Logs
I drive past here at least couple of times most weeks, but every time I've stopped in to search for this cache there has been at least one muggle a few feet from GZ, making searching impossible. (This always seemed weird, since you wouldn't think it was a particularly high-traffic area, but there you go.)Passing by this evening just before dark however I finally managed to score the place to myself, despite three or four other cars in the car park immediately adjacent, and nobody to be seen...At GZ the most obvious type of hide for the location was eliminated, so I checked the hint and with a little lateral thinking about the wording turned up the container in seconds. An odd kind of hide - not so much hidden as seemingly abandoned - and at first I thought perhaps it had been muggled and left where I found it, but then again it did match the hint, so I'll assume that's how and where it's meant to be.Signed the log, replaced/hidden as found. Thanks for the cache, pprass - good to finally cross this one off my list/turn it into a smiley.
Log, more when I'm home in Germany in 6 weeks.Danke frs Legen und PflegenGru von der DeichhexeMotto: Ich bin vom Deich, ich darf das! 22 September 2024Another day closer to being finished with this challenge, with myself having dinner with some friends just around the corner. I thought to myself, why not cross out this simple trad that I have seemingly been putting off for no real good reason. Finding a nearby park, I quickly made my way over to GZ and spotted the little guy almost immediately. Thanks for the cache and the little walk.
TFTC! 28 July 2024 4:33:28PM 8276 thanks to pprass for the cache! Quick find, thanks
took us a while the hint was some help, make sure u pay attention. hope you find the Buried treasure
Pretty and really random lil spot with a museum, lake and beautiful houses. Tftc!
With the bestie Blazertriaz and totally agree with whatever BT wrote in her log. Tftc
On the way back from the city, I decided to take MsSmokeyBear on a visit to where I grew up and where I now work. We decided to grab a cache while we were out here. Took a bit to find and was being stalked by a fuzzy Cache guardian, but all good things when we found it.Log book though is saturated. Hopefully th signature is still in there but I fear it will run away with the water logged book. TFTC
Heading across town to mind a cat over Easter... and took some time out along the way to chase out some caches in the less familiar (caching) territory of Monash LGA... all for a rather big challenge that I am working on. After buying some lunch nearby, I wandered over to this rather pleasant location to hunt out this cache. Thanks **pprass** for this cache.
Exposed and easy to spot. So we covered it up a little . We also got our first trackable. Yippee! Also what a beautiful little garden spot. Tftc
A nice quick findThanks pprass for your fantastic efforts and for contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails, Deanside
Found it after a bit of a wonder! First time doing this so it was a bit confusing on how to do it but yeah, it was fun! Be careful of the bugs though! There was lot
Chose to grab this cache while collecting unique LGAs for us. Quickly found cache and replaced the soggy mess of a log with a new stone paper book that will hopefully fair better in the damp. Tftc
Pretty easy to find. We have been looking all day at many areas and getting our hopes down. So finding this really lifted our spirits! Going out again!
A nice garden I hadn't been to in a long time.
Worth a stroll around.
Log has seen better days, a bit waterlogged.

We had DNF'd this cache about 4 1/2 years ago, however Geo-Dad and Geo-Son were driving past it during some father-son bonding time and decided to go and have a look to see whether we could avenge this DNF. After looking back through previous logs it seems that the cache was indeed missing when we had DNF'd here last time and our eyes weren't playing tricks on us, as it was a quick find today. Tftc pprass
Beautiful garden - I come to the library here all the time but didn’t know this path existed - beautiful - TFTC
Dropped past here for a few reasons.
Anne Zahalka exhibition in the gallery which is worth your time. My father in law’s ashes are spread on these grounds and we were having my mother in laws 80th birthday at Wheelers Hill across the road.
Thank you for your cache!

Had the entire morning to myself and I started looking at the geocaching map to work out where I wanted to go. Then I remembered that I needed an old geocache in the Jells Park area. Lots of Multicaches too, which I'm trying to collect more of. Only problem with doing all the Multicaches at the same time is trying to organise the order to minimise the walking distance required.
Nice quick find which gave me more time to stroll around.
Thanks for the cache PPrass

This is why we love caching. The hide took us to a place that was fantastic, great garden sculpture and wonderful photography exhibition. Then off to lunch with friends.
Thanks pprass. Quick find and a nice spot. Will have to make time to come back and visit the museum some time. Giddy up
Took a detour on my way home from work to get this one. Lovely park, have been to Gallery but was long time ago. Quick find today. Log book damp and tatty but managed to sign. TFTC
This is near my house, and actually the third time I've taken people to find it as an intro to Geocaching and emancipate them from mugglehood. First time I found it was probably 10 years ago or so.
However, it's the first time I've logged it.
Thanks for keeping this one available!

Had a delicious lunch at the MGA before wandering out to grab this cache. Lots of muggles around so had to bide my time pretending to be looking at the gardens before a quick grab and sign. This is a beautiful environment and we were envious of the people living looking onto these gardens.
All the times GT37 and I have been up and down this road, we have never taken the time to stop and make this find. Today we made sure we had the time to have a look for this cache and we are now rewarded with a smiley. Thank you for placing this cache and maintaining it for so long.
At last we have found this cache. I had been leaving it for a rainy day whilst I was completing my streak but that is now complete so I can find everything that I left. Thanks for keeping this cache going for so long.
Just a very gentle walk today since I damaged my ankle caching yesterday.
Thought this looked like a nice and easy one to keep up my streak.
Beautiful location too. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited this gallery, I’ll have to come back another time soon to have a look inside.

found the magnet only. replaced with a magnetic mint tin. nice location and you don't need to enter the garden bed.
The JAMS team ( JJ52,Allister w, Mogni, and sir_spectre minus mitchell&hound ) we where out for there usually monthly caching adventure. This time it was to Victoria for the Whittlesea Mega. We left thrusday morning and came back monday We targeted as many Vic LGA's on the journey there and back plus trying to get some extra's around the " melbourne CBD ". A few letterbox D/T's that don't exist in S.A. where stamped and selected D/T's in victoria for our fizzy grid only using victorian caches ( 11 to go before this trip for me ). Where possible old caches where targeted in the missing LGA's ( 2000 or 2001 ) or caches with high fav points. This filled holes in some of the teams Jasper grids. The recent rains caused localized floods that caused a few road closures that slowed our team down and meant we didn't get all LGA's targeted, we where also slowed down by the parks that have turned in to marshes with the rain. Also one tree was climbed which was a record low for the team. It was good to catch up with some teams we have seen for many months or a year or two at the mega and meet some new teams as well.

The JAMS (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) crew went on a MEGA adventure. We all managed to get a 5 day weekend so we made the most of our trip out of state. Our main targets were old caches, different LGA's and those that have lots of favourite points plus of course the MEGA and all the caches put out in celebration
Thanks to all those who have placed, hosted events and kept all the other caches alive for us to find.
All caches signed as JAMS.
Thanks to pprass from mogni

The JAMS team (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) have hit the road again, this time heading to the Wittlesea Mega event caching along the way. We had various goals that we wanted to achieve on our 5 day road trip concentrating on old caches, LGA's, unusual D/T combinations and caches with lots of favourite points. [^]
We covered a lot of ground and had a fun time touring around Victoria. We also really enjoyed the Mega and caught up with lots of people, some we hadn't seen for quite a while. There was plenty to see and do at the showgrounds and we managed to fit events, labs and the maze while we were there before heading out to find more caches.
We were lucky with the weather, which turned out to be much nicer than what was forecast and we were able to get out there and find the caches we had targeted. All in all a great 5 days.
Today was a day of driving around Melbourne finding caches in different LGA's and another couple of oldies. [^]
Thanks for the cache pprass.

Absolutely no luck here at all! I really think this has to be missing, we searched for ages and very thoroughly in all the areas around GZ even in the places that didn't match the hint! Maybe we're just completely blind but we really think it must have gone and could do with a maintenance check! Thanks anyway, at least it's a really pretty area to explore....
