Nice and quick find. Cache was open and on ground. Put it back together and just off to side
Hidden in plain sight! Looked and looked again then spotted it! No one around today but so nice to be out in the sun! Thanks

Found by Bob at 1255A quick find while avoiding the eyes of the nearby workmen. Thanks Beckgiz
I was being quite lazy today and it got the better of me so I headed out for a shortish drive to an area my sister used to live a few years ago and I hadn't been here for a while.A car with muggles in was parked here when I arrived so I waited and only 20 seconds later they left so I swooped in for a quick find. Thanks Beckgiz for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
TFTC SL - Found on my way home from a lovely lunch at Tullys. Cache great condition
Out on my own it today enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Getting to collect another one of the doggy parks. No one here today so I had a quick easy fine cache in excellent condition

No one at this park so went to find this one sans GPS. It was a quick find. I am enjoying the series and still have a few more to get. Thanks Beckgiz & Gnome5580 for placing the cache.
Made an early morning stop off on the way to the nearby shopping centre
Reserve was deserted which made for a quick park and grab before the rain came
All found in excellent condition
Signed the log and returned as found
Many thanx to Beckgiz & Gnome5580 for another in the series

We're out on a caching adventure today! Got a cheeky dozen caches lined up, but we thought we'd start with this one: a nice easy one right next to a playground.
Anyway, we pulled up, not a soul in sight, and the kids (8 & 2) wanted to go have a play first. So we made a beeline for the playground and started mucking around. After a while, a few more kids and their dog showed up, followed shortly thereafter by more kids! It soon became apparent that we'd need to be sneaky to find this one.
So, after a good play, we sneakily snuck to GZ. The kids looked on the obvious structure, I looked on the less obvious structure, and quickly spotted it. Let the big kid carefully retrieve it, then we signed and returned. Cache is in great condition. Thanks for bringing us to yet another fantastic little spot!

On a trip to mooraduc decided to do some caches on the way
Definitely a different approach and more relaxing (providing you find them)
Thanks

Quick park and sign today. It's a super hot afternoon so no one is around. In Sommie doing a bit of Christmas shopping. Tyftc!
Dentist appointment for the mini cacher - Somerville Family Dental are the best btw! - and a nice quick find on our way home. Cache is in good condition and log has plenty of room. Mini says thank you for the new (to her) playground.

This location seemed to be nearing the end of the earth. Wasn't sure if I had arrived at a dog park or a swamp or even the outskirts of a sewage treatment facility. Of course muggles (dog owners) thought it was a good idea to do some basic training right outside the entrance gate before they left, I mean hello? I'm a cacher, please move on! GPS was playing mind games with me. The cache was clearly accessible without actually entering the park, but maybe I was just misinterpreting the satellite image, so I entered the park. Damp much? Didn't have caching shoes on nor did I have a change of shoes. Found the cache. Pen decided not to work, so I left some scribble under Chiefton's log.
Of course it starts raining as I'm leaving the park and returning to my car. It probably wasn't the greatest idea to head to a cache that was more likely to irritate me than be a fun cache to do, right after I got smashed in table tennis, possibly achieving my lowest score ever. At least it wasn't a nano I suppose! Then I may have been tempted to drop the thing down the drain LOL. And then owe the CO a new container.
Definitely not a first to find, which is a pity. TFTC. TNLN. Well I left the cache there and didn't take it, that's good right? Signed Log. Well actually, that's debatable. But I ain't returning, nope. I've fully lost the plot haven't I?!

I think we approached this one from an unconventional starting point but we enjoyed the stroll and found it quite quickly.
The ground was quite wet but I'm sure it will dry out soon enough.
Thanks Beckgiz & Gnome5580 for yet another dog tail.
Chiefton!!!

Found it , nice quick find while out this way. The park is a little under water after all the rain we've had. Cache is all in order. Tftc
Glad to see there is more Geo’s in Somerville. thanks for placing this here
I was meant to be in Alexandra today, however this had to be cancelled due to the significant floods and emergency warnings still existing around regional Victoria. I could definitely use the extra time in my diary, but a couple of quick caches to clear the head wouldn’t hurt either.
Another nice fresh cache on the map for us to find today. A relatively quick find.
Thanks Beckgiz for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

A last minute decision to get out and do some old-fashioned caching, not worrying about calendars, grids, challenges, mega etc.
While RoamingHowie delved in head first, I spotted the cache right there. He retreated covered in pretty foliage.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Beckgiz

What a wonderful day the 14th of October is, marking the 25th year I have been on this rock in space I could not think of a better way to spend my day than going for an FTF. Being really close to my house I thought why not go out and pick up Mr. Brain and go for the FTF. But sadly with all the traffic and water over the road I was unable to get there in time. Bumping into hunter just as he was closing the cache.
Ah well better lock next time, thanks for the cache and the little adventure.

"The usual bandits" (as we were amusingly branded in a recent log) were out hunting for another dog's tail and not deterred by the atrocious weather that had flooded drains and worsened existing potholes that could now swallow your car if inclined.
To spoil the surprise, we were second.
Maybe it was a detour, maybe it was all the traffic on the road, maybe it was that weird double roundabout thing in Somerville, but I like to think it was the following statement uttered by myself just as we pulled on to Clarendon Drive.
> I wonder where Hunter is right now.
If this was a TV show, it would cut straight to us pulling up next to gz to find the aforementioned individual signing the logsheet before our eyes.
Real sitcom stuff, that.
Still, there is undeniable value in good conversation, and a lengthy one was enjoyed between us all thereafter.
By comparison, putting pen to paper seemed a distant second.
Thanks to Beckgiz, Gnome5580, Ebony and Calypso, as usual

It was only 4 pm on a Friday and I was the only person still at work. It's not that I am a workaholic, as Im usually the first person to leave, it was just that I was sitting starring at the rain wondering how I was getting home. I had driving thru some flood waters and heard that someone got stuck there 2 hours later. I knew 2 of the other main roads were blocked. That meant most of the back roads I use would be completely under water and that left just a few roads that would be packed with cars.
That was when all the notifications of new caches went off. I didn't even look, I just locked up and was out the door. This was the closest and I knew no roads would be under water in this direction. Parked and with my GPSr saying another 5 meters, I guessed where I would hide the cache, but before getting there spotted it. Very quick find. After signing the log, had a good long chat with some other cachers who also turned up looking for this new cache.
Thanks for the cache Beck Giz and Gnome 5580
Hunter

2,278th Traditional Cache
376th [FTF]
PPS. Interesting read of this Dog that I'd never heard of.
