Have looked high and low and increased the search area. Looked at all areas that could hide a cache and still can't find it. There is saw dust around from a very large tree cut down.
A quick find here tonightLogged stamped and all returned to its dead end hiding spotTFTC
Great hide packed lots inside hunting on exchange with host family. It was a harder find than expected the greenery was hard. Tftc
This was the last cache I looked for on my walk around the area this afternoon. I took a bit of a scenic route towards GZ and then realised there was a far more direct route. Oops. Anyway I started looking around and was having absolutely no joy. I looked at previous logs and then decided to look a little wider. I then spotted something that required a closer look and found the cache tucked away. About 10m away from where my GPS was pointing. TFTC Uni and Medusa
Took a while in the cold and rain! Fell over onto a rock but eventually found it and left some Malaysian dollars!
My 4 year old son Brock Harrison managed to find this one in 33 seconds. Good fun!
Went on a 39 degree day, do recommend for cooler days. Walking on the pipe was fun
We went on a 39 degree day very hot so not recommended but we found it yay. Very scared we were going to get bitten by snake but we haven’t yayyyyy
Adelaide and South Australia Trip Christmas 2021/2022. Day 6. After my second day working from home I did not go out so today I wanted to get out for a bit. I just went down the hill and looked for a few caches around brown hill and Mitcham. I found one item at a familiar location I had never seen before. Caching is such an eye opening activity.
I have never made it round the back of this area, some very big houses in here. GZ was a bit out, but as I expanded my search I eventually worked out what the clue meant and found the cache.
Thanks for the cache Uni and Medusa

Not the straight forward cache I expected as there are numerous possible hiding places. Also as it hadn’t been found for 4 months I was a little unsure whether I was wasting my time. Perseverance pays though and after about 15 minutes I had CIH. Cache and log are both in good condition.
I’d love to go walking further in. 2 groups of walkers went past me and it’s only 08:30.

Great spot! The quality of houses in this area is insane. Cache was a little exposed so I added to the camo slightly, it's in great condition.
Great find with the kids! Lots of rocks to look under... check near the fire pit. Thanks!
A quick stop in the morning on the way to an event nearby, cache is all good TFTC
Quite hard to find due to the gps jumping. But finally found it not far from where a firepit... thanks!!
Thanks Uni and Medusa for this cache. Yes, it is rather eye opening to see some of the houses here. Check out those street signs, thats a bit ott, but what isn't in this suburb. I parked and arrived at GZ. Under a rock you say, crikey, there are a few rocks here. I will be honest, I spend quite a long time on this one. Most caches today have been time consuming, and this one fitted in with the scheme. After reviewing logs that said GZ was between 10m and 15m off, I widened my search. Tenacity won, and so did I, the log book has the mark of OZGrumpy. Woohoo. I must say, I was pleased to leave, the insistent beeping from the nearby house was driving me batty.
Today I drove by to collect a few caches in this area and target a particular cache for my D/T grid. This required a small walk along the creek from street parking. It looks like past visitors had trouble locating this. The trees did seem to bounce the coordinates around, so once I stopped focusing on GZ and started looking towards a logical spot that seemed to match the hint, I saw a familiar cache hide and sure enough the regular sized cache revealed itself. The cache appeared to be about 15 m away from GZ. Thanks.
Another failed upload of the log while out with the troupe of animals. Thanks for the cache and placement Pipe Dreams ___ Find Number #4772 at 15:00 Hours
Another Wednesday wander for some of the Puzzled Puzzlers group. A chance to go and find some of the puzzles solved by the members over time. Today's crew of myself, S.A. sewer rats, Blackadders all piled into the Owl mobile for little semi circle around the south eastern foothills.
We were initially fooled by the big long red herring and searched around it. Then I took a look at the clue and followed the GPS to where the clue made some sense. A short search and the cache was in hand. Dropped off a TB
Eenie, meanie, minie ...who am I kidding. ANY house on this street will do! [:o)]

Wow - this area is unbelievable. It certainly is interesting to see how the other half live. Ah well... I still put in my lotto tickets in each week. The biggest lie is that working hard gets you places like these. It's luck and opportunity and in most cases who you stomp on to get there Took coin, left Lego. Cheers.
Looked high and looked low, lifted rocks and checked all the dead ends but came up empty handed.
Found on our walk through Waite and Brownhill. Coords accurate and hint helped too. Signed log.
Found while working south of the city on my 24K circle of traditionals.
Managed to restrain myself from damaging the container when replacing

The first container I used for this cache lasted 13½ years, a Lock n Lock I think.
The second container lasted 1½ years until the lid cracked. A Sistema.
I've replaced it again today, with a Sistema again, so I guess I'll be back in another year and a half.
I also put in a new log book.
I also came here with Olga, and made her find it, so I can officially change the owner to our joint name now

Seemed like we were in the right place and searched for ages but no luck in the end. Nice walk though!
An good hide away from muggles.cache is in good condition. Thanks for bringing us to the area, it was a beauitful day which made wandering around the garden after a find all the greater. Tftc
On a Calorie-Smashing assault of the Carrick Hill area looking for many caches here i'm yet to discover, this one was to be found and logged as find #1611 on Sat 17 June 2017. Found reasonably quickly, (it was kinda tricky but [:o)]) at 11:00. The cache has a cracked lid and may let in moisture so I provided a Moisture-Muncher or 4 to keep the Log Book dry [^] TFTC Uni and Medusa
Today is public holiday (Queen's Birthday), a good opportunity to go outside, and find some caches. Today we went to Carrick Hill.
Unfortunately DNF for this cache. Maybe the cache is still there, and we just missed it. Will try again next time.

A not so quick find, but after a bit of bush bashing in the wedding suit had the cache in hand
Had a good look around, very late at night, by torch light. Might have to return during the day for this one.
I have replaced the container. I'm not sure this Systema will last the 13½ years the previous container did.
I should have also put in a log book, but unfortunately I accidentally put the spare log books into storage with my furniture today. I'll have to drop past again soon.

Found with help of kids. Container needs maintenance as one side broken on lid. Great hiding!
How long can it take to find something that is in the last place you looked?
Quite a while, if you just kept looking.... came from the wrong angle for sure.
At least it was there in the end!
Lid getting old, but still sits on with rocky help

A nice easy find. Log book quite damp and container a bit worse for wear TFTC 30/09/2015 6:55 pm Find #662
Yay my first cache. Nice hiding spot. The hint was fab. There are LOTS of rocks in the area and I turned over a good number of them until I paused and pondered. TFTC LNTN
Hunted for five minutes accompanied by the sound of the breeze in the trees and the scent of warm pine needles in the summer air. Enjoyable find.
Nice one. Brought our muggles in laws.
Secret Santa trackable still not there.
