Seeing that this one had been replaced I decided to swing by here before starting my walk this afternoon. Quickly found the spot I figured it was supposed to be last time it was MIA but there was no cache to be found, even though I had a good poke around. I think this one may be missing again (or I am mistaken as to the location of GZ).
Looks like this has gone missing again, time to let it go, thanks to all those who made the find.
After a two hour walk around the Mangere Lagoon Path with a substantial detour into Ambury Farm Park via the Lost Gardens Walk its time to grab a few more hides before home time. I parked up and made the short walk over to ground zero and got to searching. The GPSr and hint seemed pretty well aligned, but no cache was present there. Had a brief look else where, but with time running low I called it quits and moved along.
On a mission today gathering Adv.Labs for numbers....as the goal for the year was 1000, and all calculations were pointing to needing 79 finds before the year is up......
Headed over to Mangere Bridge/Onehunga areas first, then over towards Westmere area, stopping along the way for any Trads and the likes that were nearby......
Thanks to all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches found today, and there were some goodies located.....

Making our way along the esplanade doing the 4 stage ad lab (feeling slightly ripped of )
This one was ticked off along the way, nice area for a walk, although we are doing the bulk of it by van.

It was such a lovely morning after all the rain yesterday, mrs rattll decided to enjoy a long walk.
There were a few muggles coming and going around here, but gz was a lovely place to sit and rrlax until the coast was clear.
I left a pet rock - a hippo.
Thanks for setting this up

Was lucky with this one as it there was a few grasses about, but it was really obvious, and we were soon signing the log
Another fun find with rebel98 and gorby cycling to Ambury park on this amazing winters day.

Caching along the foreshore with rustynz and gorby between Mangere Bridge and Ambury Park.
Thanks for the hide and the adventure

I was heading to Ambury Regional Park for the International Geocaching event being held there. I left home early to allow time to find the caches and adventure labs along the Esplanade.
There were a few muggles out walking along the path, so I had to time my approach. A few places to search, but once in the right spot it was obvious where the cache was hidden.

This one had us going for quite a while. The grasses were very prickly so I wasn't enjoying it at all. Eventually buzzybb found a little away from where we were looking. Tftc
Up for nearby event so had a bit of time before to grab a few caches. GPS took me straight to this one and soon had the cache in hand. Thank you for the placement.
Had just finished a geocaching event at Ambury Regional park, so a perfect time to grab these series of caches. Oh my gosh the grass is prickly. This one took longer than hoped. Possibly due to the GPS jumping around somewhat. Tftc
Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I now live full-time in our caravan & travel the country visiting places we want to visit … we are now parked in Auckland for the next few days … decided to go for a walk around Ambury Regional Farm Park to check out some nearby caches … this one was an easy find, completed the log & replaced it … pleased to add another 'smiley face' to the tally … TFTC ... TN:LN:SL ... #2,839 for us.
It was in the middle of the grass, so I hid it for it to be more fun!
Hint: Is that a piece of concrete I see?

Nice quick find with PhilBirdBoys and Gernita (even though Gernita has already found) nice quick find TFTC.
Almost at Ambury Regional Park now, but this was one more cache I hadn't found along the way, so of course we stopped here to try and find it!
Nice and easy again - thank you for squeezing another one in along this path!

As lumin had found the last couple of caches before me, I needed to get one back and luckily for me, this cache happened to be it! However, I did read the hint (C'mon, No cheating RafaJaw), which led me straight to the cache squeezed right in between the 2 long grasses. Another interesting tramouflage, which lumin had been telling me about throughout our journey here TFTC tramyard!
A very special day for me today as I got to finally meet lumin298 after messaging her for many weeks, and go on a caching trip around the Mangere Esplanade and what soon turned into Ambury Regional Park! Had a lot of fun along the way and even managed 2 FTF's :O - All I can say is, right place at the right time! Picked up well over 20 caches over the course of 6 hours or so, including an interesting earthcache and an ad lab! Thanks very much to all the CO's out there who put out some cool finds for us

A nice quick find thanks. A new log sheet was added.
Time for another trip to the North Island for Ms_KR and me. Today we did a little cruising around Mangere. And there was coolness and even a wee bit of rain. Not too much!
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Picked up as completing the adventure lab along the coast, nice quick find. Tftc
Came for an afternoon of caching but the rain chased us away. Not before we got to #700 though. Tftc
Having good luck today . Was a squeeze to get it . Till I realized there was another way!
