While visiting family in the area for a few days, the name of this cache stood out due to a friend, a dude who is very into geodes and, with a 70% favourite points rating, I was curious to see it for myself. Muggle free and easily found, I was indeed equally impressed as previous finders. As I now catch up on my logging and see it archived only a week after my find, seems I was lucky to attempt it when I did.

I am terribly behind in my logging. It's getting close to five months since I regularly reported on the caches I've found. YIKES! Well, at least I'm currently only a month and a bit behind.
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
In this time only the Adventure Labs found and my First2Finds have been written up - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
But I've been busy finally getting ready to move into our new house - now in and I'm still coming to terms with the extra room/rooms!
But I did still try to find time to cache on the days that my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day demanded I find something. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Anyway. thanks to all the CO's who are getting short shrift from my generic logs. I hope to eventually get back to them and flesh them out, but no promises.
I've found some fun Traditionals and solved some interesting, but not impossible puzzles. And Multis and other cache types have been grabbed where possible.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Headed a little north-west to appease the Calendar Caching Gods - again!
Went for three and found all of them.
But two fantastic pieces of camo today - both easily favourite worthy.
So a good day all round.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Arrived to see a family getting ready to go out. Will need to be careful not to attract their attention.
Took a few minutes before I realised what sort of hide it had to be, and spotted a likely location.
Nothing there, though.
Fortunately I soon did find the right location.
Signed a short distance away, then back for the replace.
Nice hide.

I’m pretty sure I was looking in the right sort of spot but couldn’t find anything even widening my search. I hope it is still there and I just couldn’t see it
It took a paf to show that I was both right and wrong as to where to look. Things turn up it the most usual/unusual places, great cache construction. Thanks.
I was taken completely by surprise. Totally not what I was expecting! Nicely crafted cache, with a lot of thought put into it. And for these reasons I am giving a FAVE point!
I made the find with perseverance and the Terrain rating and a little help. Coordinates are good.

Returned and no school children walking past at 8pm.
Managed to do something that I couldn’t do previously and spotted it straight away.
Nice construction and extraction works perfectly.

What an awesome cache!!! Definitely created by an established artist. TFTC SL. Another favourite for me.
One of the best caches ive ever gotten and my first trackable! So glad i could get a trackable in walking distance because the closest one is far away, whiskers will be in safe hands, luckily i got him in time because in five days they will be traveling to malta with me (A small island in the Mediterranean) so thanks for the great cache!

I saw geodude and instantly thought of Pokémon. Thinking it would be a Pokémon themed cache, I headed off to make the find without reading the description - didnt matter anyway, seems like the Pokémon was aptly named to fit the real world definition.
A very well made park and grab, and great placement. Could be a tough one in daylight if neighbours are out and about.

Very clever. Well done and great to see some innovative and well crafted caches in the area. Keep em coming.
Definitely one for after hours.
