Seems gone missing. The hint makes perfect sense, but no cache! Beautiful walk!!!
Found with help of hint, a bit off from coordinates. Thanks for a cache along this beautiful track.
Yay I found it!!! I have been back twice with no luck and finally got it today. TFTC!!
Cache was washed out. Will need some maintenance. A lovely little spot TFTC
Out and about caching in Latrobe today! Currently in the middle of the adventure lab in the area when I noticed this cache over here and I couldn’t say no to coming and grabbing it!slightly over cast today but otherwise a lovely day!
Cache container and contents is wet but the log is still writable! Thanks for the find

This one took some hunting but the hint helped. Found after a long day at work. Ready for long weekend. Thanks
My 4th of 10 Latrobe hides before heading onto Spreyton then Devonport
The cache was found and the log was signed at 10:30 on the still, cool and partly cloudy day of Tuesday 23 November 2021. A nice walk to this one in a lovely park
The cache and contents are in A1 condition.

Cache is still here, I have changed the log so there is a new one. I will update the hint to be more precise
We had to resort to a hint to get this one the log was very damp but still able to be written on. TFTC
With the help of Tassie Anne's log I was able to find it. Ignore the hint! Log is wet but still managed to sign.
Found but it took awhile..ref to the activity messages which put me on the right track and found it easy..thanks for that ..log was wet.. dried it out best I could I put the log in a plastic bag then placed it back in the container hope this helps a bit..Tftc
A quick find after reading previous logs.
Cache is beside a small rotten log...lhs looking uphill....no stump in sight as hint suggests.
Tftc...cheers ST.

Up north for a few days with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP. Today we were heading back home, but we had time to grab a few caches after having an early lunch in Latrobe. Had a bit of trouble finding this one until I read Whitewebbs' log from a couple of days ago and there it was. Log signed, and it was on to the next.

Thanks for the cache. Apologies for the generic cache. Spent four days 'up north; with Lil Rafa and the GeoGSP. Today was day 4, a bit cloudy today, but no rain, so another good day for caching. Today we did a bit of a circle, before heading back to Latrobe (again) for more caches and lunch, and then a couple along the highway as we headed back home. Thanks to all the co's for placing the caches for our enjoyment.
Great enjoyed around of 6 caches before prior final cache..
what a beautiful day sunny today than yesterday poured raining ...
nice spot, open the cache, aware lognote so full wet, tried to sign in..

Up from Hobart Mrs W travelled to the Community Event at Latrobe with Tassie Trekkers in pouring rain. As we had a day of caching planned we packed a change of clothes and the rain coats. Arriving in Latrobe around 8.30 am we cached until 7.30 pm and had an enjoyable break at the event for two hours. Our list of caches changed as the weather improved or worsened so we will have missed a few. Gives us a reason to return. Coords had us on the wrong side. Found in a log on the LH side as heading up the hill. TFTC
Today we headed to Latrobe with whitewebbs to attend the community event and took the opportunity to find some caches in the area and this was one of them.
Although it rained most of the day we were still able to enjoy day and we visited some areas not been to before.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

I am going to disable for now. Won't be able to do maintenance for another week or 2.
The cache is still there. It is still where I hid it. I will change the hint to better suit tonight or tomorrow.
A couple of days off from work and it seemed like a reasonable forecast, so I thought some time in the north west would be good with three aims. One get a break from work, two get a few puzzles that I need to claim a challenge cache in Hobart and finally get a few caches to get the wonders of the World Series done.
The drive up on Thursday was an indication of things to come. Regular showers and very cold. This continued right through the two days. At the end of each day my trousers, shows and socks where Completely saturated.
A few DNFs were had, mainly due to not wanting to search in the current shower more than anything else. Just over 100 finds for the two days, more on the first day less On the second.
Tftc.
Pretty certain that this cache is gone.

Looked as per hint but no go.
It seems the hint neefs changing after reading previous logs.
Will return for another attempt...cheers ST.

With Maggie. Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome “Mylittlebus” looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook. Join us there. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.
After a bit of a look and reading back through logs finally found what I wasn’t looking for lol.
Up from Hobart for a few days for some R&R before Lady membsec becomes out of action for a few months later in the year! This is probably our last real caching day in the area! The weather has been fantastic and we have enjoyed travelling around some of the local country roads.
We had a lovely lunch in Latrobe then drove or walked around to gather all the caches that have appeared since our last visit!
We had to wait for the “council” muggles to move on as they were taking some streamers down from the steps.
This one took awhile to find as we were looking for a rotten stump not a rotten log! The log book is slightly damp but ok.

This was No 1 for the day, good cache and good location - thanks for placing it

This is another area of Latrobe that I did it know existed so thank you for bringing me here.
Out and about on what turned out to be a fairly decent winter’s day. This one a bit of a challenge to track down as not located in the obvious spot.. thanks..!!
Hello opted-out user thank you for the cache
After a lengthy search EeePees found this one after reading back through the logs.
Today was the third day of a road trip with EeePees.

Thanks for the cache keepy2004, a nice walk from the last cache but seems that either the coords are a bit out, or the GPSr just doesn't want to play fair under the canopy.
Searched all over for quite a while, but eventually found it to the left of the third step going up, about 1.5m away.
Cheers, EPs.
Found with AlbyDangles on Day Three of the 'Bust' leg of our "Kempsey Or Bust" tour; as Covid-19 cancelled the Kempsey Mega event this weekend. At Latrobe today to attend a couple of events, so we decided to hang around to see what else we could find in the area.

As we were heading back East/South we called in at Latrobe to grab a coffee and what do you know some caches we have not found yet, so we have to do a couple of them at least.this one took a few minutes to find.
Thanks for the cache.
This was a trip North primarily to meet up with some fellow cachers we had not seen in a very long time, Friday afternoon myself and Gooseandegg set off from Hobart to stay in Ulverstone for the night before meeting up with TazScout for a couple of days of caching along the North/Northwest Coast, we hadn't put much planning into it to be honest, with restrictions lifted we just wanted to catch up with some good friends and have a laugh.
Half of the caches we planned to find I had found some of before when they were listed as GCA caches and some of them even had their old containers with the GCA listing numbers in them, others were new series that had been put out since I was last up this way and we did our best to find as many as we could in the short time we had.
Thanks for all the caches

Before the long drive south we decided to stop for coffee. We got a take away and had a wander into the park to look for this cache. IMG it was cold and damp here. It looks like the sun does not get here in winter at all. The signal was flaky and we were looking on both sides of the path,up and down the stairs but eventually stainless steel rat found it.
Thanks keepy2004
Thanks keepy2004
Each of us ended up in different spots but found it eventually with SS Rat, Goose and Egg
Looking in the wrong place. Found eventually tricky, strayed a bit too far
Today gridge98 and I headed to the North west to visit the leven gorge and collect a few other caches along the way. A great day out, this cache was found along the way.
Apologies for the late and generic log.

I was looking in the wrong place to start with. I widened my search and was rewarded with a find. Well hidden cache and in good condition TFTC. Favourite point given
Last cache of the day and another quick find by Mr Beetle and our grandson who chose to ride rather than walk. Thanks.
Yep, a few metres NW and there it is. On we go, burning time before our ferry
