Easy find on a lovely sunny afternoon. We live across the Wade River, and can see the shed from home.
After spending the morning out with friends there was some time this afternoon to come out and collect a few more caches. We parked up nearby admired the rainbows and views and took a short walk to collect these caches. Once at GZ we noticed a geotrail which we followed to find this peanut butter jar.Surprised they have left the red shed, but we like it.
Found this one while on tour with CO flossieteacake. Lovely views up here. I enquired about the red shed, but can't afford $4.456M....
Thanks for the cache! Be a shame when they demo that shed, youll have to rename the cache to view of over priced housing.
**20,959**Another quick find here, although there was a car parked nearby, the occupants must have been off walking the track, as they were nowhere to be seen. TFTC
Out and about for a spot of cache detection on this mostly pleasant day of autumn. Mostly pleasant as this is where I felt the first drops of a shower for today. Anyway, I parked up and made the short walk to the obvious ground zero, which was also where the phone gpsr was pointing. This resulted in a super quick find. Nice to find my first non micro for the day. Also nice to check out the red shed; I do enjoy a good shed. I snapped a Pic to share. Cheers for the cache placement!
I like the scenery at this one to be honest , very picturesque. Took a photo . Many thanks Flossie
Took a little bit, but ended up finding it.Nice cache and a nice view from all angles.Tftc.
( ) Met up with merlot today for a day of caching, I bused up to Albany park n' ride, she met me there in her hybrid car, we're looking forward to a coffee shortly, and we're aiming to meet up with G-2 as well. But this cache needs to be found, and found it was. Shame the countryside is fast disappearing. Thanks ftc for the cache. Next time I come up here, house will be everywhere sadly.
Great to get around the back of the shrubbery and partially out of the fierce wind blowing while making the find here. Will be interesting to see the houses that get built around here. TFTC.
Nice to shelter out of the wind a bit here to make this find. Things have sure changed around here and unrecognisble from even 10 years ago. TFTC
Out withNet61 today to do some newish caches!Nice to get out for a drive in the country... especially as Net61 has had a really hectic week with family.Good to see the surprising Red Shed.....I wonder if will stay forever!Easy find here....
Notifications came out for three new caches so bundled the wife in the car after dinner was prepared and on the road only to come across a barricade in the middle of the road, so, backtracked to long bay and came in from the outer end, glad she came as having had recent back surgery it was going to problematic. Thanks FP the opportunity to get a {FTF} !!Loved the story about this lonely Red Shed and when we arrived the sun was going down adding to the solitude of the Shed and the fabulous view and the realisation of so many caches in the distance. This one was easy to get and nicely placed. Thanks!
