Cache check with a view to archiving this but quickly spotted by Hazedarus where it should be.Hint altered to better reflect placement.
I found several iterations of the hint but no cache. Did see a red container full of water sitting on a shelf but don't think that was it. I'm sure it will still be here but I was tired, hungry, cold and it was getting dark so I will return another day.
Its Day7, the last day of the g7+M streak week for the latest souvenir. Mum had another day off work today as one of her boys is still sick so we started heading out of town in the other direction for a placement area that didnt pan out. We then decided to come back out here and place a cache somewhere we had spotted in the rain last week. With that done we headed down here for a quick PnG. There were a few things that couldve matched the title but soon enough Mum spied abit of unnatural colour and it was the cache. (the original cache) sorry paddle chick is hadnt gone missing after all. A big HUGE Thanks to the H&H team for placing this and all our contributing caches this week.
The CO has confirmed cache was missing, logging with permission. Thanks holymu

Spending the winter woofing, tramping and exploring the west coast caching along the way ..of course..
Staying in punakaiki for a while with my next job so a great opportunity to explore the area.
Sunday drive out to get supplies, decided to stop for a wee stroll. Quick find once in the bush..tftc

Decided to grab this one while we were in the area. Realized I needed to go bush. Once in there were quite a few hint items. Was about to give up but then I saw it. TFTC
This one was more than we anticipated.... thought it would be P&G by the gate - Nope. Nothing to do but head into the undergrowth, where we were met by a large number of potential hint objects, and it was just a matter of trying to narrow down which one it was meant to be.... eventually I just happened to glance across at another option at just the right angle, and it waved at me! Makes up for some of my cache blindness earlier today. TFTC. Number 10271 for me I think (Adventure labs are skewing the count).
#10,090. Day 4 of the geocaching road trip. Infoferret and I flew down from Wellington on Wednesday and have spent a couple of nights in Greymouth. But its time to leave now and head to our next lodgings in Westport. We have geotour caches to find, some adventure labs and a lot of solved puzzles on the way. Will pick up any traditional caches if we have time. The weather is still holding out and its another fine, warm, sunny spring day.
Making our way north and stopped for this cache. We were expecting a park and grab here but it turned into a bit more of a mission than that. Eventually after searching from the margins we decided we would have to enter the forest interior. Once inside there seemed to be plenty of places that matched with the cache title. I tried a lot of them but it was IF who came up trumps and spied the cunningly hidden cache. A lot tougher find than we were expecting. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache where found. Thanks holymu for hiding it here.

Cache found on a 4 day caching adventure across to the West Coast. Started in Westport and traveled down to Greymouth and Hokitika and the hinterland. Sorry for the generic log but found so many great caches on our journey. Many thanks for all the Cache owners for the cache placement maintaining the caches. Bit of scramble to find this one. TFTC
This took a wee while to hunt down, but it was very easy to see once I looked high enough. Whoops, there was no camo, so didn't replace it.
Ms_KR and I are heading to the west coast, hopefully to complete the PWGT GeoTour this weekend, with only 4 to go. What a glorious day today, fine weather all the way, good wave action at Punakaiki, and the coast beautiful,
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Thanks holymu for putting out this cache for woolwood9 and I to find!
SL **tm/ww NZ** (may just be a black smudge on the many wet or plastic logs)
Weather today was unsettled with rain at times.
*Took us far too long to find, We stumbled around for quite a while before ww9 spotted it*
