I took a bit of a detour on my way to the shops to find a couple of caches this morning. This was a tricky one and was definitely not where I thought it would be. After a bit of a search I sat down to ponder the scene. Out of the cornere of my eye I spotted an item of interest and there was the cache. TFTC, Biggles.

This took me ages! Someone has hidden it in my front corner garden. You don't need to climb on my wall, fence or get in my garden. If you do I will put my hose on you as it's being damaged and plants being squashed. Such fun but if you can't be respectful of my property I'll have to remove it. Please don't turn me into the fun police.

#22926. An unplanned bonus cache found on a detour to grab an FTF. Troodles spotted that we were driving past this one, so we stopped to see if we could track the wee blighter down. We felt rather exposed while we were searching, and were thankful the dog wasn't around today. After a while I spotted something of interest, and sure enough it was the end of the cache peeking out of its hidey-hole. TFTC.

We had diverted en route home to look for the new Rolly cache, and found ourselves driving past this cache as we headed towards home (again). It would have been rude not to stop, plus it seemed quiet.
I looked very very close to where the cache was eventually found but then discounted that sort of hide and looked a little further afield. After searching a few other places, StreetWalkerNZ had a(nother) look in location #1 and there was the cache. Nicely tucked away! Don't think this will be found accidentally. Now to continue back to Chch and a well deserved cup of coffee. TFTC.

This is in my garden and I cannot for the life of me find it. Has it fallen into the gabion basket?
It explains why people are outside my fence milling around making my dog bark though

Nice find on our morning walk.

I came, I saw, I... cringed. I very rarely fund these hides on my first try, and of course I arrived at a busy muggle time. I gave it 15 minutes hunting, grateful that I'd seen the log mentioning no need to get on the garden. I'd also seen a log mention that it appears it used to be tied on but no more. Unfortunately I couldn't find sign of anything that might have been used to tie it, nor of the cache.
I'm sure I'll be back - I can't stand blue frowns on my map!

Thanks for hiding this cache HariSree, albijos I appreciate it. I gave up. I didn't want to be on the Rolly neighbour hood watch page. I must have looked really suspicious looking around for at least 20 minutes.

Coming back from some MetalMania caches, this was right on my way back.
Every time I come through, there are more and more houses out here.

Wasn't hard to find the cache, it was about the same I was expecting from the hint

P.S. The shadowless myth sounded a bit strange to me, so I looked it up. And of course, it's only a myth. It [casts a shadow](https://anuragiyer.wordpress.com/2014/09/20/the-truth-behind-the-shadowless-big-temple/) , as everything else does Smile It's, I think, only at noon, where you can't see the shadow on the ground because the base of it is big enough to absorb all of the short shadow of the midday sun.

Kia ora! Paldies!
Thanks for the cache, HariSree,albijos!

My big bro, BaldEd, decided to drive to where I had parked my snail shell, Weedons, to cyclocache some of Rolleston's caches.

Another one that bro went thata-way and I went thisa-way and it finished in a tie.

Cheers for the cache.

Went out cyclocaching with Tufty. After DNFing the first cache we attempted we moved across the railway line to seek out all the temple caches. After finding our first temple cache all except this one, proved to be a quick finds. This one was hidden slightly differently and it took a little while befoire something slightly out of place was noticed. [^] As with the others the log is ready for replacement. TFTinteresting series of geocaches albijos,Harisee.

The idea of doing 200+ caches in one day had been one that I had considered for a long time, but not something I had made any moves on doing anything about until the idea was raised by others in a geocaching group I am a part of. As we were all based in Wellington, the logical place to try this was Christchurch with it's lovely flat lands, long straight roads, and wonderful art work series. Unfortunately the weekend that worked for most of the group was not one that worked out for me, so instead I came down here a few weeks earlier than they planned to and did the the trip by myself.

I started finding Geocaches at exactly midnight on Sunday. I kept finding Geocaches for the next nineteen and a half hours, when at about 7:30pm I decided that the tiredness was getting to a point where this was no longer a sensible idea. I found:

31 Traditional
180 Unknown
1 Multi

For a total of 212 Geocaches in 19.5 hours. That's a rate of 10.9 per hour. I am pretty happy with that. I focused on the Smurf series, the Metal Mania series (a set of puzzles that I very much enjoyed), and the Glossary of Geocaching series, with a few other sets and individuals in between. It was a fantastic day, very much helped by the wonderful weather and the use of a car that had no problem on gravel roads ('cos it was a rental).

A huge thanks to all the CO's that place and maintain these Geocaches. Despite the rushed day I created for myself, I did enjoy each and every cache I found. It is only with CO's like this placing them out in the world that this wonderful game continues.

Look at all the possible spots about to give up then soon had the cache dropped in my hand!
Flew down from palmy for Christmas and swapped houses with a friend. Don’t have many caches left to find at home base so We’ll try to clean up some of the caches here Wink and hopefully pass 400 finds!
I wrote in the log and concealed the cache carefully back as found, TFTCSL, Thanks HariSree for this Traditional cache!

A neat little hide which had us fooled for ages. Having looked in several of those over the years we were sure it was in there somewhere. Pays not to have too many expectations. Might be worth reminding those following us that there is no need to walk on the new gardens. Thank you for the fun.

A nice afternoon exploration of India and Rolleston! This one was the third for the day but logged slightly out of order as I am logging by map and memory rather than GPS, and not going back now! TFTC!!

This one took a little longer to find than it should have. We focussed on the obvious, but the cache was in the less obvious. Thanks for placing your cache.

Ms_KR and I wanted to get out of the house for a while so we went to AshVegas for a drive and a cache. And an art gallery!

Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Brr. Bit of a fresh morning, but couldn't help myself with a wee morning interlude. GZ re-markedly quiet and easy enough to make the quick find and sign. Thanks. Lovely wee series.
A fascinating temple. Reading up on it (about the shadow, that sounded cool).....morning and afternoon shadows do fall on the ground; it's only at midday that the shadow does not, apparently due to the temples shape (pyramid like) where the base is bigger than the top, the shadow that it casts only falls on itself.....pretty cool engineering....

Got to this one about 20 minutes after TG on a fine frosty morning. A nice hide in a new area. Gee Rolleston has grown so much. TFTH
