Travelling from Hamilton to Auckland today. Time to stop and find a few caches along the way. Took me longer to find than it should have done. I was back and forth between a few features before I found the cache in a logical spot. TFTC, Biggles.
In Pokeno we took a coffee break, ate the most delicious ice cream and found the cache .MPLC and greetings from us from Germany.
Heading north for our sons wedding tomorrow, a stop In Pkeno for a couple of As Lab stages and some breakfast staples! Grabbed this nicely hidden trad whilst nearby
Off to the big city today to catch up with my son whos up from Christchurch. One DNF in Pokeno but this was close by and would still count for the S37 challenge Im working on. I ruled out the easy option quickly enough before getting to the right level to quickly extract the cache. Thanks ABCDF4#5354Logged using Cachly.
The clue meant a fast find here on Sunday morning. Not too many muggles either. Thanks
Mrs P hopped out for a quick find.Heading home to Hawkes bay after a Easter weekend road trip.Thank you ABCDF4 for placing this cache.Log signed as B&PFind number 5156
Needed to get some supplies then found this cache after a couple of possible tracks to go down.
On our way for some takeaway coffee but swung in here first to sign this one off. After looking in the usual spots I soon had it located. Nice sneaky hide. TFTC
On our way to the LOTR weather top, we passed this one. Fix find. TFTC from germany
We are here on a short break from Australia with Wilbert67. This is one of the caches we found on the trip and we thank you for showing us this place. TFTC
First day caching in New Zealand. Parkrun first , straight of the plane last night. Quick and easy finds so far.TFTC Wilbert67
Thanks for your amazing cache ABCDF4. I really appreciate the time you took to set up and maintain your caches. Found with Fisha1288 Cheers, Cympull.
A scorching day. Rattll and I visited Pokeno to find adlab points and a trad or two. Fairly quiet at GZ, and I soon spotted the hiding place. It wasn't until the log had been extracted and in the process of signing that rattll suddenly noticed that we were (possibly) being observed from an adjacent property. We continued on as though we were there on official business. All well in the container, signed, and returned as found. Tftc!
After enjoying a few days away, matagouri and I are slowly heading back towards Hamilton. We stopped here largely to target the ad labs, but managed to grab a few other caches as well.We stopped here to get some dinner for tonight, but of course picked up the cache first. Thanks for putting this here
**#17607** On our way to the Coromandel peninsula with our camper van we came here for shopping and so the cache at the corner **Food, Power to the people.** came in handy! Thanks ABCDF4 for contributing to the game by the placement and care of the cache. TFTC
Initially went too high. A trodden path put me in right direction and there is was. Great hide!
On a trip down country for a weekend to help out my ageing mother with some cleaning up. Of course, you just have to stop in Pokeno to buy some sausages and grab a frozen refreshment. After completing those two obligatory tasks, it was a matter of taking care of an opportune task. Luckily, there was a cash just across the road which was yet to be found by us. So, a quick drive over and a quick recon before parking up. Then out of the car and off for a short walk. It didn't take long to find GZ given the hint, and then it was also a quick find of the cache. With the log signed and the cache replaced, it was off on the journey.

A nicely hidden cache in a perfect wee spot. Truck driver in car park luckily not interested in us. Tftc
Great park and grab before ice cream! Insane to see the growth in the area Since last here
I stopped for a break in pokeno on my way to auckland for the cirque de soleil and decided to do a cache hunt. Looked in the most obvious place first, didnt see it and had to come back to the same place and check again and low and behold there it was. The Moree racer travelling with me checked out the area too.
Sorry for the late log, but Mr Hemaludy suggested an FTF hunt late at night and how could MrNZT resist, then of course it would be rude not to venture further afield and claim a few more smiles in the dead of night! Quick find here, all in good order. TFTC!
Mr HeMaLuDy and Mr NZT had leave passes to do some night caching. It started with a successful nearby FTF. Then we came here to change our only green dot to a smilie. Minimal muggles at this time of night but plenty of residual light from the carpark. Our phone GPS's jumped around a little but settled down at the correct GZ. A short search and Mr NZT spotted a tell tail that revealed the container location. The hint made sense. TFTC
Coords spot on, and with the help of the hint it was a quick find.
Nice hide!

Based ourselves nearby to complete some of the local caches.
Shame about the rain but at least its not cold, no problem with the find TFTC.

Heading south again today, decided to make a quick detour to tackle this cache along the way. Being an Easter holiday the place was deserted with absolutely no muggles around, and a nice quick find here, TFTC
My sister is here from the UK for a couple of weeks and we had a slowish day planned when ping ping at 6.30am a new cache...ooh on a walkway that was totally do-able for us. Very unlike me I stopped to walk the dog, we had coffee and some breakfast and headed off still confident that no one else would have run to this one yet.
After finishing the Mt William walk we headed over for a well deserved ice cream and then of course needed to collect this cache as its just a green dot on my map.
Nice quick find and we were on our way.
Thanks for the cache.

Thanks for the cache.
After enjoying an ice cream nearby we headed over to look for this cache.
There were a few less muggles than usual around today which was great for keeping the ice cream queue short and for making the search for the cache easier.
After a brief search the cache was soon spotted.
We momentarily contemplated a second ice cream to celebrate but reluctantly decided against it.
TFTC.

Very quite here today, which made for an easy quick find.
If i'd know about the Ram Raid at Huntly Countdown, at this point, I could have shopped here. TFTC

Heading up to Auckland airport. Had time to detour to Pokeno and collect a few caches. Always bypass this place so everything here was new to us. There were a few muggles around, but soon there was a gap so we could look for the cache. There were quite a few hint items, but Mrs Rubbishparty soon found the correct one and the log was signed. Thanks for the smiley
Second attempt at this one due to getting rained off and muggled by delivery trucks the first time. Tricky wee hide. Tftc.
Picking up daughter from friends house and thought it would be rude not to get this one. All intact here
In Pokino for the weekend visiting family. Before going to the supermarket decided to hunt this cache down between showers. Pleased there were very few muggles about, as it took a couple of minutes to find, signed log and placed back as found. Fifteen minutes later a heavy shower came through with thunder and lightning. I think I timed the find well.
Cheers

Just 50m from where I parked for the night in Pokeno. Just finished a 3 scoop Icecream from the famous Icecream shop.
Today I was on a mission with KGD (Hairy) to clear the north Waikato caches and Adventure lab cashes. A big thanks for placing this cache. A good fishing knot Dave
Doing one of the adventure labs this afternoon and took a slight detour to find this cache too.Not too busy considering the type of area it is in.
We had done caching for the day as dark had hit and we had already hit 25 find for the day (past our daily record and contributing to World Record Day by being out there today) but we decided to stop at the supermarket before heading home. Low and behold we were right on one. Could help having a look. Torches in tow geokid 8ade the discovery. Thanks for this bonus smiley .
With Gap (of Fap and Gap)… It’s International Geocaching Day, and the caching community has a chance to set a new record of total cachers participating today. We’re all about making history… Gap is also working.
This was a good hide to start with this morning. Not many shoppers at this time of the day. So we were in and out, and on our way. Thanks ABCDF4 and TFTC.

Time for coffee and scones, except that there were no scones to be had. A very large delivery truck and trailer drove in but the driver was busy unloading. Thanks for the placement ABCDF4

3rd time hunting here, just had to bring the right cachers for the job thanks #thegoodens for helping on this one! ... fossil fuel stop cache across the road is still eluding us
Quiet around here today so no muggles to worry about. GPS a bit out but previous logs helped!! TFTC

Hitting the north waikato today. Heading towards 4800 finds. Next is the add lab in town. Tftc
We are heading south to our Waikato base this afternoon and finding a few caches along the way. Luckily no-one was taking any notice of us as we made our way to GZ and made a quick find of the cache. Thanks.
It was the first Matariki public holiday thru NZ today, I had been down to Pokeno from Auckland a few weeks ago caching and spotted the info about this market day at the Pokeno community hall, so asked Mum and Dad if they wanted to come here for that, it was a bit of fun, hangi's, cooked sausages, bacon and egg sandwiches, were all available and we bought sausages from the famous bacon shop, ate a hot sausage outside their shop, then later big ice creams! Later a bite to eat at a cafe in Pukekohe. Great day.
Now it's a time to catch a few caches before we head home, M+D sat in the car while I showed them this one, Mum was quite taken by the type of container. So signed in and we headed a little south to another cache. Thanks for that.

Good coords and hint meant a fast find of the nice hide, while waiting for D to finish a nearby mission. Thanks ABCDF4!
