play area any longer.

Found on a dog walk.
I remember coming here for a geocache a couple of years back. But I think it ended with a DNF. Was a different listing I think, that must have been archived.
This one was found quickly enough, while watching some kid huffing and puffing up View Tce on his bicycle. Good effort!
Kia ora! Paldies!

Nice wander up here from down below, quite a good view of the town from here! Hence the name eh? Cheers, a very friendly cat was hanging around - cute thing.
Haaaa. Either my
Left and right or yours are different. Awesome spot. I needed a rest after walking up here

I’ve been here before like 6 months ago but the rock it was under wasn’t there and I couldn’t find it under any other liftable objects
Quick easy find in the obvious spot on my way past to a meeting which was timed to align with my lunch hour so I could grab some nearby caches. Thanks for the effort that goes into placing and maintaining a cache.
As we were looking our four legged friend stuck his head in and appeared with cache in his mouth we trained him well

Well, that was an easy find for our Geocaching dog. We were just starting to look when Charlie appeared with an orange container. Definitely off to the left, not right. But, wow, what a view.... Now to try and rehide without the muggle who cutting the grass in the park seeing.
Hadn't read the text so spent a couple minutes a few feet away. Coordinates were good after they had a few minutes to settle down.
A fairly quick find after reading some logs and going left instead of right. Strictly this is a multi cache. TFTC
Took a while to locate. Read some other logs and found it to the left Not the right. The cache owner may just need to check to make sure its safe where it is. Tftc
Out for the morning with two grandchildren, Stella and Zach, geocaching in the St Martins area. This was our fourth find of the trip, and it involved a bit of a search before Rodney spotted it. Didn’t actually fit the hint or the description (think left rather than right!), but we found it anyway, and returned it to where we found it. We drove up and around to it as we didn’t think that Rodney’s knees would allow the hike up from Centaurus Road! Thanks for the cache. Rodney and Iris.
I was in need of 6 caches today to raise my total caches found on the 20th December up to 26 and thus into a deeper shade of green on GC's Statistics page calendar. A look at a map of unfound caches revealed that a caching raid between St Martins and the base of the Cashmere Hills showed that the mission shoul;d be easily fulfilled. But that is not what happened!
I had visited the meadow once before to find an earlier cache. I had absolutely no problems spotting the cache - the last entry was by some kids who had discovered it and possibly hadn't replaced it how the CO had left it. I placed it where it was slightly more hidden. The CO might want to check. Thanks for the placement. This was the first of my 6 finds.

Easy find as unfortunately was out in the open near the path....and is bright orange ..
Tucked away as best I could under nearest rock..
Pretty sure this is not the right place
CO will need to check...as it is near path not seat .

Lovely view from up here. Refreshing walk up view terrace, and found the cache nice and easily. TFTC!
Splendid views indeed. Stopped by here on the way to a caching walk in Mt Vernon park on a beautifully sunny afternoon. TFTC
