Passing through Chch on a flying visit after being down south for the Mega. Went for a walk from daughter's place to pick up a couple of nearby caches, before heading off again tomorrow.A nice quick find once a little past indicated GZ. TFTC
This one didnt initially jump out at me so I spent a bit of extra time getting down and dirty when I didnt need to. Turns out it was just a bit further than I initially thought. Cache itself was in excellent shape. Thanks for this fun one!
Yay! Found it!Had not expected a bridge in the area. The red zone is full of surprises.
Awesome hide! I had to open google maps to find the entrance to access this cache. TFTC
Flint and ray found - tried last year and couldnt find, so happy I found it today 5/8/24
Out grabbing a few caches in the red zone. An interesting little path here. Had to widen my search but soon found what I needed. Thanks for the cache.
Came out for a morning walk to finally try and tick some of these red zone caches off. A lovely morning for a wander. Thanks. Quickly found and signed. Would had been a nice wee walkway back in the day. Thanks.
Last one for the day before a coffee at Dune. Went the wrong way first which was a dead end. Then ah-ha and soon were in the right spot.
Little bit further on the bridge than initially looking. Found by one of the scouts.
Had not seen an owner maintenance log, but plenty of found logs since the patch where it was only dnfs. A visit, and yes, there is a nice fresh new cache here. More of a regular than a small now. Glad to see it back in action.
Thanks, took the wrong path for a start and walked through some long grass. All good.
After the terrible weather yesterday we were pleased to see a little sun today.Day six of my trip away in Christchurch with tmann42 hunting caches.Signed all logs tm/ww NZThank you for the placement and the time spent making the caches ready for us to find.
Down in the Christchurch area with woolwood9. Day 6 - A bit of threatening cloud and spits of rain but didn't effect us overly much today.SL *tm/ww NZ*Thank you for the reason to visit this cache and location *Good find and hide, took a few minutes to spot.*
When Itchyfeet2020 mentioned she would be in Christchurch for a few days I was very quick to put my hand up for a caching adventure. Some of the red zone caches were our target today. A nice wee detour led us to what we were searching for. After being attacked by some cutting grass I spotted the cache neatly tucked away. IF did the honors while I searched out a plaster. Thanks for the cache.
Landed in town this morning and ThatDamnBear managed to find some free time to join me in finding a few caches in the red zone. What a lovely spot. Both of us started looking, pondered the hint and T.D.B made the find. Thank you for the cache in this special spot.
Tftc, cute wee cache, sweet mama swan and her baby cygnets at the end of the bridge
