Today out and about on 273 of 274 days to get my daily cacher Emerald Using my Garmin Etrex 22X, Garmin Montana 700 and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
We are on a caravanning trip around Australia seeing the sights and finding a few caches. We are on the way to Barossa valley to catch up with friends. We stopped in this town. Grabbed out the bikes and went caching. Although a had too many DNF today.I thought I knew what I was looking for but we could not locate. The storage lock box had us puzzled.
This a new account but I found this cache with my mum (EmsDan1315) and my brother (maggies123) on 10-7-2024. TFTC.
A great autumn morning caching between Tarlee and Kapunda crossing a few more off the map. Many thanks for the hide 4WHEELAUSSIE
Staying at Kapunda cp. Out looking for caches with muggle husband. Some took a while to locate others quick. Thanks COs for putting them out & given us a good tour of the town & surrounds. Tftc
Out to claim a find today, previously was a DNF flagged so I didn't stop to look. Today was different, locus cache and Rex were with me and there was no driving past a cache (once the app was opened ). TFTC 4WHEELAUSSIE, cache all good today.
Went to the stockyards, avoided auction day. Quick pick up. More silos that can be painted
Quick find while out and about grabbing caches for IGD.

Tftc!! Been here a few times over the years and never found. Today we finally achieved a smiley.
After catching up to my brother it was definitely time to head home, so I checked my app and seen that this cache had been replaced, so one last detour
I’ve been sidetracked and backtracked a couple of times today and have enjoyed my country drive find caches.
A quick find to finish my cache day.

We believe that this cache may be missing, we were there with a previous finder and we came up empty
The Geocaching Goonies, sandelf, Marlee126, Peas&CarrotsForever, Aussiegal88, _staas and myself, could not find this cache. We looked everywhere except the place this caching was hiding!! So many eyes and no ??. I guess that means we will all have to revisit this peaceful little town to turn the smile up the right way.

Came with Jolly0, Marlee126, Peas&CarrotsForever, sandelf and _staas around 2.30pm and 9 geocaches were unable to locate the cache.
Jolly PAF that has found this previously to help us find the cache, so we went back and still no find.
Every bolt, nook and cranny, entirety of the cattle ramp and even bushes was tried and searched and still no success.
Cache hasn't been found in over 2 months and 9 of us pretty experienced geocachers were unable to find. May pay for CO to come check if its still here.
Until next time,

Two attempts to find this today with the geocaching goonies and have walked away without the goods. Did not find.
Another lovely day to be caching the area. Found out and about with Symonds6 and Shandyk. Signed log as GuShS6. TFTC.
My geo senses have turned off completely! What can I say, it’s been a big weekend. Not to worry, just another reason to come back and visit this town.
Time to head back to the big smoke. It’s been an enjoyable weekend in the fresh, damp, green countryside.

Owl had an unexpectedly free day and managed to persuade JJ52 to accompany her to a secret proposed Ad lab location for research. Of course, this meant caching, coffee and some unexpected encounters along the way. This was a quick detour but a slow find of the very sneaky cache.
Doctor Owl had suggested a spur of the moment caching trip as she wanted to suss out a new AL and asked if I wanted to join her for the day. We had a lovely drive in the country grabbing a few caches along the way, meeting up with some friends and generally enjoying the outdoors. [^]
We knew what we were looking for here and while I was on one side Doctor Owl was on the other and soon called out 'here it is' Log stamped and all replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache 4 WHEELAUSSIE.

This one seems to float to the top doesnt it. I found it, signed it, and after placing it below, added some rock cover to help keep it from sight. Thanks for the cache 4WheelAussie.
Found by Mary and David at 13:20. Smell the history and dried manure here. An interesting place. Found the cache over, but replaced it under with a little more camo. Our thanks to 4WHEELAUSSIE.
Interesting to read the previous log from Nov 22, because that’s exactly what I found - cache open, contents scattered. I have also gathered everything up and rehidden to match the hint. Very quiet here on a Friday. Thanks 4WHEELAUSSIE.
McDonnell family Found what’s left of it, container open and contents scattered around area, sealed container and Rehid

Time for another Friday Frolic for some members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving Group. We gathered at the Rat Nest and myself, Blackadders and S.A. Sewer Rats headed out for a day of caching in and around Kapunda. Except for one cache that is currently off line we managed to find all we looked for. As usual there were a few laughs, a picnic lunch and these are the caches we found [B)]
Nobody around today made for a quick find.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks 4WHEELAUSSIE for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

Quite a quiet day in Kapunda today - public holiday Monday.
We drove in to look but felt like we probably shouldn't have been in here. Is it owned by Viterra?
Cache found and we quickly left the site.

Found during a day out caching in the Kapunda and wider area with Freddo and Team Waldron. We signed our names in full or abbreviated to F.F.TW in caches that none of us had previously found, and in full when one or the other (various combinations) had already claimed on a prior visit. A total of around 40 finds for each of us today, plus 5 for the local Lab cache to clear up a nice area on the map. Thanks for the cache 4WHEELAUSSIE!
