Doing a bit of caching this morning with goingplaces2 and found this one quickly after doing the Ad Lab. Nobody was around at the time, so all was good. Plenty of room on the log for more names. TFTC.

Just picking up a few more caches around this area with ilook4geo, before we move out. Enjoyed the walk around the area for the lab cache but had to hurry it up as the dark threatening rain clouds loomed closer. After getting the new numbers it was an easy find and after both names were added to the log, we moved on quickly. Thanks for this cache placement go to 4 B Ninja's.

Found by Mary and David at 16:35. A wonderful end to a great Ad Lab. A FP for this as we learned such a lot and enjoyed the interactive way to find the answers. Our thanks to 4 B Ninja's.

After quickly doing the Adventure Lab, I messaged the CO to get the coordinates of the extra mystery find as I didnt jot it down when it came up on the screen initially. After a short walk, the coordinates were spot on. On our way, we came across one of the local inhabitants on this fine sunny afternoon.

*Found on the 27 Sep 2024 @ 4:03pm.**Cache find # 15847.* Today I headed back out the the Pakenham area to find a few mor3 cache s that I didnt find the other week before the 3am event. As this one is a bonus the an AdLab, of course that was completed first and once I had the coordinates, I headed over to where this one was hidden, once there, it wasnt long before the log was stamped.Later on I found out that there was a snake spotted around the area on the way to GZ but I didnt see one not that I was looking for one.**Thanks to 4 B Ninja's for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**

WWFM XXI - More Madness night geocaching run with nirgalagrin.Friday the Thirteenth - 11:58 pmOur last find before the clock strikes midnight.Lots of frogs out tonight. After completing the AdLab we headed over to the bonus cache.A short search soon revealed this one and our names were added to the log.Thank you for placing this Adventure and bonus cache to highlight the features in this area 4 B Ninja,s--- *The Wurundjeri seasonal calendar is made up of seven seasons. Poorneet (tadpole) season is during September to October. It is a gestational time celebrated by the Wurundjeri People. As Senior Wurundjeri Elder Aunty Joy Murphy Wandin describes it:**The grey clouds are shifting and we see glimpses of opening buds of light and sprinkles of magic dust everywhere.**Those fast moving little tailed poorneets (tadpoles) appear and there are lots of them. The male bulin bulin (lyrebird) has finished dancing, having found a female partner.**Pied currawongs call loudly and often, especially reminding us that the gurnmil (snake) and budjing (lizard) are awake and active.**Growling grass ngarrert (frogs) lay their eggs while the bubup mirrim (young kangaroos) are ready to leave Mums pouch.**The murnong (yam daisy) tubers are ready for eating, tasting a little like a radish.**A very colourful land mass of plants are still in flower, guling (flax lilies), garrong(wattles), hop goodenia, burgan, gunyang (kangaroo apple), terrat (prickly currants) and burrunbeet.**The sacred kingfisher, a migrant bird returns home from the north and a big celebration is held in its honour.**The temperatures rise, rain continues and the days and nights are of equal length.*

16:45Down the line after celebrating International Moon Day... I decided a walk through the wetlands between the showers would be fun.And it was. With two Adventures started and one of those completed, it was time to see if I could get a bonus find.So after a bit of a scrabble around, checking a few of the hinted locations, I finally uncovered the container. Thanks, 4 B Ninja's.Now I'm headed back in the other direction.#9042

#4628First find with both the old dog and new puppy. They did look like they were wondering what I was doing. Took a few minutes to locate but got there eventually. Thank you.

It was a good early morning for a walk round the wetlands with some early sun to warm our hearts and a well set out area. Lovely with both the wetlands and playground flowing together. It took us some time searching at GZ to find the cache, Mrs SKI finally locating it where Mr SKI had looked several times.Another trip to Tumut to catch up with family and collect some of our grandchildren who will be visiting for the New South Wales school holidays. We can never resist the opportunity to do some caching in our travels and this trip was no different. We focused on a few areas in and managed to complete a number of Ad Labs as well as traditionals, multis and puzzles. A couple of Virtuals in Wangaratta were an added bonus. We always enjoy searching with our grandchildren who managed to find a number before we did.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache 4 B Ninja's.**SKI Pair****

With our original intentions waylaid by a long winded multi we found ourselves in Pakenham visiting many sites via local labcaches and 2 virtuals, really enjoying the locations and scenery in some cases. We completed the 'Welcome to Country' adventure labcache which we thought was well set up using the interesting interpretive boards in the wetlands. Once we had the coordinates I let the fitter Triton head off to the final and sign the logbook We had no issues finding the container.Cheers 4 B Ninja's for the bonus placement, we are adding a favourite point for the experience.

I have had difficulty with this hide, with it being removed from original spot. So, in an attempt to make the find more enjoyable and accessible (and keep it in play), I gave a hint that disadvantaged previous hunters of not being able to find the hide. For that I do apologize. The hint now falls into line of the expectation of geocaching rules. The hint is now 3 words, and the difficulty rating has been adjusted, as it may take more time find. Happy hunting in this wonderful game we create.

This cache turned into a comedy of errors, largely thanks to me. With the neighbours dog we are currently minding, we successfully completed the excellent Ad Lab, however, my phone displayed that there were no journal entries. How on earth would we be able to find this bonus cache?

I read the hint, or at least thought I did. Somehow, I interpreted it as 'a log within a log'. With plenty of logs strewn across this area, Steve and I decided to split up and check each and everyone of them. The dog was having a ball, running back and forwards between us, but we were starting to feel a little disheartened by this stage. Once ALL the logs were checked, Steve checked his phone and read out a different hint. Ok, we’ll have another go.

We didn’t know it at the time, but we were so close. Again I didn’t pick up an important piece of the clue which then saw us wandering around in circles. Dog still having a ball

With the clue refreshed in my mind, what do you know? There you are you little blighter.

Not our best work, but we got there. Thanks for a fun Ad Lab and an interesting bonus cache 4 B Ninja's

(I have solved the mystery. Apparently both my Ad Lab and Geocaching apps needed an update. Steve’s phone was fine)

We found this cache on our Casey and Cardinia Cache Hunt. I liked the lab and then the bonus all within a short walk. What was even better was that there were three other caches in this park which made 9 finds for one stop of the car. Thanks from D & HA B-A

After attending an interstate funeral (virtually - technology these days!), I set off for a nice long drive to the event in Bunyip.

I completed this great adventure lab just as the sun was setting and then headed out for this bonus.

The description for this one initially threw me off as to where the cache would be. After searching for a while I checked the hint and discovered it was where I first looked, but not well enough. The log was signed soon after. A cool ad lab!

Thanks 4 B Ninja's for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Headed out to another SideTracked event, this time in Bunyip. Of course, we stopped for a few caches along the way.

This was our first stop. A 4Bs AdLab? Of course this was a must. Found the cache just as we were finalising tonight’s dinner plans.

Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, 4 B Ninja's

Heading out with OHC to a Side Tracked event and of course, made sure we had a little extra time for caching.
After completing this fun ad lab, we took the short stroll to GZ and made a nice quick find.
This is a very interesting area and we both enjoyed the fun of the ad lab.
Next stop was to pick up the CO and head off for dinner.
Thanks for bringing us here with the a/l and this bonus.
A favourite for the enjoyment.

Thanks again, I needed the hint with so many similar hiding spots.

Revisiting this DNF with a lot of hope in my heart.. as it turns out, last time we were way off. Today I appreciated the updated hint so a favourite point to 4 B Ninjas for caring

Quickly attended the AdLab…. A mindful of information.
Converted the coords and had a quick look and easily located the cache.
Nice new log book too.

With a few logs of hint not clear and some dnf. I went and checked how I could make this more finder friendly. I have added a clear hint (I hope) and a more recognizable container and made sure that co-ordinates were all correct. Thanks to those logging, it makes it easier for a CO to adjust when needed.

03-Jul-23
The lab went smoothly but after that, it all went wrong.
The checker said NO when we entered the bonus coordinates.
And since the hint is considered questionable, we were not really sure what to do.
With nothing obvious, we spent about 1/2 hour lifting and spreading those horrible, allergy inducing grass things. Eventually we walked away empty handed.
Thanks anyway.

Winter geocaching in Pakenham and surrounding's with Friends.

24-Jun-23
We looked at the provided coordinates without luck, although the area matched the hint. I tried entering the coordinates into the checker but checker said they were incorrect. The hide was too good for us. Thanks for the challenge

Beautiful Winters day so decided clean up all the new caches in my area.
Sl thanks for the cache & Adventure Lab

The AdLab for this cache was heaps of fun to complete and it's always nice to get a bonus. I struggled for the first part, but some friendly advice from the CO soon had me looking in the right direction. Except now the place was occupied by some youngies doing donuts in their 2stroke modified pushes! (Oldman yells at cloud)

The kids soon left, and I had the place to myself for a proper look. After checking the 700th spiky bush the cache was found. It turns out some fat-fingered idiot entered an 8 when it should've been a 5. Thanks for placing this one here!

Found your cache 4 B Ninja's, Thank you so much for placing it.

16-Mar-23
No luck today .. got a bit confused re description and hint .. nevertheless we searched everywhere but in the area there were many possible places to hide .. will be back

05-Mar-23
Cache has been removed, just trying to figure out how to update co-ordinates if adjustment is within guidelines

05-Mar-23
After a DNF was recorded, I went to have a look and it had been removed and area of original placement had changed, it has now slightly moved and rehidden, hoping that changes will deter muggles ... yet a hide that geocachers will recognise.

25-Feb-23
Hmmm... we went up and down the area looked under and behind things... no find! Looks like there's been a hang out of some sorts here wuth empty booze cans . Hint didn't really help.

Found after a bit of a search. The clue was offputting and I was about to give up when I just happened to find it.

Thanks for the cache and the Adlab.

I was dropping off my geokid at her cousins place nearby so stopped by for a couple of caches on the way back home and this was one of them.
Place was deserted and after completing the ad lab the cache was found straight away with nice accurate coordinates.
Thanks 4 B Ninja's for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Found by Omegaman1971

On my way home after a long day on my bike completing a new power trail down Gippsland, and I was absolutely exhausted but couldn't drive past this new adventure lab and bonus cache by the nicest cacher I know, 4 B Ninja's.

I was very surprised to find Gz and the nearby play equipment deserted, it was just me and the frogs.

Always love a adventure lab that is fun and educational, and this one certainly didn't disappoint.

Cheers for the cache 4 B Ninja's, favourite point rewarded.

We needed a cache to day to get the new souvenir and as there was a new lab close it was a no brainer that we would come here. We are so glad we did as the Adventure Lab was well set out, fun and also informative, you can not ask for more than that. Smile
After completing the Ad Lad we were rewarded with the coordinates for this cache and also where our trouble started.
I fat fingered the numbers and headed off to an area we could not get to. We came back and checked a different path and still it led us into the reeds. It was only then we checked and found our mistake, with that sorted we were soon at the correct GZ and the cache was a quick find as it was out in the open. After adding our name to the log we we decoded the hint and are quite positive we have returned it to where it should have been.
Many thanks 4 B Ninja's for the Adventure and this bonus.

As soon as this Bonus Cache got published I knew EXACTLY where the geocache container would be. We knew it would be right where I had hidden a geocache at the same time as the other 3 "Deep Creek" geocaches. However at the time that I hid them, before they could be published, Covid happened and stopped the publication of all new geocaches. When publication of geocaches was allowed again, I was asked to check all containers and the one at this final was missing, replaced with bear bottles. As such 3 were published and I went about making a replacement, that ended up getting used on Gembrook trail. Never actually got around to it, and well done for actually doing what I couldn't.

After the Warragul event, we had just finished brunch when thus got released. We instantly drove and parked in the spot I always use. Then slowly made our way thru the adventure lab. Not exactly sure why 2 adventure labs have the same starting point, or use the same feature, but otherwise we enjoyed it. Only.other mistake we came across was my inability to spell LAVA

Thanks for the cache and an enjoyable Adventure Lab 4 B Ninja's
