No luck today, Im afraid! Searched high and low, but alas, the cache eludes me. Could it be vanished, or perhaps just too cunningly concealed? Aye, I reckon those two logs might not have signed it after all! Seems they mayve claimed a find without truly laying eyes on the prize
Yeah nah checked every bit of this guardrail and still no bloody cache! Kids reckon they're over it whingin' about never doin geocaching again
On the way home from fishing at Wollongong Harbour, I pulled over to search for this cache. I checked the guard rail thoroughly but came up empty. Caught a nice 32 cm bream earlier, though, so it wasn't a total loss! Looking forward to trying again
Got a call from an old mate I played soccer with back in my day, during the 80s with the Coledale Rosebuds. Mrlab2500, as hes known in the geocaching world now, needed a hand with a tricky cache hes been after. Back in my day, wed have had it found in no time! But after what felt like hours of searching, we came up with nothing. Maybe our eyes arent as sharp as they used to be, or maybe the cache is just better hidden than we ever were on the field. Still, good to catch up with an old mate and relive some memories.
Took the kids out again hoping to find this one but no luck. We searched around the guard rail, but with it looking brand new the cache might have been moved or is no longer there. The kids are starting to lose interest in geocaching with all the recent did not finds, which is a bit discouraging. Wed love to give it another shot if the owner can check and possibly replace the cache.
Im heartbroken. I found this cache before, but now its missing from where I last found it. The guard rail looks brand new, and the owner hasnt logged in for over a year. Recent DNFs are disheartening
this spot n no cap I coudnt find it Looked everywhere but it was ghostin me Lowkey thought I had it but nah it was hidin 2 hard Ill come back n try again tho not gonna sleep on this 1Still good vibes bein outside touchin grass n gettin sum fresh air If sum1 finds it spill tha tea on where its atStay lit
Heard about geocaching at school and was like Bet lets try this out. Rolled up with Mum and Dad, and we were hyped to find it, but this one was mad sneaky. Searched everywhere but it ghosted us. Still, no cap Major respect to whoever hid it though seriously theyve got rizz with hiding spots!
I revisited this cache with a mate to show them where I had found it a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't in the spot on the guard rail where I previously located it. We searched around but couldn't find it this time.
Kid where so excited to find one of these geocacher but we do not seem to be finding them
Yesterday was a traveling day as we moved south from Maitland to Bull. It rained all the way!On arrival at Bulli however it eased up and finished later in the afternoon so we could get out and have a look around. It is a beautiful area with plenty of beaches, hills in the background and bike paths to explore. Hopefully the weather will continue to improve over the coming days.Plenty of Ad Labs to explore and some other trads as well. We particularly enjoyed the Sea Cliff Bridge walk.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache moom3.**SKI Pair****
A quick park and grab on my way home from the Sea Cliff BridgeThank you moom3 for setting and maintaining this Geocache for everyone to enjoy
Hope this logs as it is the third time I have driven to this area after downloading the cache and it wasn't in my GPS. Arrived at the rough area and again it didn't down load, first time ever for any cache.Anyway did a systematic search of all the places in the hint that I remembered and came up with the goods in the second place I looked.Done and dusted TFTCIronbark.
Nice quick find here! Had to dodge some cars while crossing the road from where I'd parked on the side street but once I was here it didn't take too long to find the cache, which was on a very familiar structure. With all the construction going on blocking up Lawrence Hargrave Dr which was causing a big queue of cars, I decided to skip the caches near Scarborough station as I wasn't too keen on waiting for the queue any more than I needed to. Thankfully this one was a nice and easy find. TFTC!
After so many did not finds, finally made my first find! Spotted it easily and it felt great to finally have a success. Thanks for the fun hide and the boost in confidence!
Found it easy but the log needs to be replaced instantly because of the inappropriate private part drawing on the back. And it needs a log change and plus what a sneakative sneaky hiding spot definitely blends in well with the tape

Took a run along the scenic coast to clear some unfound icons cluttering the map and complete the second souvenir of Signal’s Swamp Labyrinth. Good co-ords and clues made for easy finds on 14 out of 20 in the series (1 disabled and 5 with too many previous dnfs to spend too much time also searching). Some issues with parking but had pre-planned safest spots to stop before setting out and completed in the correct order to be on the right side of the road.
#8686 (8 of 11 today)
This is one of seven calendar days where I only have 14 finds. Don't judge me... So as my goal for this year is 16 calendar loops I need some finds today. Regardless of the weather.
Well, it seems the Calendar Caching Gods not only required propitiation today but also a ritual washing. With the rain today, I'd say my Geocaching sins have been well and truly washed away! I'm just glad given the forecasts that I don't need a lot of finds tomorrow.
So as I've been aiming to get 20 finds most days, I was hoping for a minimum of six finds, but more is better. Just depends when the rain - or my sogginess level - gets too high.
As it was I made 11 finds along Lawrence Hargreaves Drive, and collected info for two multis. And remembered to check recent logs so I bypassed a few that were MIA.
And almost beat the heavy rain before getting back to The Shire.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Parked in the side street and was able to make a quick grab. But then the muggles emerged over the road and so I wandered away to complete signing duties, but they were still there. So I took on the walk to *#15* and then looked to replace it on my return.
Muggles had thinned out when I returned, so made the quick replace and outta there.

Out caching with Meritonnn enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Blue skies and gorgeous ocean views along this series. TFTC
On the way to a family holiday at Mollymook, frazeydaze and I had planned to do the Sea Cliff Bridge Walk Adventure Lab followed by caches 13 - 21 of the Coal Coast Series.
After a dnf at number 13 the remaining eight caches were quickly found with parking nearby and the generous hints.
Thanks for this series moom3 and hopefully one we will get back to complete the series.

Went out and checked on all caches that have been placed so far in this series. All are still where they should be, and have replaced a few logs.
TFTC,
Another quick find here today.
We need three caches today to lift our day found total to five for the Personal Challenge we are doing for Grub Fred. It is great to be on the home run, 2 more days in December and 3 in January.
Ended up doing 4 before we arrived at a suitable location to turn around.

A prefect day to finish this series off with a pleasant nor'eastern blowing and some fine scenery. All caches had good coords and straight forward finds. TFTC moom3.
Spent the day collecting caches in the Illawarra. Completed the Coal Coast Series along with a handful of caches in my 50km radius. Found most caches in good condition, with decent coordinates and helpful hints. Thanks to all Cache Owners for their contribution to this recreational activity.
DNF revenge after the guard rail had been replaced last time and the cache had been removed. Easy PAG. Thanks for prompt replacement. TFTC
Happy to find this cache easily today after recent replacement. OCW Brewmaker. TFTC moom3
Since my DNF this has been replaced and was a quick find on the way past today. TFTC!
A pleasantly cooler and overcast day - ideal for searching for caches. TFTC Moom3
