While we were hoping to hear a frog song as we approached GZ, we quite aware we may have seen a snake first. We looked in what we thought the usual spots - moved over a bit and the cache was in hand. Thanks to Bandit_Heeler for hiding caches in interesting locations. 36113

Found by Mary and David at 14:30. Loved the very appropriate container. Couldn't hear the song at GZ though, but we'd heard it earlier. A pleasant change to be off the freeway. Gets a FP. Our thanks to Bandit_Heeler.

#21036. Out and about collecting the odd cache for this month's Challenge. We have arrived in Benalla for a little cache maintenance and for some shopping. I had noticed this one published a while ago but this is our first time down here. The frogs were most certainly happy today after the recent rains. A nice green corridor we have not seen before.
Thanks Bandit_Heeler

We needed to go to Benalla for some cache maintenance and shopping, so we had to have a look for this, the only cache we have to do in the area.
An interesting suburb that we had not seen before.
The frogs were certainly enjoying all the rain we had.
A quick find of the cute cache, and as promised, no wet feet!
Thanks, Robmc.

Cool cache and it’s living up to its name

Thought we would try our luck and go caching before the rain arrived. Lots of bird calls and only a couple of frog songs this morning! A very cute container and SL at 10.30am. A nice little reserve with some enormous and impressive old eucalypts. Got back to the GeoCruiser just as the first rain drops landed on the windscreen! #9873 TFTC Bandit_Heeler - a lovely spot for a 1st hide.

#5208 A quick find with Mr BGFs muggle mum and the geohounds on Mothers Day. Only 76 metres from mother’s home so this was a most convenient hide and a cute one too. A lone frog was heard singing away somewhere amongst the reeds during the search. TFTC and congrats on your first hide.

Conversing with muggle partner on the phoneSmile and I was stating that a new cache had been publishedCool but I didn't really want to drive to Benalla tonight as it had been a loooong day![|)][|)] Eventually, though, I decided that I could manage a short tripRazzBig Grin and so Rex and I headed off to listen to The Frog's SongWinkSmileBig Grin
Arriving at what I thought was GZ, I was very confused as the coords had me in the middle of the road[?]Surprised[?]Surprised[?]

{FTF} Getting the early ‘heads up’ when the cache was published, I grabbed the head torch and the car keys, and was quickly at the site. With a few frogs croaking and the torch on my head, I started searching the most likely places. After stepping into ankle deep water and attempting to avoid raising suspicions from the local residence, the cache was quickly located. Good to get a ‘First to find’. It’s been a while!
