Out with Normanville & weekly walking buddies. Today we finished the final leg of the Henley Beach to Black Hill walking trail where the trail ended along Gorge Road. TFTC
We stay another week in Adelaide and pick up some more caches Found the cache with TBU1BIKESU Tftc Caretaker
After the MEGA Leapyear event, we are staying couple of more weeks in South Australia. We refresh our memories and combine this with our hobby caching. This cache was found and log signed.Tftc Caretaker
The hint definitely helped; that and the navigation. BYO pen, room for a very small swap. TFTC!
Out for long stroll in this area, and this particular geocache was on my list.It took me a few minutes to find this one. Because theres lots of different categories of things that you could be looking for. But I got lucky.TFTC.
Didnt find it! Exhausted all options I could see around GZ, couldnt find it today. TFTC!
Took a while but finally found it.

This one caused us so much bother I thought 5y.o. geoson was having us on when he said "I found it". But there it was right in the palm of his hand. TFTC!
Sorry accidentally logged this as found but was referencing a different find. Logs still got the better of us at this one.
Found during a tour through the northern-eastern suburbs to clear a few more symbols from the map. Completed the Aquaduct series and other caches along the way by parking at a couple of access points and walking the trails. Thanks for the cache Caretaker!
Did I need to turn over all those stumps?
TFTC.
I replaced the log as it had turned to cardboard!

After 2 dnf in a row we needed a find or 3 to cheer us up. Took the geodogs out with our eye on completing this series. We found the last 3 Thanks for the caches
A quick find on the trail. I think that clears this trail at the moment.- always love flowing water.
Thanks to Dearnne and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]
Great cache, unique Camo and picturesque views. Unfortunately like previous logs have stated, the logbook is in desperate need of maintenance (see picture). TFTC
A great day with Michells&hound and JJ52. Someone once said Team Work makes the Dream Work. Today was the Dream Work. I had a fun time driving around the Northern suburbs and stopping to find caches. Listening to the cricket( Aussies beat South Africa in 2 days at the Gabba) while we traveled between caches. Beautiful weather. Cache needs help the logbook is soggy and mouldy
The log book was a sodden mouldy mess and we were not able to sign/stamp the log. One of the others has taken a photo.
A day out had been organised with Michells&hound and allister w heading out north for some letterboxes and newer caches that none of us had found. It was a good day for caching although did get a bit warm in the afternoon. We had a fun day and covered quite a bit of ground and only had one DNF which was good. [^]
We were not sure of the "thing" we were looking for and spent a while looking at other things before Allister spotted the cache.
Thanks for the cache Caretaker.

Fun day out with JJ52 and Allisterw hitting the bad lands for some dejavú finds, and many letterboxes and then onto the Northern suburbs to make a dent in our combined unfound caches there.
It was a perfect day for caching no scary critters and only 1 dnf. 40 finds for me which was a good haul.
Great team effort today!
One of these was not like the others helps to be checking the right others! TFTC

Whoa! Tough find, grass is pretty high. This was our fourth attempt at finding it. So cool!
Cute little hide, look carefully. Log book is totally soggy so unable to find. Such a great place for a walk!
️ big clue in photo ️

One thing is not like the other, but what thing? Not that... or that... but that is a different matter. Logbook is saturated and if there was a clue it is now invisible. That dent in the paper is Owl's.
Stopped here as we walked the aqueduct trail series today .
There were quite a few places to investigate, so the cache wasn't in the first place we looked [B)].
The log was saturated, but still managed to stamp the book .
TNLNSL.
Thanks Caretaker.

Grass is growing high in this area making the find more difficult but I eventually spotted the odd one out.
Plastic bag has been compromised and the logbook is pretty wet. Might need replacing. I managed to log my name …just.
Thanks for the cache Caretaker .

Found on a winter's walk with the family. We did this whole trail backwards from 5 to 1 on a lazy Sunday arvo. Thank you for the great series.
It wasn’t the type of thing I was first looking for. I moved my search area by a few metres and found what I was looking for.
There was a few options here. Not on the first place we looked. Red spotted something a little different. TFTC!
Found it morning walk doing the Aqueduct Trail grabbed this one on the way. Signed as doineedthis aka The Brown Family aka “the coloured mint tin by the sea people”

The odd one out was eventually spotted, but unfortunately, the log book was quite wet and it was really difficult to try and sign the wet pages. Thanks for a fun cache.
Slightly water logged but such a fun find, almost gave up - and then we saw it !

You clean out an area and then there is just one more. Nice to revisit the aqueduct.
The cache was actually found in the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and a Samsung S8. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs...
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

Third and final cache in the shortish loop walk that I had planned for today. I shouldn’t have read the hint: I jumped to the wrong conclusion and it slowed me down. All good in the end. Thanks Caretaker for another cache on this trail that I didn’t previously know about.
This morning after a breakfast event in Norwood I still had this series and few others along this trail to complete so made our way down to the first of the series and set off from there finding all the caches along the way.
A great series and a nice walk along the trail then back via the river trail. Total of 6.5km walked.
Thanks for the cache

Plenty of places you could hide a cache here, so looked around for awhile before finally spotting something that matched the hint. Nice sunset views from here.
Found It!
After a bit of searching around I spotted this one. All the while I was been watched by a cat just sitting a few meters away.

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Daw this published the other day and with it being soooo close to home i wanted to go make the find but being 150km away doesn't help. So had to out off the find till today. Was doing g an early run to the shops and made the detour in to make the find. Parked close by and started to wander to the cache and as always, it started to rain. Grrrr. Decided to keep going, but regretted the choice of sandals for footwear. Got to the area of GZ, and having read the hint thought I knew what I was looking for. Looked, looked, moved things, moved more things, expanded the search area, looked again, and was just about to move something else when that which was not like the others was spotted. The cache was extracted log signed and then replaced all as found. Thankfully the rain was only a few drops. Now onto the shops.

Not far away when published, so thought would pop over to see the latest offering in this series.
Found ttrogg searching at GZ... but not yet found it.
I checked spots he'd already looked at, and some he hadn't... we spread out, eventually coming back to a common spot and ttrogg laid his eyes on it...
Dropped my *FTF* Geocoin through too...
TNLNSL
Thanks
