Logs
Found! But didnt have a pen with me so could sign the log. Will come back one day when I'm back in the area again. TFTC
Is this cache in the right spot seemed way to easy followed the track and there it was TFTC
Found with icw. I didn't see any trolls or Billy Goats Gruff on my way to the cache. The day was cool and only one cyclist rode over the bridge while I was there.
We saw lot of Magpies and even more Noisy miners during our walk to GZ. A hyperactive Wombat also lives there as we noticed cubic poos at regular intervals along the tracks. Tftc.

Yes, a bit dirty inside but otherwise in good shape and easy to find. No trolls but lots of passing muggles. TFTC!
Glad I could send the Geokid to grab it. Set it up in a way that the log could hopefully dry. Put it back normally if you’re next to find.
Found it! But the recent floods took their toll. It’s still there but very soggy and a bit muddy. Needs some TLC and a new book. Great spot though. Perfect height for my 5 yo. TFTC.
We had the scooters today touring around this park and after a short heart pumping moment spotting a tiger snake and the previous search location we were a little more careful after that.
A nice quick find here, cache in great condition.
Thanks Alansee for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

This is a well used bridge. I wasn’t under there for that long and had three separate groups travel over my head. It was mighty gloomy underneath this morning as rain is imminent. Found in good condition. Thank you Alansee for placing and maintaining Plenty of Trolls for us to find today.
Find # 1119.

Took longer than I’d like to admit, but eventually something clicked from reading others comments. TFTC!
Did not find it but we love this track to ride so we will definitely be back for another shot!!

Loved this one but at 6 foot 4 required a bit of crawling in the dust

Needing some fresh air I headed out for a few caches.
Took the scooter for this one which helped having a helmet on at GZ.
Thanks to Alansee for the placement and fun.

And with the partial easing of restrictions, in that you can now go 10km from home, caching is back on for us
This was fun.
Having found the weather station cache and sasha, we continued our walk down to the bridge here. The paths were quite busy, however we picked our moment and the little ones went in for the find.
The log book, although a little damp, was fine to write in.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Alansee.

Great spot. Log is a bit damp but ok . Picked up a travel bug. Thanks . I will place it in another cache .
Catching up on late logs. Over here to visit my son who lives nearby. Enjoyed the walk in to GZ once I found a good place to park. Always good to visit trolls wh are at home.
Thanks for this one Alansee

Great TFTC. Was a wet day so muddy. And the noise from muggles was always fun.
its only taken 50 years to see the confluence of these two rivers, and there was a mighty flow coming down the plenty. Thank you for showing us this place.
Unfortunately the log was pretty wet. Not sure how?! In any case thanks for the cache showcasing a cool bridge!
Found it! Nice quick find after a pretty ride. The log is soaked though and probably needs replacing.
Earlier this week the Victorian Premier announced that as well as exercising 5km from home we can also exercise in the 5km around our workplace so I set off early for work this afternoon to do some lawful exercise here along the Main Yarra Trail.
It was a beautiful spring day with many people taking advantage of the weather and walking and cycling along the Trail. At GZ I was able to disappear off and reappear on the path without any muggles noticing me. Geocachers seem to have a lot of practice at being discreet.
Thank you Alansee for providing me with some exercise and a smile today.

Noisy environment from muggle cyclists. Lots of people out doing their 2 hours exercise! TFTC
> Took a detour on the trails today to visit the Trolls Lair. Thought a well ladden path but turned to a slick steep Moutntain bike track especially after the overnight rain. The trail was very very slick, slippery and not a lot of grip), so making the decent a little hair raising; little ability to utilise the brakes, but thats the joys of GC. It gets you outside, and sometimes out of your comfort zone. But never the less made it back to the main track.
Soon arriving at the location, i had a fair idea where to look. This process usually gets left to my other half but today, caching alone today it was up to me to find it . Found it relatively easy.

No trolls but plenty of bike riders crossing over and for an old bloke it was hard on the knees and back bending over but great to get a find in a great area. Thank you Alansee for your cache.

Ah ha! how did I miss it last time I was here? Oh well, DNF avenged. TNLN as this was an impromptu stop during my 'essential' travel. Scared me when the bikes went over. Nice day for cache finding. All in good condition. Its nice to find a cache in this area that is not a micro especially when the logbook is dry. I will admit I did need the hint and it did confuse me at fisrt but after a hint from a recent finder I was easily able to make the find. TFTC!
This was the first time in 10 weeks or so I had gone out seeking caches (I did find one a day or two before this, but that was kind of incidental).
A bit of fun here. It was very, very muggly along the path, but I was able to slip away and search for this one without being noticed. I had a fair idea what I was after, it was just a matter of being in the right place. A little reluctant to poke around too much I was, but fortunately I was able to get into the appropriate spot and spy what I needed to spy. A good feeling! TFTC

Couldn't find it My gps was glitching out quite a bit through. That might have been the problem.
Looked everywhere, my gps said it was less than a meter away and still could not find it
Spent ages looking for the cache, my phone said I was less than a meter away but it was still nowhere to be seen, will return another time with insect repellent.
This find ended up being a lot more fun than I expected it to be, mostly because it really subverted my expectations of what I was looking for. Initially, I volunteered to do the searching while my caching partner wrangled the geodog, and eventually I came back sheepish and empty handed.
After reading some previous log entries and re-evaluating the immediate environment at GZ everything clicked for me and I was able zero in on the location of the cache almost immediately when I went back and looked again. A tricky hide that was not at all what we were expecting. TFTC!

This was a good place to take a rest stop on the way out to Wombat Bend. The map suggested it was one side of the river, the GPS the other, and this time the GPS won out. Thanks Alansee for the long standing hide
A nice walk on a pleasant winters morning to GZ. The vertically exaggerated will be challenged as per the hint. TFTC.
Found @16:39 on my way home from work as the sun was setting and the rain just wasn't quite happening. Great cache! TFTC!
A nice one! I did not find it directly because I thought it was a small cache but then I looked at the size of the cache in the description, knowing this there are not many places when it could be.
A gorgeous Autumnal day for lovely walk to this cache with a nice quick find.
TFTC and a break from the hum drum and traffic... now to look for those birds!

No trolls, just plenty of spiders and cobwebs. I got down and dirty and eventually found the cache. Great spot.

The sunshine and gentle breeze made it such a perfect day for caching. But then again, every day is a perfect day for caching!
The warm sun and lush verdant growth were wonderfully soothing to my soul after a day spent working under fluorescent light.
The cache itself is in perfect condition. Though I was more concerned with getting the smell of onion grass on my uniform than confronting any trolls or cache guardians.
Thanks again, Alansee, for helping me knock out another Jasmer square in this serene setting crowned with glorious trees.
And you're right... Plenty River really is more of a creek. I'm surprised it even makes it to the Yarra!

Today Ausfox;, Neville_devil and myself spent the day caching around Darebin Parklands, Heidelberg and Ivanhoe. With the weather being a bit on and off (One minute the sun was shining the next the rain was pouring) but that didn't stop us enjoying the day out.
A nice evening walk in fading light lead us to GZ to begin the hunt. At 6ft4 you would think it would be one of shorter members of our caching group that made this find but no, it was up to me to make the find and retrieve the cache
Thank you Alansee for the placement and smiley

Headed up to Melbourne for a day of caching with SimsFamily and Neville Devil, was planned to be an easy day for me but as always doesn’t go to plan. The journey up the highway was in torrential rain which eased once we were in Melbourne resulting in an Great day caching.
Thankfully the rain was not present as the stroll to the Trolls lair was made.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Cache Alansee

I have ridden my bike many times past here, but always with a group of muggles. This time I walked in from Bonds Road on a very pleasant afternoon, and you get a whole different perspective on foot. Dropped a TB which I brought home from Yorkshire England.
Thanks Alansee, I liked this cache. I was coming down from the end of Bonds Road on the bicycle and stopped to look for this cache. It's a wonder to think how many times I have ridden over this bridge, little knowing that the cache has been here all this time. It was lovely riding weather and the cache was in excellent condition, plenty of room in the logbook and once I found my way to GZ, I was out of the eye of non geocachers. Thanks for the fun cache.
Third time lucky with this cache. It’s amazing how easy this is to find, when we look in the right place. Tftc
I must have cycled past this spot a hundred times or more. I remember that I had previously thought of stopping and looking for the cache but somehow never did.
Today we thought that we should take the dog out for a walk and I also needed a cache to fill in a gap in my 366 so this spot fit the bill for both activities.
At the GZ it took a bit of searching however I got there in the end. I dropped off a TB that I have been carrying for a couple of weeks. TFTC.

I went there today prepared to replace the cache only to find it safe and sound. And in its proper place.
