Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
SirFancy dropped me right at GZ and I got down to hunting while he parked the car, as he returned and started to hunt too I noticed something requiring further examination and pulled out the container.

Decided to head up to Freo and clear up a few new caches and lab spots and had a rather successful evening out.
By the time I walked in the door I had 8 finds, 6 adventure labs and 1 DNF.

I new what I was expecting with this one quick scan of face had cache in hand signed and replaced. I like this idea and might use this for my next cache. TFTC and inspiration.
Started on the wrong lavel when hunting this one, then relaised my mistake. So elevation corrected, I scanned the area and soon spotted the hide. I retrieved the cache, extracted the log and etched my name in the parchment. All done, the cache was returned as found.
Cheers Lachlan1.77.

Found lots of bits that could have been cache related as I was right on GZ. Did a 15metre scour each way and found a lot of bits on the ground. After getting an idea of what it could be, would hate to think I still missed it or the latter. There was something on the road at the exact spot and a place cache could have fit perfectly. Oh well will be watching for updates. Tftc hide anyway Lachlan.
Out and about and realised we had no finds in this area so a look for some higher rated caches bought us here. Plenty of looking and loose items. We broadened a touch and then spotted the nice bit of camo and completed the signing duties. TFTc.
Out on our usual Sunday adventures, pausing nearby to watch a bit of community football, before wandering down here to check out the view. Having perused the instruction manual I knew what I was looking for, so it wasn't long before the cleverly concealed cache was in hand. Thanks for the nice find here Lachlan1.77
Find 2 of 7 with 2 DNF on a warm and windy bike ride starting in East Freo, out to Bicton, then back into Freo for lunch and a beer at Gage Roads' splendid new establishment. Quite a few Ad Lab locations along the way kept us busy.
Mrs O went straight to this one while Mr O enjoyed the sparkling river view.
TFTC Lachlan1.77!

G’day all, I am disabling this cache (effective Sunday 31/10/21 at 16:20). Apologies for the inconvenience!
Reason: The cache was there and all was good, but then I managed to break it while checking how much log space remained. Will take it in for some TLC and get it back out soon.

In the area for the grandson's soccer match so, of course we had to find a couple of caches too. Thanks for the cache Lachlan1.77.
My wife found this one very quickly like she does the things I didn’t do properly when I’m cleaning the house.
Nice little camo between the river and the tennis club. TFTC

With another day of excellent weather, the plan was made to head out caching, targeting a few LGAs that I had not cached in yet. Along with this, there were a few specific caches targeted in between. It was an enjoyable day as we cached our way through Freo and some of the swankier suburbs before finally called it a day not long after five. All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise stated.

Found it quite quickly on my ride today. It blends in very well. Just needs a little bit of glue to hold it together again. Thanks for the cache.
Found on the ground. Camo has come apart - put back where it was supposed to be. Thanks Lachlan

This one is proper rooted. Some half couldn’t place it back into the original hole and as a consequence people have been trying to force it into a hole in which it does not belong and the edges are cracking off and now frailed. I’m going to try repairing the cache (which requires extensive repairs) and then if that fails I’ll try an option B.
Will be some time before back in order as I’m super busy the next couple of weeks.

So many people out walking and cycling during the COVID-19 lockdown. Managed to grab the cache and return it during a lull in the passing traffic. Thanks for the cache.
