*Found on the 16 Nov 2024 @ 11:31am.**Cache find # 16053.* While in the area I headed around find a few cache that have appeared since my last look around the area.At first the coordinates had me a bit higher up the sloop than where the cache actually is and as It was a T1 I thought that I should have be3n on the path so I had a look at a couple of objects along there but while doing that the phone must have settled a bit more and I was now too far away from where I needed to be so I headed back down and this time I was a lot closer to the other path, I noticed something even though there are a lot around and decided to check it out and sure enough it was what I was looking for, the log was signed and everything was put back in place, I then headed off to see what else I could find.**Thanks to noelwas for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**
Wet but signed the best we could here today Travelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumulated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Saturn's day the nineteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A nice evenin and a nice hide. Fav. Thanks to noelwas for the fun and the adventure.
I'm getting to know different caches now which certainly helps. Log is damp & fragile, take care when signing. TFTC.
It's free public transport for seniors week, and I am making the most of it. Today I traveled to Rowville, as a couple of new caches had popped up in the area. The cache was in the first place I looked. Awesome.
Found 24 Aug 2024 at 1:16:20PMAfter helping out with a geocaching session in the library, I went for a walk around the area and picked up some caches along the way. Many thanks to noelwas for placing Rowville Community for us all to find. Driving past tonight after a tournament, I knew I had to quickly pick up a cache on my way home, so with the temptation of picking up some fast food on the way home, I stayed strong and did my daily cache instead. Arriving to an empty car park and park in general retrieval of the cache presented no issue, and the cache was signed and returned. Thanks for the cache and the little adventure.
A nice quick easy find of a well camouflage cacheFind number 8968 on 10 August 2024. Traditional CacheThanks For The Cache
Out playing basketball with the kids and thought Id wander over and have a quick look around for the cache. I looked in a few spots but couldnt see anything. I expanded my search, saw something that I thought might move, and there it was! So well hidden and such an exciting find! Thanks so much for hiding the cache!
I have been overseas and would have been unable to maintain this awesome loveable cache.enjoy.
We thought we would have a look here but no luck. Whilst searching, we had a member of team Rabbitto who was fairly sure he knew what we needed to find. Group decision was made that it is gone.
Due to the previous log, we decided we'd come by and take a look. After a few minutes of searching, we were greeted by a member of Rabbitto who was passing through. He pointed us in the direction of where the cache should have been. Looks like it's missing. Logging a dnf just to prevent others from doing the same. Looking forward to returning when it comes back online.
Today I spent a few hours on my own, finding a few things that were not too far from home including a nice walk through the bush in the dew soaked grass to warm me up for the day. This was a nice quick find on a nicely implemented cache which should last for a long time without being muggled so not sure why it needs to be disabled, it's in perfect condition. Thanks noelwas for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
Out in the area for work but had to get a smile on the map for Blue Switch day, after parking and a short walk I soon had the cache found and signed.Cheers for the cache.
With a day off school, time to kill, and a brand new drivers license, I headed to the local Rowville area to pick up two new caches that we hadn't found yet. This one had me going round and round in circles for a little bit, with the clue leading me slightly in the wrong direction. However, a little fiddle here and there, bought me the goods on a very creative and cheeky hiding spot! Log signed and replaced back to its spot for the next finder. A favourite from us for the hide! Tftc noelwas
Out with my daughter catching up. Walked from one close by and daughter made the quick find on a well disguised hide. Thanks for the cache.
I was in the area early morning to get a 1st to find nearby which I missed out on. In between the ANZAC Day public holiday and a weekend with everything pretty quiet, I did a few more finds while I was here. This was one of them. Started to think this was tougher than what I thought , until that epiphany moment and the hide was located.
I was on my way from Warragul to Glen Waverley for an appointment so I made a detour to find a couple of caches. This is one of the caches found today. I spotted the hide from 20m away, I guess experience pays off. I have been to this park several times over the years for caches. Thanks noelwas for the cache.
I recently [found](https://www.geocaching.com/live/log/GL1BYF5GZ) [maccamob's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=a50e4bd2-6d69-4af7-a203-19897cf3814b&wid=d7d970fd-eabe-4e82-bdcf-7ec780f9b514&ds=2) [Hobson's Choice (GCB91C)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCB91C_hobsons-choice) cache the other day which filled in a missing calendar month I needed for my [Jasmer](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2018/10/the-jasmer-challenge/). So I started looking at what other months I still had missing, when I noticed I hadn't found any caches that were hidden recently and so today I decided to change that.So after work I hopped in the geomobile and went to find [Rabbitto's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=73c5d89d-31a1-40cd-a46d-39742e099a93&wid=12d35391-0093-4263-8cfd-7f04c499ecdc&ds=2) [The Poop Tree (GCAMK5W)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCAMK5W_the-poop-tree), which filled in March 2024, so after making the find there I decided to make the short drive over to this one in order to fill in April 2024.So I parked at the [recommended parking coordinates](https://www.geocaching.com/seek/wpt.aspx?WID=f9d45a23-684f-423a-a8cd-cf9fa95a7213&RefID=18310374-d279-4485-9f5f-9befbc4242c2&RefDS=1) before continuing on foot over to GZ.I'll be honest this one initially had me stumped. My phone homed in on a spot a few meters away from GZ and I spent quite awhile searching other various beacons. Eventually, I ended up looking up and I saw something that looked a bit suspicious and with a bit more investigating the cache was found and the logbook signed. A big thanks goes to [noelwas](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8b7f1414-b405-430c-8267-4c1dcbe78ecd&wid=18310374-d279-4485-9f5f-9befbc4242c2&ds=2) for the fun and tricky hide today. TFTC.**Cache Maintenance Status**The camouflage looked great and blended in well. The cache container was in good shape and the logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.
A quick park and find on a trip to Dandenong to drop off a sold car. These ones are very clever. tftc
It was so good to get out and find a cache today.. I used to live nearby and have found a couple of caches in this area before. After finding a carpark I wandered down to GZ and immediately saw a hide I was familiar with. Thanks noelwas for the nicely considered cache,
Great to see a new cache not far from home. Needed one today for my calendar that I am trying to fill. Easy park and grab. Cool hide. Happy to be second to find. TFTC

{FTF} This was our closest unfound cache to home - for about 5 minutes. I was sitting at my computer when I saw an email flick up on my screen and out the corner of my eye, I saw the words "new geocache" and "Rowville" which immediately sparked a frenzy. I was out the door, into the car and at the cache in a jiffy. After looking around for a minute, I soon spotted the likely hide and was pleased to also see the blank logbook. This was our 112th FTF. It was also located close to one of our old caches - "Rowville Central" at the nearby playground, which was there from 2006 to 2009 till the playground was revamped (and it had just undergone a second revamp). A second geocache called "Roly Poly Fish Heads" by "beefmaster" was also located nearby in the park from 2015 to 2018. Thanks to noelwas from D B-A
