Heading from Albury to Corryong to complete my FINAL map in the Victoria Country Road Atlas Challenge! Such a great drive along the Murray River Road, taking in the views of Lake Hume. From the main highway and now into Corryong for lunch. We checked out a few adventure labs and then took a drive around town. Straight up and down, quick find - to log any geocache, you need to sign the logbook. Thanks for the cache Lidogger and Georoamaround.

We are far to short and old to be reaching cache this which we easily spied. Will send a description to the CO as proof of find. TFTC

Climbing a tree in a residential street was just a bit too weird for me on my own.

Did not spot from the ground so up I went anyway. Just one more limb and bingo! Sappy affair too. In Corryong for ‘work’ visit to the college of knowledge and to catch up with a geo buddy. TFTC AND THE FUN

Didn’t take long to spot this one from the ground and Mrs Riddell was up, signed the log and safely down.
Meanwhile Mr Riddell looked on with a severe leg cramp.

Taking some time after the Wangaratta Mega to travel around and grab some caches with The_Tritonz.
That was easier than we expected it to be.
Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.

Enjoying our tour of Corryong with Papi4506 and Geoturtle37 despite the hot weather.
We thought initially this climb was not a 2.5T due the height but after an easy climb up we certainly agree with the terrain rating. We thoroughly enjoyed the fun climb.
Thanks Lidogger for the placement.

I certainly agree with a few other members. In that didnt find because didnt try and find. Seen a number of these type of caches.. At 70 years of age I can still climb trees quite well, but if I cannt see it from the ground after a good dose of peering, I wont attempt because not knowing which branch to scale because of so many. I think a simple hint may be warranted. Such as "Close to or ON trunk. On a limb on NSE or West side. etc. Alas, thanks for cache placement L & G.

Made way up into the tree and had the cache in hand very quickly. TFTC

Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch. After an attempt to find earlier in the year when it was missing, I had been saving this one to fill a calendar day now that it was replaced. A special find in that it completes my caching calendar, a find on every day of the year. TFTC

Less of a did not find but a did not look. Given last two logs I pulled up and then jumped back in the car and kept driving. Probably needs a check

We were last in this area as firefighters during the terrible fires here in 2020.
Today we returned with our CFA work colleagues and LilMiss8 as a camping trip to remember and put our bit back into the local economy.
We found 6 caches and 2 DNFs today.

Pretty bummed to dnf this one - I cant remember the last time I climbed a tree, but with Lil Miss in Thongs and hubby looking dubious, it was left to me to haul myself up the tree - I went up pretty high - maybe not high enough? Searched as best I could but no luck Sad
