Logs
Lots of rubbish round here, and garden rubbish dumping ground. Lovely fuchsia tree tho
I solved the puzzle a while ago and after we visited Orokonui Ecosanctuary for lunch we went to find the cache. M found the cache and B read out the hint as we had no signal. A big container which M tipped a lot of water out of. I signed the log and left a travel bug. Lots of fly-tipping here which is very unfortunate, even a TV.
Collecting solved puzzles and completed challenges on a hill route into the city. Down for the mega. Please excuse the generic log. Thanks for placing each and every on of your caches, including those I can't solve or can't find.
I left Warrington with the ebike this morning planning to ride from Port Chalmers into Dunedin. Oops, the weather is not looking too flash ahead for the bike ride so I decided instead to make this a cachemobile run to sign off solved mystery caches. This was the first puzzle solved off. TFTC Natalie247.
#23307. As we approached GZ we were hoping we'd find somewhere to park, and were relieved to come round the corner and find a big pull-off area. We soon spotted an obvious location that fitted the hint perfectly, but there was no cache there. We both then poked around for a while without any look. I considered descending the rubbish strewn slope a little but that didn't look like much fun. Eventually I look down and there was the cache, just within reach as I reached down from above. Mighty pleased no descent was needed. TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ en route from Christchurch to Dunedin. Was relieved to see the good parking here (and on the "right" side of the road for us).The hint object was easy to spot, what a magnificent specimen! Cache wasn't an instant find, but SW tracked it down in the end. TFTC.
Not sure when I solved this one, but drove past it today and went to grab it! No problems here - perfect pull-in spot too! TFTC
A great puzzle we solved at home before our trip down to Dunedin. Had a great few full days and now heading home. Thanks for the puzzle and cache Natalie247.
I have had this one solved for awhile, so after pulling out of caching on the harbor edge due to the wind we headed over the hill to get the find. I liked Daywalk's log and like them Mr p&vee did the work getting the box of goodies.
A quick find. I had just come from the sanctuary so it was a bit off putting to see all the rubbish. Thanks Natalie.
The final cache for that "Four every day of the calendar year" challenge! Only a year late (because this time 2021 we were in lockdown). Had saved caches on all our usual routes just in case. An earlyish start - we hoped to avoid the rain. But the shower (of hail) caught up with us here. Looked in the hide where the cache used to be (couldn't resist a recce in this familiar place soon after it was published - reason explained in logbook). A bit of a panic - but Mr D clambered around and checked the feet, ah, a much less obvious hide. Then, with parkas on, off to Orokonui for morning tea.
I solved this puzzle before a previous road trip that I did with Jude_E. It was such a long time ago I have forgotten how I did it.
Sadly this place needs a CITO as others have said. Thanks for hiding this cache Natalie247 I appreciate it.

On our way back to Christchurch. Pulled in to look for this and were greeted by bellbirds. How wonderful. The cache had flown the nest but is safe and sound in tje hint item again. A friendly tomtit came to visit. Thanks for the puzzle and cache, Natalie247.

Had solved this during last lockdown and out here today visiting places not visited with my 3 grand daughters during school holiday baby sitting duties. And a chance to pick this cache up too. Perfect.
Thanks Natalie247 enjoyed solving and finding

The puzzle was straightforward and the cache a quick easy find, although it's a pity someone has chosen to use this spot as a dumping ground. TFTC
Solved this puzzle when it was first published and had passed the final a couple of times over the months but saved it, in case I needed it for my streak. Going by Gz today so made the stop for an easy find.
Thanks for the cache, Natalie247

Quick and easy roadside solve. Surprised how quick we found it as well.
Thanks for the cache, Natalie247!

Malinkaly and I went out on a hunt today to reach the top of Kilimanjaro, focusing on mystery caches. We pulled over on our way from A to B to have a look at this cache's puzzle, solved it pretty quickly... and realised we were 15 metres away from the final coordinates! What a stroke of luck. We had no issues finding it after that - easiest and most serendipitous cache find for the day. Cheers!
Another one solved over Lockdown. Bit of a detour on my way to Palmerston and a nice quick find at GZ TFTC Natalie247

It is strongly recommend that whilst we go for a walk for exercise, we need to take care on shared surfaces and geocaching should not be done at this time; https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/New+Zealand
To remove temptation, I am disabling this cache and ask kindly that you do not find this cache during lockdown.
Remember there is more than physically finding a cache, there are plenty of puzzle caches you can do at home. Or if you live near a multi you can walk the trail and save the find for another day. For more info or connect with wider community see Geocaching New Zealand on Facebook.

Well not quite like the Amazon, but clearly there is some wildlife around, judging by the number of bullet holes in a structure nearby. We thought that getting out of the car and signing the log was a pretty good plan D, too. Found with Debsnz. Thanks for this hide, Natalie.
Solving the puzzle was reasonably easy and as we were driving past today, we decided to stop. With no leaves on the tree I could almost see the branches being like Anacondas and it was also easy to spot the cache. I imagine in summer it would be a lot trickier.
I sorted this one out a while ago and today I needed to find at least one cache so I decided on a loop drive. I should have had a better look at Google maps because I assumed that it would have involved parking in the nearby car park and walking along the fence road. I did that but after a 400m stroll I began to realise that it is likely up that bank. Another 50 metres on I decided to turn around and use the car. It turned out that there was ample roadside parking. Nice size container but a little exposed. Well advertised as a geocache though. Thanks for the little puzzle.
Had solved this a while ago, but didn’t realise there was a geochecker. Had a number wrong but thankfully Kerynz had it right! Easy find by Kerynz. TFTC.
Frame Family and I were keen to tick of some puzzles today having had some in a list for a while. Had three to get on the same road.
Parked the car 4m from cache. Quick find. Tftc

I'd worked this one out a while ago and today was the day I was passing by. A bit of rubbish close by. Couldn't get a signal here and I hadn't saved to a list. However, soon found in likely spot. TFTC.
Day in Dunedin today, so had time to grab a couple of caches. - Thanks Bitsprayer
FTF. A nice little ride out to the cache. Found more than one answer online for C but, fortunately, only one fitted. Cache was a quick find. TFTC.
