We are visiting Lake Entrance and grabbing caches along the way. Its been quite cold and windy, but there are caches to be had.Dropped off 2 x TBTFTC
The planets aligned, the radar was clear and I had itchy feet. I left home base in the mountains to see the sea and seek a few caches and complete a few missions at Lakes - glad I ventured here - this series was a bonus, the sun and the ozone were a plus too and I was happy trusty treadles AKA the MTB didnt mind the sand. TFTC and the FUN.
I continued my walk from the last cache, past water, which I initially thought might be the town drinking water, but then I read the heading of this cache and thought, maybe not. On the other side of the path was a golf course and a number of golfers were out today playing. I played around myself here for awhile trying to find this cache. I made the mistake of trying to guess what the hint referred to, instead of following the GPS. Finally I did follow the GPS to GZ and made the find. After this I turned around and headed back to the car. Nice walk. TFTC ItDaBear & Tambodog.

We have been out to Gelantipy to visit friends and deliver a caravan.
Travelling with +Wife and EveTheStaffy, we decided to spend a few days in Lakes Entrance on our way home.
Using geocaching as our guide, this is one of the places that we visited.
A nice quick find on a shiny cache.
Thank you for placing this cache and highlighting the area.

Nice quick easy find nice fresh logbook. Someone has been doing some maintenance. Thank you for bringing us to Lakes entrance as we are from shepparton area.
OHC and Mrs Papi arrived to find the contents scattered around. They tidied it up as best they could, signed the log and were on their way.
As you said, it has to go somewhere and the golf course does look great.
Not drinking the water makes sense but avoid contact is a bit of a worry.
Thanks for placing this cache and the information provided.

Headed out east this weekend to visit some friends. So obviously a bit of caching to be done before and after.
The cache and contents were strewn everywhere. Signed log and replaced everything as it should be. No wonder we’re not to drink the water, but “avoid contact”? That’s new.
Thanks for bringing me here by placing this cache, ItDaBear

The original tree has fallen down and has exposed the cache, so I have decided to move the cache a few meters. Good luck on the find!
Thanks for replacing the cache! This was the spot I first looked which made sense. All good now. No smell at this end today.
YAY - found The Poo Factory today. A quick find on a sunny winter's day. Thanks for the cache, it's been a while since I've walked or ridden this track.

Joint {*FTF*} with gwd.aussie and mezza74. Got notification of this new cache while away. As needing a cache today for my calendar organised a posse to race down after work. Cache quickly found and we were the first to add our names to the log. Now off to grab fish and chips.
