We walked along to this one from the trail. The bus stop didn't have seats, but it did have a road cone and a birds nest. Cache all good.
Had to park where they said not to park but we were going to be quick with this one and we were. Got it signed and returned with no harm done. Home time now
Merlot58 and I then moved location to the Duck Creek Trail for me to sign off a few more caches.
This one rolled down a bit but we were able to retrieve and put a few rocks to stop this from happening in the future.
Cheers for the cache, G-2.

Last cache for today. I did this one on my way home after leaving my parents at Sandspit camp ground. It's been a fun 2 days up this way.
Got to GZ and I could see the bus stop has seen better days! Dust covered and as the C.O has pointed out, no seats. I soon found the cache and all is good here today, paper dry as. Thanks G for your hides yesterday and today

Glad to have left a few caches unfound not too far from home for days like this (decided to go for the end of year souvenir) - traffic around home is diabolical at this time of year and we have to check Google before we go out or we could be sitting in traffic for hours! Not a problem finding the cache here. Log nice and dry. Thanks for placing G-2! Am hoping to locate a large enough cache for the trackable I can't believe I still have soon, so many hides are not the "small" I expect should fit it. Maybe tomorrow?
Found an old sock first then the container Bus did not arrive ... Well maybe next time.
Thanks for new hides in Sandspit!

I'm not sure what constitutes a bus stop, but I suppose if a bus stops there, it counts. After waiting for the watercare van to go it was a nice quick find. Off to do the nearby walk now. TFTC
It's certainly not the worst bus stop I've seen! Out on a Westie Ladies caching day with Supernannny, Nette and Jag50 and this was our first cache of the day
Out for the day with Merlot58, S/N and Nette to find the latest G2 caches in the area. This was our first stop for the day,and we were glad we didn’t have to wait for the bus today. As we were near Duck Creek Road, one of us ducked down to find this one. Bus stop. TFTC
Had a girls day out today... Out aim was
to get at least 13 newish Glyn caches!
Weather was great today...
Didn't take long for one of team of four to lay their hands on this!
Funny little bus shelter!
Thanks G-2 for the chance to take a little road trip!

On a day mission caching with B4Dawn.
I was busy looking at the plan for where we were heading to as B4Dawn raced to grab this one. Having locked in the next option I wandered over to give him a hand as he was looking in all the wrong places and there was only one that held the cache...yay!
Thanks for the cache.

On a caching mission this morning with Keylev. I had mentioned that I wanted to hit 100 caches this week. Managed to get up to 50 so today was going to be the big one!
I made a bungle of this one. Keylev waiting in the car and I went out to get this one. Without reading the clue properly, I took longer than expected. Keylev probably got annoyed, stepped out of the car and soon found it. Ah well, I guess there's the difference in levels!

[FTF] Out with Team Gold this morning (0B80B8 and Liscrew) to collect a few caches to keep our numbers up. This series pop up last night, so we though we would give a FTF a go. No log when we hit Warkworth so worth an attempt. This was our first cache for the day. Yay an empty log. Thanks for placing the series.
Team G0LD had planned to cache in Orewa today, get 50 caches and clean up that area. Such a nice surprise to see all these new ones published. We left Whangarei 10 minutes earlier than planned and made the short diversion out this way to try for the ftfs along this trail.
A quick find here at 7.55am. Very pleased to see we'd beaten the locals to it and could claim the {FTF} on it. We then headed to the next one where we parked up and walked the track.
I must admit I didn't even look inside the bus stop to see no seats. I was only thinking about the outside left corner, lol. Any bus stop with a cache can't be the worst bus stop. Thanks for the new series here which added an extra bit of excitement to these Whangarei cachers today
