Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Staying in Aldinga for a few days and ranging from there to grab some finds. Scored a beautiful day after a couple of chilly ones. Thanks for the hide LNCU
Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We're staying in in the area for a few days, hunting down some nearby caches in this lovely part of SA. Thanks for the cache. LNCU
This eco village makes us very uneasy The coords almost made us walk into someone's backyard!!Other than that, good hiding spot, cute little picture area and a good cache!Cache #13!
The Eco area is certainly very interesting to visit. Accurate coordinates and the cache name led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Poisin for the cache.
Didn’t know there was an Eco village in here, all quiet here. Cache found, log signed, thanks Poisin55 for bringing us here and maintaining this cache
All good , what an amazing village. Thanks so much for the walk round. Thanks Poisin
I didn’t think I’d be back in Aldinga so soon, but I damaged a cache on Monday and have returned today to make amends. There is a nice selection of caches around here, and I still have plenty to find. This was one of eight caches found after that chore was completed.
I’d been into the eco village once before for a puzzle cache. It’s an interesting concept. A quick find here without disturbing any residents. Thanks for the hide poisin.

Sparkie and Goldy are back for another drive around the Aldinga region for a few recently solved mystery caches.
A quick find here today.

I heard something about a badge level thingy for writing longer logs... so feel to ignore from this point onwards.
Thanks for going to the effort to prepare, hide and submit this geocache for me to find, another smiley for my geomap.

Enjoyed a nice walk around Aldinga finding some caches that have appeared since my last visit. I found the Eco Village to be very interesting. Quick find here TFTC
This week only two Befuddled Puzzlers headed southwards once again to the Aldinga area find solved puzzle caches and anything else that we hadn't got whilst passing. Today's it was just me and Blackadders. We also manage a couple of Lab cache series and one took us to an Aldinga Bakery which is where we ended up having lunch. Unfortunately a lot of caches were either missing or in need of maintenance. We did what we could but it looks like we will have to come back again soon.
And then there was blood! [B)] Nothing unusual for me. Whilst searching the obvious spot a sharp overhanging branch found my forehead. Oh well at least we found the cache.
***Thanks Poisin55 for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Took a little longer than should’ve I was over thinking we’re it was hidden. Got there in the end. I love this little village but it has got a lot of muggles walking by.
the cache location has been relocated due to various reasons. The coords are still valid.
A lovely bit of art work in the alternative suburb. Treat with care please.
Thanks to Poisin55 and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]
The usual Wednesday wander of the Befuddled consisting of just the Adders and Astro. with the Starfish injuring his back and the Rat unable to join us meant that there was only the two of us available.
The target area for the day was Aldinga and surrounds. An area that had been planned previously but did not eventuate in success with many diversions seeking other hides.
As always, all caches were visited and signed by all members of the group or each member had a part to play in retrieving the prize.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
This was an easy enough find however extracting the prize was not easy. Maybe the owner might want to consider the hide with this one affecting the structure which is held in place by what seems to be selastic. Retrieval of the container has been causing the artwork to become detached. Another log was also found behind.
Thank you for the cache %CacheName Poisin, found 18/05/2022

I ended up finding this one about 10m north of where the GPS was taking me, on the feature the hint suggests. Thankfully not too many people around here today.

Headed down southwith Mattycat for some twosday adventures, our main destination for the day was the Aldinga area, our quickest find so far today in this eco village, the numbers must have aligned a little fiddly extracting but we got there in the end

Took another trip south today, this time with Mr Froghoppin, for some Twosday caching fun.
We walked, we climbed, we calculated, we cached... many logs were logged and this is one!
Sometimes you just need the right numbers.
The GPSr pointed that way, the numbers were over here. This choice won and a cache was quickly extracted. Probably of Fuji origin originally
A man with an amazing moustache walked by. Fun things happen on Twosday.
One is for sale in the next street. Can't afford it today.
Our appreciation to Poisin55 for placing and maintaining this cache on our southern geo game map

Seeking each and every day finding and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*

Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for sand traps, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for any old bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now everything's opening more - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Heaps of appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
Thank you for reading all this addition to the log word count!
And Happy Twosday to all

Brad and Freddo headed south in search of a FTF. After success it seemed like a good idea to pick up a smattering of other caches while in the area. Some solved puzzles which were on our list, a few trads, and the odd multi as well. A very pleasant morning made better by success at every stop. You have to like that, although having a 20 year veteran cacher with you certainly helps.
This was a quick stop and pleasant walk to GZ. We grabbed it on the first try.

OMG, I love this little village.... thanks for bringing me here... I reckon I could move in tomorrow!
Found while out and about in the Aldinga, Willunga and McLaren Vale area with Team Waldron for the morning. This Eco Village definitely looks like an interesting lifestyle with its unique artwork and abundance of fruit and veg production gardening. Thanks for the cache Poisin55!
a quick early morning stop off at the Eco Village - wow, the birds!! Also, just lovely to explore the Village, & take in the arty alternativeness … cheers

I was heading down to Normanville to spend New Year with friends and had some spare time so thought I would come along here to find these 4 new caches that had been published since the last time I was here. [^]
A quick find here and met the CO as I was heading back to the car.
Thanks for the cache Poison.

I met the cache owner and his family at this cache.
They were watching me which made this a lot harder than it should have been.
Good to meet you.

To collect three caches I have quite an interesting wander around the eco village. Some of these houses have more solars than a solar farm. Plenty of friendly people.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

Another interesting part of the village, geez the people in here are so friendly, we wandered past a lady gardening and she waved and said how lovely our dog was, and we complemented her on her garden. The abundance of fruit trees in here was awesome, bet the place gets visited by many parrots and other birds once that fruit smells just ripe.
The site of GZ was even a work of art, there is definitely a use for everything, our winner for creativity today was the big wooden seat up by the fruit trees, oh maybe some of the tree art or maybe the style of the house numbering, ah it was all pretty good.
Loved the way the drainage has been done along the roads, much better than a concrete gutter, such a cosy place in here.
Thanks Poisin for the cache, what a serene place you have brought us to. Wish we were that creative. Best we can do is that we had some metal rings from the wooden cart off the farm and we have made a snazzy looking fire pit using one ring horizontally and the other vertically.
