Interesting little back street, and a great micro brewery nearby (hint hint!!). Signed as TBS12
After completing the Nepean River parkrun, Nibletricecakes and I met up with a group from Canberra for a day of caching around Penrith. We had success with most of the targetted caches - many of them puzzles that had been on the solved list for a loooong time. There were a couple of DNFs - a reason to return in the future. Found with Tankengine, Youban, fitzy_1965, minniek, Joolay, contesta, Aquilus1, sacada, DTY74 and Nibletricecakes. We signed as Canberra Penrith Invasion 24 (CPI24)
Found with minniek and the rest of the Canberra Penrith Invasion 2024 Group (consisting of joolay, Contesta, Flintstones (Sunday Monday), sacada, Gliss (Saturday), Nibletricecakes (Saturday), Tankengine, dty73, Youban and Aquilus1 - signing as CPI24.With a long weekend upon us a plan was hatched to do another Penrith Invasion as there are still many quality caches up here that we haven't found. We drove up early this morning and the group gathered at the Panthers Maccas as a starting point. We had a basic list of caches to follow which worked out well. Only a few DNFs along the way which we will try for again next time. The day was a lot of fun. This cache was a nice quick find once at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then continued on to the next one. Thanks ws_cachers !!
Up in Penrith for some long weekend fun with some of the canberra mob. Worried we may get a little rained out but the weather has held and we have had a blast. Great to be able to pick up a bunch of solved puzzles, a ton of ALs, some multis, and anything else we could find. Thanks to the COs for enabling our fun and to GLISS! Minniek, Fitzy, dty, Tankengine, joolay, Flintstones, aquilis, uban, sacada, contestsa. Signed today at CPI24. TFTC

Very good one for new adventurers but my father and i made it much harder than it had to be. I didn’t even think it was a cache when i first saw it and ignored it!

Companions: None
Muggles: None
Weather: Lovely autumn evening
Cache condition: OK, although lid wouldn’t go back on properly
In the area caching I decided to pass by this point. There was one obvious place to search, and indeed there was the container! TNLNSL TFTC

3rd find! This is really fun to do (my boyfriend seems to be better at this then me) haha
In Penrith for the weekend (attending a SES Rescue Comp nearby), had time to include a few caches in the area. After checking out of the hotel, took a quick detour over the river for an AL and tick off this quick detour on the detour before heading for home.
With a tsunami warning in the area where I live I decided to escape the problem and head west to the base of the Bluies for some caching today.
It was a reasonably quick drive out here and when I reached GZ I realised it was a good choice to do this on a Sunday as this street could be parked out and busy during the week. I parked right near GZ and could see the cache before even getting out of the geomobile as the last finder had not rehidden so it was actually hiding.
Of course as soon as I got out of the geomobile a ute came out of the nearest driveway. We both gave each other a suspicious look and as soon as he was gone I grabbed the cache, signed the log and replaced it better hidden than where I found it.

Found this about a week ago on a wet day. Driving up to the cache I saw it while in the car. Before my dad even stopped driving I jumped out of the car (I don’t recommend that) and ran to get the cache before him. Found, signed and logged. Thanks for the cache

Quick find with The Imp on our way home from shopping for clothes for her new job. Nice and quiet here at the end of a business day.
As we parked, without looking at the GPS, we spotted two locations we thought might be GZ. Imp headed towards one, I headed the other, and saw from the screen that my choice was likely to be the correct one. And I was right .

Found with WaywardWoman heading home from caching in the Camden area. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Emu Plains for a short four day caching holiday, staying in a park cabin at the Ingenia Nepean River BIG4 Holiday Park at Emu Plains, and are planning to explore around Emu Plains and the areas between Castlereagh and Warragamba. Will be concentrating our efforts on collecting the Penrith geoart caches and the Warragamba geoart caches, most of which we have managed to solve before leaving home, and also hoping to complete a new local Adventure Lab that has appeared since our last visit to the area. May also collect some solved “Band Caches” puzzle caches, and “Suburbs of Penrith LGA” traditional caches, that we happen upon during our travels. This was our 12th find of the day (day 1), and 12th find of the holiday.
After checking into our caravan park cabin we had a quick dip in the park's pool just before a big storm hit, then waited for the torrential rain to stop falling before heading out again for some more caches. This one was the first we came to, an it was to be a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC ws_cachers.

We stayed in Penrith last night after attending our god-daughter's birthday bash, so that gave me the opportunity this morning to run around Penrith this morning collecting the next batch of its suburbs before we head back home to the Central Coast.
A quick find here ... after hitting so many suburbs this morning, I know what to look for. Thanks for the hide and for the series ws_cachers.

#8275 (2 of 12 today - including 5 Adventure Labs)
Decided to head over the Nepean for a good haul of finds today. Of course not going too far west I was soon back over the river mopping up an Adventure Lab - and of course nabbing a few more physical caches.
Got everything I went for. Can't do better than that!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Well here is a cul-de-sac I've been to before.
quickly worked out where it had to be, but needed to wait for the arriving trucks to stop before diving in for the grab.
Got a window and got CIH before moving away to ink the log.
Then back for a timed replace - my these two businesses are busy right now.
Time to head off to the next one.
