Even surprised a fellow cacher who was in the process of hiding their next cache! mind you, just because I know where it is doesn't mean I can get it!Cleaned up a few recent hides out this way - including another *SideTracked* cache. HUZZAH!###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Started with this one near the *Pipeline Trail* series.Came in from the easy, and the app wanted me in a logical spot. But nothing. Hmmm. Scouted around for a while before finally locating the hide.Completed signing duties and replaced. Onwards to my next target.SLTNLNTFTC
TFTC EscherGeo After a FTF on the newly published "Just a Normal Cache" at Manly Dam, we detoured to Frenchs Forest for this recently published cache before heading back home. I was at work at Mascot Airport when this one was published, so no chance of a FTF on it, but we're here today while it's still fresh.Parked the geomobile at the end of Loxton Place, then followed the pedestrian access pathway down to GZ for a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced the good sized container as found. We remember being here for a previous (now archived) cache "GC8FAGB Root loot" (find #3967), which was located on the other side of the track and just down a little from this one. Thanks EscherGeo for another cache in your growing collection.Find #6908
Having done a few other caches in the neighbourhood, we continued on to this one which was quickly found in its expected spot.
{FTF}I wasn't planning on geocaching today but being so windy our tennis was cancelled so I came over to Davidson to visit a friend instead.I couldn't find an entry point in Loxton Place so drove around to Wellman Park and walked from there. Being as it 3.5 hours since this was published I was very surprised when I opened the container and found the log to be blank.Signed my name and took a photo in case of any arguments then continued on my route.I did a basic log when I reached my destination and now home have elaborated. I have plenty of those containers! I hadn't thought of using them for cache containers, maybe now I will too.TFTC # 6133
