As all the others, we too didnt read the logs beforehand else we would have replaced the container however we are claiming a find as we attatched a sticker with SASR on part of the structure with SASR,s revisit. Pictures taken. Thanks anyhow
A great place to rest in peace... Should have read the logs before having a look though....
Couldn't find this one
Presuming it's been destroyed by muggles :/
Great view from the top of the tank looking out

South Australian OZ Mega 2014 in Murray Bridge. A Twelve day trip to and from the mega. Plenty of caching along the way and near Murray bridge. A great time with lots of cachers all over the place to make for a very entertaining period.
I joined up with Sol de Lune for the lead up to the Mega and the mega itself. This was the second day exploring the Barossa, with Nurioopta the center of activities. Thanks.

Made my way to the top and then I checked the logs and found it was probably missing. Lovely views from up here anyway...
Went doing my friends the caches around mine and my cache was destroyed. Went back to this cache and it is destroyed as well.
Jaymths and TheMollClan couldn't find this one. There is a clear pathway leading to GZ, but no cache to be found. After consulting the "hint", it seems pretty clear that it is no longer present and has been muggled.

Sad to say this one is not in the cache and has not been for a very long time. It needs to be listed as "unknown" to stop it showing up in the inventory
Did you know that the CO can mark this coin as MIA by visiting the coins home page? It takes less than a minute but stops it showing up on everyone's searches
Cheers

Cache appears to have been muggled. Found on path way at steps to mausoleum.

A nice walk up the hill to stretch the legs and find muscles we didn't know we had! Thanks for bringing us to this spot.
Last time we were here was about 17 years ago, but on that occasion, we did not have a reason to climb the steps. This time, we stopped and enjoyed the view and grabbed the cache.
Thanks Rav 4 Raiders - Great spot. Nice easy find.

Haha, all my field notes say is: "Alpacas!!" An enjoyable weekend in the Barossa with Mrs Flipper and Moneydork. Thanks Rav 4 Raiders
What an awesome way to spend Miss PacketStorms Birthday, catching up with like minded people at an event and spending the rest of the day exploring the countryside caching!
This is what geocaching is about! Taking you to weird and wonderful places that you would never have gone to otherwise

Day 17.
Not an easy bike ride out of the valley and in to the wind this morning, but at least it wasn't raining at that point. What a steep pathway leading up to the mausoleum. I wasn't game enough to ride down it. I almost came a cropper walking down. Quite an interesting space behind the mausoleum. I wonder where the path goes. GZ provided a beautiful lookout over the valley. Also, magpie swooping seasons seems to have started, and there are more than a few camping out on Seppeltsfield Road at the moment! Have seen the palm trees on numerous occasions when visiting the area with my wife, but had never been to the mausoleum. Absolutely stunning view from up there. Made my way up to the cache while the girls were still climbing the hill on the footpath. Did not see the traveller in the cache.

Found on a huge day of caching which we are calling our Barossa Blitz. Mrs M just had to attend 'May the Fourth be with you' so our Barossa journey started with a trip into the city and ended on the back roads around Anguston a few minutes before midnight. At the end of an exciting but tiring day we had completed 77 caches.
Now this is why we do caching. FANTASTIC. We took lots of photos. TFTC Rav 4 Raiders. Favourite awarded.

this was quite a fun cache it was tricky for a while, and then we found it very good scenery. :0 ;0:)
After completing the Tour de France series and Five Oh series, we wandered around the area finding more of the caches and viewing the scenery, near Nuriootpa, where we were staying. TFTC
Was here many years ago with geo-wife before geo-kids. The view from the top is still good though today it wasn't shared (geo-grandchild needed minding). Thanks Rav 4 Raiders.
Wow, what an interesting find! This is one of the great things about Geocaching; get visitors to find some hidden, but fascinating, pieces of the local area. Without the reason of finding another cache we wouldn't have found this interesting piece of local history. Thanks again - hopefully more come here.
TFTC found by smallest geokid thanks for taking us to this spot - even though the road there is a bit steep!
On my way to the Barossa! From South Africa, visiting for two weeks to explore various Aussie wine routes and loving it! TFTC
Came across this one purely by accident without knowing there was a cache up here. I've driven past the mausoleum dozens of times but never ventured up to the top before. The weather was nice and I decided to take a hike up to the top on the way back home from a great lunch at Saltram's.
After looking around where the water tank was and admiring the view I started walking back and out of the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of something bright and colourful on the ground. I immediately thought "wow, i know what that is" and sure enough it was a geocache.

As we stood quietly listening we could just hear a violin playing in the distance (or was that just the fabulous wine?)
Found it No. 5430 ... what history this is after the walk and reading the plaques ... TN and left Chinese Coins ... TFTC Rav 4 Raiders
Have been to visit the Seppelts many times, but never been "tanked" with them. Tanks for the hide!

Noice spot, have come here many times prior to geo'ing, sadly no trackable coin still a great cache to find
As we arrived so did a tour bus but they choose not to walk up the slope, so pleased were we. Found the cache in good order the listed trackable Kingssports S is not in the cache. L 1 x TB T N TFTC
We went up the hill to check out the place while my sister stayed in the car. After a few minutes she called and told me there was a cache 100m from where she was, so I took my parents on a little bushwalk and my Mum spotted the cache. She donated one of her keyrings so I could take the little wooden bear that I LOVE!!
Got some interesting looks from the sheep next door. Great spot and beautiful view.
No GC and might need replenishment of some swaps. Thanks for making the effort to get to this great spot!! Made our day that much more exciting =)

Our last day in Nuriootpa, even though today was hot and humid but we were keen to finish off some caches around Barossa Valley before we move further north tomorrow...a bit too hot to walk up but Mr Bushies2 was determined to find it which he did. Thanks Rav 4 Raiders for bringing us to this amazing place and cache, worth a visit.
Have driven past this structure many times but never stopped to walk up and visit it. Great views from here and interesting history, too. TFTC
Found with BobGsa on our what appears to have become our routine Saturday geo caching runs! Came to the Barossa to wine and dine at the barossa valley estate. TNLF
I have travelled this road a few times and admired the family for having their own Mausoleum. Today due to caching, we parked the car and walked up to the top. Gotta love it! Interesting place and great views.

Found with Minnes as Team Prawnstars - killer hill but lovely location! No geocoin as promised though TFTC
Second visit. Last time it was missing.
This was at the very end of the day for me but just as I arrived a mini bus arrived and out poured a group of young girls all dressed in short dresses.
I let them head up the hill. Then I headed up and while they were carrying on I found and signed the cache.
I tried to sneak past them on my way down, but got roped into taking a few photos for them.
I headed back to the car, while they tried to walk down that hill in their high heels.

The hill was a killer (especially after completing a 10km run earlier in the day!). Have never ventured up here before, thanks for bringing us here.
Our first cache in the barossa and not to far from where we are staying. We toiled up the hill and counted all the millipedes going down the hill - millions.
We learnt a lot more about the seppelts during a guided walk around the winery.

I thought I'd already found this one, but it came up as not a find, so up the hill I went.
This sure is an amazing attraction.
Beaut day for caching, and photography for Ingrid!
No sounds of violins, just the sounds of cars driving past and not bothering to experience something special.
