Visiting the Adelaide region for a week from Port Macquarie. Today was yet another very long day. We headed south towards Victor Harbor, over to Cape Jervis, and then back up the coast, plenty of caches were found, and tons of adventure lab questions answered. We had an especially fun and very productive day and were left feeling very tired but satisfied by the end.Have always loved funny road names like this, made sure to have our google navigation say it aloud too. A quick find had. Thanks for the cache
Would never have known this great sign was here if we werent looking for the GC. Met some locals who told us that people kept stealing the sign so someone put a 1 ton rock there and wrote the name of the road on it! Guess nobody is willing to steal that TFTC
Today out and about on 236 of 274 days to get my daily cacher Emerald Using my Garmin Etrex 22X and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
Today was day 2 of naughtybunny and Chookster's big geocaching adventure around the Fleurieu Peninsula. Really enjoyed the scenery, walks and of course... geocaching! I've always wanted to check out the Deep Creek area and happy to have finally made it! This area didn't disappoint. We spent some time wandering around the area and back through here. Looks like the sign got stolen so many times that they had to make this one. The cache was found after a few minutes of searching. TNLN. Cheers.
I wonder how often the street sign got pinched before they gave up on replacing it!?TFTC
Found it! Quick find here, although had to wait for a lot of cars to pass! TFTC!
Found on a trip down south after attending the Picnic in Willunga event. The main aim was to tackle the Fleurieu Beach series near Delamere but I used the opportunity to find caches along the way and on the return back home. Thanks for the cache equipe de cinq!
We are on the way to a CITO and as this cache was so close who wouldn't stop. . A fantastic day to be out there enjoying life. All is good with the cache. SL TFTC
On the way to the nearby CITO. Don't venture down this way very often. Decided to call into this one.TFTC SL
Found on the way past today while touring around this end of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Nice spot, sick road. All good here, thanks.Find #6562 on 3 Jan 2024.TFTC equipe de cinq!SAs Leap Year Event - GCA1DNA - Feb 29th, 2024. Keep the date free!

An afternoon of clearing up caches in our local area...Found with sir_spectre.Thanks
Well as much as i hate to say it, it literally is the road to nowhere else since this is a dead end road. Quick find.Found with Mogni. Today it was a afternoon of caching with the virtual at Cape Jervis being the target. More km's walked than expected, those fire tracks aren't straight or flat. Not many caches found today but those caches you never detour to or stop for were the ones we aiming for on route to Cape Jervis.

"The Tim Tam Team" (irishalan, Jolly0 and myself) are on an adventure down to the Fleurieu Peninsula area and then Victor Harbor on a day trip.
We are helping irishalan get a few caches that he needs for his Jasmer grid, ones he hasn't been able to get in Ireland.
We are also targeting high D/T combos and some caches needed to qualify for challenges back in Ireland. Ultimately though just grabbing whatever we come across along the way.
Was an awesome day with Aussie food and Aussie slang. As well as discussing the differences between our two countries.
We were on our way out of Rapid Bay and Jolly0 mentioned a cache on the corner so we stopped.
I'm glad we did as this was a cool spot and a good spot for a cache.
Thanks for going to the effort to hide this one as I enjoyed it.
Thanks equipe de cinq for this traditional cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3408 on the 18th of August 2023.
CITO's are a brilliant way to help keep our community area's clean. The Earth is our playing field and we need to protect it!
Always be sure to cache the "leave no trace" way!
**South Australia is the place be for GCA1DNA - February 29th, 2024 in Adelaide! Hope to see you at The Great Leap Forward!**

We are holidaying nearby and decided on a caching outing while waiting for the rest of our group to arrive.
Of course it started raining just as we arrived.
My heart sank when I saw just how many rocks were in the area, but it proved to be an easy find.
Thanks for the cache equip de cinq.

TFTC! Found this one after taking the dogs for a walk at the nearby forest at Delamere. Once cache was found, someone came up to the fence to say HI!!
We came past this cache in December last year but unfortunately the cache was being manned by a local farmer so today we returned and with no human in sight the cache was found and is l good
This weekend we headed south to the fleurieu peninsula for a camping night away and to also attend a CITO at Victor Harbour plus find a few caches along the way, total of 70 for the trip and a nice 2 days away.

Drove south for a seachange caching day with Sebastbat and Jack, not a big numbers day but thinning out the little boxes on our maps. A nice change of scenery and a little cooler down here than back home.
Accurate cache name. After briefly worrying about the rocks, we located the right one [:o)]
Appreciation to equipe de cinq for placing and keeping this cache on our SA geo game map
---
Looking around every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*
---
Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now our borders are open - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Much appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting

Almost finished the first month of Twenty Twenty Too

Quick and easy find thanks.

Felt dismayed as we approached but all was well. Of course there needed to be a cache here! Quick find on our way to Kangaroo Island
I have been staying in Second Valley for a few days and today decided to go for a drive to Deep Creek Conservation Park with muggle friends and they kindly allowed me to stop and find a few caches as we drove around. [^]
