In Millicent for a few days, off to Beachport today for an International Geocaching day event. TFTC
Must have walked by it 5 times while searching. Then GeoGF says there it is! Right at our feet.
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Staying in Millicent for a few days to grab some finds placed for the ill fated Mega 2020. There have been some newer caches and puzzles collected too. Thanks for the hide. LNCU
Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We are staying at Millicent for the week and headed outQ, finding some of the caches we should have found if we had not been prevented from attending the 2020 Mega by Covid19 with some newer ones in the mix. On a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Our first visit to South Australia.On our way from Millicent to Robe. Wed been told Beachport was worth a visit. We werent disappointed.A quick find while Ms M checked out the waves.TFTC

Headed down to our dear friends birthday weekend. Decided to head out and cache for a couple of hours before the evenings festivities. Thankfully this was a quick find as the rain started bucketing down! TFTC
We travelled to Beachport this weekend for a rare three-day getaway and a special birthday event. The weather was pretty ordinary but the touring via caching was fantastic. A quick find here. TFTC GeoVenture2020.

Away for a couple of days with Featherwaite.
We concentrated on Kingston, Robe, Cape Jaffa, Beachport and Southend.
We mainly found all the cache we were looking for.
Cache was signed after a short search.

Stay at Millicent for a few days with Everlasting and Found the cache and logged the log with Everlasting GeocachingSA, Thank you so much for placing it.
Accompanied with crank1, we enjoyed the trip and detour find it and sign the log. Thanks for the cache and hunt.
Amelia found it again! Very good cache loved the little prezzies inside. Climbed sand dune afterwards

Suscoe headed out today in the terrific company of Phetlern.
It was another cold day with showers flowing through from the south west as the day went by, luckily for us we only had a few directly overhead.
So between the showers there was sunshine and plenty of time for caches.
We had multis, traditionals, a virtual, an Earth Cache and Adventure Labs on out list for today and we found quite a few along the way.
This area of Beachport and Southend is a delight with fabulous coastal views today.
Thanks to GeoVenture2020 for this hide. a quick find here for us as we were leaving town.

Our third full day in the south east corner of S.A. with our caching companions Suscoe. Today we cached our way to the west of Millicent around Beachport, dodging the showers and finding a good variety of caches, including a number of Adventure Labs. We would love to drop anchor and stay longer.

Geomum used this as an excuse to walk along the beach while geodad drove round. Geodaughter had fun scrambling up a sand dune.

It was 2 years ago on the March long weekend we were last over here. (That was pre covid/lockdown days.)
We had a great time, back then, and when we got home it was only 20days later Vic went into full covid lockdown mode.
The world has changed somewhat since then, but caching still gets us out n about.
And it is kind of fitting that we are back here for a planned interstate caching trip to get us both back into an area we enjoy (not ta mention I always enjoy the SA caches n trails)
This trip we are both armed with some new gear for the new trails. And i had a few caches targeted to help achieve some challenges and stats.
Once again it was a great little break from the norm of life back home.
Today we toured from Millicent, hit the coast n made our way to Kingston SE. Then cached back to Robe, checked out some camping areas and finishing the day in Beachport with Ad Labs.

Last GC for the day! Grabbed this as we headed into Beachport to our campground for the night. Had a super busy day sightseeing this beautiful area. We are touring SA with our camper trailer and grabbing some GCs along the way.
Found this one on a nice trip to the area with my geodaughter. Took a while, but found it in the end. TFTC

Another caching adventure with Mattycat, Sebastbat and Gem, today we and including Beachport, a long day we enjoyed a meal at the local hotel before continuing on with some torchlight caching. Cache was a quick find for us tonight
