Thought I'd see if I could locate this one (having found it over 10 years ago). No luck for me. Needs an owner check (or archiving?)
Spent a long time here. There are SOOO many hint items and none seem to conceal a cache. This hasn'e been found for a while so I wonder if CO could check this out. Beautiful spot however.
Found this one after a short wee search. In chch today keeping the kids entertained ready before school goes back. Tftc
Up in the big city for an event so time to spare before hand couldn’t find it so had to get the kids off the flying fox for help and a quick find tftc
Cache 205. Thought I was alone but just as I found the cache someone walked passed. TFTC
My 4-year-old is always happy to find a new playground, so thanks for bringing us here! Didn't take too long to find but I agree with previous logs that the hint is no longer relevant. TFTC!
Hey guys and girls,
Not to sure if cache is still present looked everywhere yesterday and DNF

Great wee park and location! Our 4 year old loved going through the cache! Thank you very much! Nearly missed it as we focussed on the bridge instead of following the gps..... Whoops!
Quick and easy but I wouldn't describe it's current location as being where the hint suggests. Tftc.
Almost missed it as I was too focused on the hint. Approaching from the correct side I soon spotted it. Tftc
It has been a while since finding a moneydork cache! Quick find and hope you are enjoying Oz Wayne!
Found it easily but getting to it was a challenge. Removed the item that has turned into a science experiment. Not sure if it was a mouldy old log or a couple of leaking batteries. Nice park. The children playing nearby were having fun.

Of all the places I've travelled in New Zealand, North Canterbury is definitely a favourite, and I would always find myself returning to what has become my home away from home, Rangiora. So imagine my delight when the 2015 NZ Mega was announced for Kaiapoi! Registration was bought, flights were booked, travel buddies were found, and catscatscats22 and Gaz'n'Kab were set.
With just over a week here, there was so much we wanted to do in such a short amount of time. Thankfully, my Australian comrades were very much used to driving long distances, so the idea of driving 4 1/2 hours each way to Dunedin and back the same day wasn't out of the question. And when that trip includes geocaching, my first ever wherigo, castles, pukekos, burgers, getting shouted at by crazy ladies, eating takeaway in a New World carpark and really, really steephills, I think we can all say it was worth it.
The Mega itself was great, giving me a chance to catch up with familiar faces from both Australia and New Zealand, as well as picking up some great caches in the area. We were joined by two of the younger GHIJKGardner lot for an attempt at the Geobingo, which took us to some fantastic places, and me to some very familiar ones!
Another day trip, this time to Akaroa, had us meeting with a friendly cat in a fish and chips shop, lots of sheep, pukekos, very sudden changes in weather, and fantastic views. Throw in another trip to Hanmer Springs, catching up with family, a very wet walk through a forest, pukekos, a 12 hour delayed flight, $8 coffee voucher compensation, and more pukekos, and you've got a fantastic trip with fantastic people. Until next time, New Zealand!
Thanks for helping make this trip, Moneydork

We headed over to New Zealand for a trip around the South Island, to visit the NZ Mega 2015 and Christchurch, and to explore more of this beautiful country. We were joined by catscatscats22 who had spent some time in the area before, and made for great company This trip was full of everything, we explored Christchurch, Hanmer Springs, Dunedin, and Akaroa all whilst managing to find a heap of caches along the way This one was next up for us today, so we pulled up whilst attempting the nightcache, and after a quick search of the area and we soon had the cache in hand and added our names to the logbook [^]

Well done to your grandneices for a nicely placed cache. I hunted in the dark with Riser5 & renelm.
After the prize.ceremony at the MEGA, it was finally time to do some night caches. Thursday evening, after arriving in ChCh I was too tired, friday, also too tired and pre-occypied with getting the cache-o-cachres. Saturday evening I had car-trouble (had to replace the car at the rental the next morning) - so .. now was the time!
We were 4 in the car: Riser5, Tikkitour, Tikki Tour and me.
This one was found as a distraction for another team that had arrived just after us.. we were actually on the way to the final coordinates of the nearby night cache, but decided on a detour to distract the other teams who had just shown up.
This one took a little time to locate, but there it was

Here for MEGA 2015. Found with The Seagnoid. Good to visit such a long lasting cache, thanks!
[green] Found by Edvern and myself while filling in time before Mega registration. Nice little reserve
What a lovely park for kids. This is one of the oldest caches I'll find today... possibly this weekend. Imagine those little grand-nieces are all teenagers now, lol. TFTC
Find #3841 a quick find whilst in the park picking up other caches TFTC
A Challenging day out around Christchurch with Gullivers Travels54 collecting many challenge caches and a handful of those in between.
I went one way and GT54 went the over, from the right point of view it is not to hard to find the cache here. We got the log signed and headed back for the car. I may have made a stop and had a go on the flying fox on the way out

After having to give up at a previous park due to it actually containing kids (quite a novel occurrence during these holidays I must sadly say...), we had no difficulty getting to gz here... Daughter was not too keen to get all the way near with no shoes on though... A nice quick find!!! TFTC!!

Cache for the day time.
Had already had one DNF today, followed by another too many muggles around, and with such hot weather, was almost ready to give up!! But the streak must be kept alive!!!!
So, decided to go and find anything that looked close and easy.
This ended up fitting the bill, so this way we came. And sure enough, despite having a bunch of kids here too, we were secluded enough to make the search, and found the cache dead easy!! Woohoo!!

Was catching up with a close friend whom I haven't seen in months and meeting my newest 'nephew' after work tonight when Caitie15 messaged me asking if I was keen to go hunting? Of course! Said my goodbyes, excited over their news that they're returning to chch to live in a few weeks time! Went off to meet Caitie15 who led us to this park in the dark. Wandered towards GZ, with GPS again showing that we were going in the wrong direction yet the distance kept getting smaller. We spotted what was likely to be the hiding place and spread out on either side. A few minutes C calls out 'got it- oooh there's TBs!' Took Flipper TB abd dropped in a couple of toys. Signed log. Thanks 4 the hide!
Being on student exchange in Christchurch for six months and part of the Austrian GC team Adlerkopf I had the task to find and log at least one cache in NZ and place some TBs there. IN: TBs TFTC

Took decoy dog for a wee walk this morning. No-one around at GZ and after a brief search I had the cache in hand.
What an awesome 'big kids' playground Found the cache then we all had fun on the flying fox. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
GPS led us to a likely looking spot and cache was quickly spotted, then on to the flying fox! Christchurch has some great parks Found with debsnz
After being stuck at home for the week because of our new arrival, we decided to go for a bit of walk. Searching for this last time in pouring rain was not ideal. Today was much nicer, and the cache was found quickly. Lots of potential hiding places here. Thanks for the cache.
After dinner in Belfast we decided to get a geocache before heading home .... soon turned into three. This was the first. TFTC
YAY! 3rd time lucky! At first I thought it was a piece of rubbish, on closer inspection I realised it was a cashe! Forgot to bring swap... will swap later... forgot to sign log in excitment! Will go back later to prove!
Left with a big on my face.

Got an opportunity to relocate a campervan from Christchurch to Auckland. With 5 days up my sleeve what better excuse, than to go find some geocaches along the way. Targeting certain caches along the way to help with the geo licence series in Auckland, so not a full on numbers mission, but managed around 70 finds over the 5 days. Thanks everyone for the placements.
Parked up here for lunch, I wandered over here to find this one while CB made the lunch. Nice hide!!

Had a look for this on our way to the earth cache at the springs but didn't have any luck - so many possible hiding places! Stopped again on the way back to the car and widened the search a bit and yes, there it was! Very pleased to have found this as it was a tricky hide. TFTC!
