I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi AATheBeastAAThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Had a good look here but didnt see anything that fitted the description. Will have to re visit another day which is ok as its such a lovely park!
This is a lovely little playground area I haven't been to before. There was one muggle family enjoying the area, but not in sight of GZ, so no problems making the find here. Thanks for setting this up
Nice and quiet here today. Maybe the on/off torrential down pours have something to do with it. Eventually found where Potter would sit, but I wouldn't recommend it today or they will have a soggy bottom.Only one place a cache of any size could be although it wasn't the ice cream container I expected. The log is a bit tatty now but it was much drier than I was.

Out and about today on our third full day in New Zealand visiting from . Absolute loved the nearby AL and then came here for a quick find.
This is the tenth cache working towards fulfilling the challenge cache from across the ditch, in New Zealand, ‘One thousand points of Light Challenge’. 161 out of 1 000 points.

Took the long way along the path to this cache, thankfully a quick find at GZ so the muggles nearby were none the wiser. TFTC

Due to the hint easily found. The sitting place isn't to recommend but the can is in fine condition.
Had to wait for muggles and a few workers in the area but was happy to sit where Potter did.

I know how busy this place can get with families during the weekends etc. I decided to check this out this morning. No one was around. Nice easy find and very peaceful.

We should’ve looked properly where we first were.
Climbed through the bushes just to find it where we first ended up lol

This was a super strange. There was a barrier around the pool and I also found two caches in the same spot
Both had log books which had been signed but one cache was clearly black and taped and the other was just a tin with paper.

Found with Nutty Nora after going down a few wrong paths in this lovely park. Lovely to sit in the shade and hear the children playing and the cicadas singing on this hot day
What an awesome spot for kids! Loved the history on the board and shade on a hot day.
Thanks for the cache! It was easiest for me to see from the other side. I did not have a pen, therefore I added a photo. Cheers!
Nice and easy find. Lovely park - had only ever been to the other part ( memorial Park). Thanks for updating the cache!
Found by Blenheim Bear first one for the year. Thanks for the cache all good today. Blenheim Bear
After completing the nearby Ad Labs but being unsuccessful in locating the related bonus cache, I was pleased to find this one with no difficulty. There were plenty of kids in the playground but I doubt that anyone was taking any notice of an “old codger” on the nearby seat! #5666. TFTC.
A nice quick find, once the family playing Pooh sticks moved on. Thanks for placing your cache.
Ms_KR and I are off on our annual pilgrimage to Auckland to visit family. Today we cruised around the Hamilton area for a bit. The thunder rattled occaissionally and the rain teemed down at one stage.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. .

A no find for me today but lots of people about so didnt go all out hunting. I will be back sometime. Missy mooloo enjoyed the nearby slide
After hearing about the maintenance needed, I went down to the park only to find the area of the cache under renovations. And after a month of being too busy to do maintenance, I finally went down to the cache today only to discover… nothing. The cache had gone. Oh well, replaced with a smaller cache in a spot less likely to be found, so I will update difficulty.
Temp disabling until I can do maintenance, but I don't quite know what I'll do against the waterlogging.
Neat little spot! Unfortunately the cache was water logged and the log unsignable. In desperate need of some TLC. Regardless, TFTC!
In the Park entertaining grandkids. Glad to see there was a cache nearby. A straightforward, but still entertaining, find. Thanks for the cache.
Cache needs a bit of TLC. Log is very soggy.

Stopped nearby to have lunch, so thought I'd better grab this cache while in the area. Took a minute or two to find as started looking for something much smaller. The cache was full of water, and the logbook was a bit soggy, but I was still able to sign my name. Thanks for the cache.
We were surprised to find the park completely deserted as we would have expected it to be quite popular. Maybe it was the recent bad weather or maybe it was just good timing but whatever the reason we were very pleased as it allowed us to explore the park in peace and find the cache without the need for stealth.
The nice sized container was soon located and unfortunately it was full of water but the log was reasonably dry despite some water having got into the plastic bag.
We emptied it all out and dried it all off as much as we could before returning the container to its hiding spot.
This is such a great park and playground and the aviary was an unexpected addition. We enjoyed looking at the birds and tried to get them to talk but they weren't feeling very social today.
Thanks for bringing us to this special place.

This was my 4th ever geocache find and honestly I love this hiding spot! It was a fun find. Tftc
Chose a good day to tackle this one, only the hardy few about today. Geokids did the swaps. TFTC!
Great little spot here, and nicely hidden behind the sign so that the muggles can't observe. TFTC
Caching in the Waikato with Team Welsh again today, on the Sunday of Queen's Birthday weekend. After a chilly 8am start at the Hamilton Gardens we set off to find the three Bridges ad labs, and along the way decided to pick up this Trad. Initially we took the wrong path, and found ourselves 6 metres away at the wrong elevation. Soon had that rectified, and after admiring the lovely Potter Park we retrieved the cache and signed the log. TFTC
The focus this morning for Kiwicouple and I was LAB caches, as we were very close to this one we stopped off to make the find. What an amazing park for kids and a lovely place to come. Thanks for placing this cache.
I did a couple circuits until I ended up where I started. I just needed to look a little better in the first instance. The coords had me a little confused but found it within 5 meters. Tftc
A day trip to Hamilton and we had decided to start off with the adventure labs in this park. Noticed this cache was on route and thought we would check out potters seat. A nice quick find in such a lovely area. Spent some time with the birds after.
Visiting Hamilton with family today, and we have a small mission. We are going to track down my nephew who stays in the Halls of Residence somewhere at Waikato Uni. The end goal is to spend some time with him. Surely, we can squeeze in a couple of caches here and there...
We followed our noses through the park and probably took the more strenuous pathway to ground zone. There were a few distractions once we arrived - the cockatiels and parrots got most of our attention before we crossed the water feature to the cache. A nice find, we resisted taking the TB. Thanks Xx Karen xX and ArranBeverly and TFTC.
