#2608After enjoying the event at the Rouse Hill Town Centre, I went in search of this cache. Easily spotted although I had to be mindful of a fellow practising his golfing skills.Nice to tick this one off that's been sitting on my map for a while. Thanks for the geo-fun Rainbow Bears.
I've never been in this park before but I always look at it from the Metro and wonder how you actually get here. Now I know!It was a bit squelchy walking across the park from the suggested car parking waypoint. There were even some small 'lakes' that I had to skirt around. So after a DNF elsewhere in this park I was pleased to find this cache. It was safe and dry but the pen inside the cache no longer works. Luckily I carry a few of my own so was able to sign the logbook. TFTC # 6119
Find #: 3,527Companions: NoneMuggles: NoneWeather: Pleasant autumn morningCache condition: GoodAfter running the nearby parkrun I headed over to this area. I first had a quick look for the cache near the bridge, but there was too much water flowing under it given the huge downpour overnight, and when I saw a redback spider I quickly abandoned *that* search. I then headed over to this cache, which was fortunately a quick find (TNSL, dropped TB). I then headed over to the 3rd cache of the area, but managed to excite the local bull-ant tribe, so had to abandon that search too. Still, an enjoyable little walk under a surprisingly blue sky! TFTC
Came to find this one after checking out the super awesome nearby park that has opened up. It has a basketball court, skatepark, BMX track among other things. This was an easy find and well constructed. Grabbed a TB here. There was also an amazing bit of swag I wouldve loved but didnt have anything good enough to trade. TFTC!
Out for a bike ride picking up local caches this afternoon. A quick find here and a great cache!! Tftc!!
Found easily. Logged this one in error when finding The Rockies. I have now found this one
We got wet from the rain, oh damn! but we found only one cache out of 3 caches today. Nice hidden cache and thank you for leading us here.
Enjoyed walk along to GZ and happy to sign the log and discover two trackables.
Thanks for the cache and hunt.
Thanks for the cache and hunt.
An easier find than the other Rainbow Bears’ cache close by, but just as creatively hidden. TFTC
Today we headed out to Rouse Hill and Kellyville, catching a 280 bus to Chatswood and a Metro train to Rouse Hill Metro Station, then walked through the backstreets and parklands to Kellyville Metro Station for our return journey homeward. Collected a MultiCache and numerous Traditions, and visited the Kellyville Pets mega pet shop, along the way. This was the 6th of 9 finds for the day.
This one was next, and a nice quick find of a familiar hide style, but this one is probably the largest version we have ever encountered - nice work! The cache name makes perfect sense. Signed the logbook, swapped Trackables (there was only one TB in the cache, despite two being listed), and then replaced as found. TFTC Rainbow Bears and YolkieB.

Found it! Some ants have decided to make it their home but other than that nice cache good condition. Cool camo too! - Mr Moocoo
After the attack of the killer ants at the last one, it was pleasing to make a quicker find before any wildlife could get to me. TFTC
I did the Chuck Berry to get under the spider webs, brushed away the Beatles and the Animals, Hendrix'd the heck out of it to reveal a very clever hide. Rock on! OCW Brewmaker. TFTC Rainbow Bears
Great hide. I thought I'd try my luck here after failing at the Rockies.
Nice one!
Nice one!
I have only vague memories of this film. Parked in a now familiar spot and wandered over. A quick find once there. Thanks Rainbow Bears & YolkieB.
Tempted to go back and give the Rockies another go now, but ah well this was nice thank you
This is the style of cache I love. Easy access, great cammo. Loved it.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Lovely find. Log still in a good condition with loads of space. Thank you for a great cache:)
This cache was well guarded by an army of ants, and a platoon of slugs!
A quick find after more DNFs locally than we've had in our two years caching!
Thanks for maintaining the cache

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Much easier than the former one.
Now that lockdowns are easing I have enabled the cache again. Please take care. Happy Caching!!
Cache has been disabled due to the current COVID 19 lockdown in Sydney. I will enable once the lockdown is over.
Cache name made sense on approach, followed the prescribed directions and soon had CIH. SL took nothing left nothing. TFTC!
Dropped by to collect The Hornet TB that has been hiding within the cache.
Nice little park, lots of sport on a Saturday morning.
Cache easily found in excellent condition. Fantastic camoflage - would make for a difficult hide in another location.

Yep, you guessed it! Another calendar day finds hunt.
Need to hit the caches early as I'm due at the BBL Final tonight - Go 6ers!
Decided to target a slew of new caches around Beaumont Hills - keep 'em coming COs, they're much appreciated. Went for six and found them all. Didn't even need a PAF or anything - although I was starting to think it might be necessary at one location.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Walked to GZ from my last find. Aah, familiarity. Immediately made the find, with some of those slow moving / non bitey big black ants all over the cache.
Made the grab and took the TB. Then signed the log and replaced.
Decided to head back to the car, grab a bite for lunch, and then grab one or two more.

A nice early morning exercise walk for a cache before the days proceedings.
Though, the dew on the grass made for damp footwear, all part and parcel of the game, thanks for the placement

Lovely walk in the park for this cache. Spotted the cache from about 10m away and knew what to do. Did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM

Once again this area was my Bermuda Triangle, this time I came across from the TWay walking track, and I was confronted by an overgrown creek and later a cyclone wire fence. I managed to cross the creek with two wet shoes and bashed my way through the blackberries at the end of the fence.
Of cause I should have come via the sporting fields... A nice hide, thanks...

Cleaning up a few of the local caches with goingplaces2. Nice easy find here. TFTC.
This was a nice quick and easy find as there were limited places to be checked on arrival with ilook4geo. No problem here and the log was soon signed with both names before being put back into its hiding place. Thank you to Rainbow BearS & YolkieB for this cache placement.

Too little exercise when working from home so this Friday later afternoon I drove to nearby Beaumont Hills for a few caches and some much needed exercise.
Tall grass...the perfect hiding place for snakes as was evidenced by the many warning signs in this area. Luckily I did not spot any..but I did spot a fine cache.

Joint {FTF} withnSensible Shoes and Shoes Junior. We got the alert and raced out. Ot took a bit of looking then I made the grab. We were greeted by a. empty log. We just finished signing the log and putting it back when Mr. Malcovich came along. TNLNSL TFTC
Had to drop my son at RHTC but circled back and noticed a familiar family at GZ on approach. Good to see the shoes clan again!
Nice construction, thanks rainbowbears. SL in second place.
Heading back to the path and stopped to say hi to monkeymoos who was heading for GZ. Love this kind of cacher convergence Almost caught a flyball headed for me as I passed the baseball game on the way out.
