#5561 Final find for the day where our adventures took us as far as Tatura. Made this find about halfway home from Tat where after a short search we found the log in a ziplock. Is there a cache container thief in these parts? noting that the CO only just recently replaced the container after previously going MIA. Admired the impressive burl and the view towards Mt Major before hitting the road again. TFTC Zinnia94.

Oh Burly Boy! That were lucky! RazzWhat container? ....We found and signed the log though. TwistedWhen catnap777 and I came to hunt down one of my last unfound caches in a 50km radius of home, we thought we were going to miss out on this bad boy. Red FaceThen cat' caught sight of a scrap of paper that looked the size of something signable and sure enough, it was the remnants of our treasure. SurprisedWe added our names to this well weathered scrap (just below HansandLinda's mark) and placed is in a snap lock baggie snd stashed it nearby under a rock having had no idea of its proper hiding spot. [B)]The CO has been notified and plans a maintenance run shortly. [^]TFTC Zinnia94. Cool

dalerious and I were out grabbing some caches close to home to clear a 50km radius, because we can Cool.We arrived at gz and set to work looking for the cache. No matter how hard we looked, we just couldn't see it. It shouldn't be that hard.We widened our search and still nothing. I started to walk back to the car, when I noticed the log sheet in the grass next to the road. The cache container was nowhere to be seen.We signed the log, placed it into a plastic bag and placed that in a safe place. We have informed the CO of the logs where a bouts Big Grin. Thanks Zinnia94 for the cache.

After the week in Bright it was time to head home to Melbourne... via a longer than normal route so I could find caches in the Greater Shepparton and Campaspe LGAs... the things you do when you get bitten by the "challenges bug"... Now in the Greater Shepparton LGA, it was time to get serious as I wanted at least 13 Finds before leaving... A detour down a dirt road for this cache... fortunately the road was in excellent condition... and the cache was found after a short hunt. Thanks **Zinnia94** for putting this cache here.

Shepparton is an area that we often drive through but has never been a destination. This Kings birthday long weekend we made it our destination to tick off some caches in the area

Took a little longer than expected to get this and had to refer to previous finds, but soon had it in hand with log book signed

Yay

I was wondering what the burl in the tree had to do with it if it did and then it hit I got out and ran around the tree looking up so excited to do another cache and then I saw it I don’t know why I was only looking up. I grabbed the cache easy and struggled to reach the log book and then signed it so much fun TFTC.Expect The Unexpected.

The Coroilla did a good job getting us safely there[^][:X][^] and Rex really wanterd to run on the dirt road into the cache but that would have taken too much timeSadRazz so he had to wait until I got out at GZ to exit the carWink[^]Wink
