Called by today to check on this cache and while I'm sure it is probably still there the combination of lots of fallen trees and blackberries have made accessing GZ virtually impossible
As the intention was to bring cachers to the area to enjoy the waterfall, not to be hard to find, I am archiving this cache

Out & about with my friend & our dogs...we came to Basket Range to take a look around & grab a few caches...it was a gorgeous day for a Sunday drive...
So many trees have come down...and blackberries...blocking the way...I had a look as best I could...don't know if it's still there or missing but will need checking...thanks

Found out with GeoGrandma & GeoCousin bit of climb across the creek, dropped cache & rolled down back retrieved it & placed safely back. TFTC TNLNSL
Today we headed out with earthlight to go find some caches and get out of the house for a while, you could take the name two ways as i slipped a couple of times but i didn't see any waterfalls lol. TFTC and cache is in great shape. TFTC
What a lovely spot to stop and find a cache. The waterfall was flowing and could be heard from GZ. The previous signer said that they were looking for magic mushrooms so looks like muggles found it and replaced it without damage. It was exposed so I added some more pine needles to cover the precious cache. Thanks Four Fun for the adventure.
One of a few found while up in the hills on a rather dismal day, weather-wise, after a FTF hunt.
Thanks for the cache four-fun

Beautiful spot!! Even close the Christmas the creek is flowing down in the valley!! A lot of very vocal birds, mostly parrots...

GPS was locked to the road. As I wandered around hoping it would let go, I tried a few spots in a desultory manner. Well what do you know? Here it is.
This is a favourite spot for riding my bike. Down to the bottom and then choose your painful climb back up. TFTC

Was found by muggles on the same day who got into the spirit of things and logged and left a something for the next cacher. I TNLN but was pleased to find one!
Out with Earthlight on a long-planned caching trip. A delightful drive through the Hills, which was turning on some autumn delight. Earthlight had already found this cache, so sent Owl out in her court shoes, which were not at all suitable for clambering over mountainsides. She completely failed to locate the cache until she was gingerly finding her way down again. At least the view of the waterfall was great!
Found @ 11-00am with Poppadon. Not ezi find, nice spot, watch slippery undergrowth. TFTC.
Found with XBRmob at 11:25 am. After a lot of looking and an attack by a blackberry bush resulting in torn jeans the cache was in hand. Nice view, very picturesque this time of year.

Yes, not so obvious. Nice waterfall though!
Got asked by a passerby if I'd found any magic mushrooms as I was just about to drive off. Never had that happen before!

Day 5 in a row for 31 days of caching in August. Luckily I have this week off to drop the geodaughter at a course..which = all day caching. Joined by Mrs. M from Aussie M&M and Honeysucker for todays frivolities. Found the cache easily enough. Enjoued the view and am very glad you DIDN'T put it down there. Thanks four-fun
Found the cache and yes there was a lovely waterfall to look at nearby. Photographs were taken and Brian and I enjoyed our last cache of the day. Thanks four-fun.
Not a lot of room to park but found a spot and found the cache and then out of there.
Mr & Mrs M-SEZ went for a quick drive around the hills today and grabbed a few caches on the way. This is such a beautiful valley and the creek was running nearby over a small waterfall. Mr M-SEZ made the find on this one. Great to find an older cache every now and then. Left a calling card. TFTC
Found this nicely hidden cache pretty quickly and then went for a short stroll to admire the waterfall which had a good amount of water going down it. Took small piece of tiger eye stone, left several animals and signed log. TFTC with a nice view
I'm new to geocaching and was surprised to find after all this time there has been one in my very own backyard!!
Great spot, beautiful view, will make sure to keep it safe when I burn off.

Took us a while on this one. It was the first place we looked but somehow we didn't see it.. oh well found it in the end TFTC
Mr Tardis went for a drive in the afternoon with Toddler Tardis, and this cache was the destination. We haven't seen these falls before - quite unexpected - and surprised that they were flowing this time of year. Will return in winter to see them after heavy rain.
Took a few minutes to locate the cache because there were a few spots to check. SL. Thanks for the cache four-fun.

Was told to go and find this one so I went after work. Forgot how twisty the roads where. Good find though thanks
After an extended break due to illness was good to get back geocaching. A lovely little area populated by local hoons quite regularly. Took Geocow and left Jim's and Michelle's Heart TB for their initial drop off. This cache is just down the road from Camelot Castle where we got married so was in an awesome spot for a drop off. Also left Gallotia's GCC TB as I have been holding onto that one for a little bit too long. While in the area, take some time and stop in for a feed at the Camelot Castle. Never disappoints!
A great part of the world around here. The road is quite dangerous with it being only one lane and encountering a few trucks on it. Number 5 of 6 for the day. Took Tigger, left Buddah. Cheers.
A great spot quickly found the cache before admiring the views of the nearby falls, great spot to visit in the spring TFTC
Found with a small group of adventurous geocachers the day after the 11/11/11 event at the Thomas Hill Study Centre.
We ran up the hill in anticipation of another find and admired the lovely waterfall before returning to the car.

Found while out with a group of fellow cachers attending the 11.11.11 event. What a beautiful waterfall - would love to see it in full flow after a heavy rain. Thanks for bringing us to this lovely piece of countryside.
have been past here so many times and even setup a flying finish for a rally very nearby but this was the first time i noticed the waterfalls

If any one wants to cache in trash out, please look along the creek line a little to the north. There is so much rubbish in what is one of Adelaide's catchment creeks. Please do what you can to help clean it up.

Not necessarily in an obvious spot and to boot, one wasn't helped by a wandering GPS. Took A TB. Thanks four-fun.
Thank you four-fun for bringing us here.
The find was straightforward, but what a mighty fine part of the hills to visit on a glorious autumn day.
The leaves of the vines and the deciduous trees are changing their colours and there are so many fantastic vistas.
To my delight the ground all around GZ is currently sprouting fungi all over the place. And not just your everyday garden variety fungus. There were different types all with their own peculiar beauty.
The waterfall was an added bonus.
I can recommend this spot in autumn.

geoD missed the GPSr indicated turn for the cache we were headed for, all this meant was that we did this one earlier than planned. We pulled off the main road in to the side track and commenced the search. As the temp was beginning to rise by this time we had wussed out and left the gCAV running with the aircon on. The search was taking longer than anticipated so geoD returned to switch the motor off. On his return he noticed a likely couple of hides and found it in the second one.
Rather than reverse out on to the main road geoD elected to take the gCAV further up the track in an attempt to find an area to turn around. This resulted in a couple of pant dirtying moments as the gCAV found a number of deep mud tracks from wetter times that forced the vehicle sideways on the steep hillside! In the end the gCAV proved more composed than it's occupants.

What a beautiful spot. TFTC. I have a video to upload of the waterfall flowing in the middle of an SA summer.
Having left a mates house after bringing in the new year, we decided to head down to this cache and make it the first for 2011. What we thought would be a nice quiet road ended up having about half a dozen cars come down it in about 10mins! Nowhere2Bseen found the cache... I tried to get to it, but managed to walk througha spider web (yet again - I swear this is becoming a habit with me a caching), and that was it, I was not venturing any further. We signed the log whilst sitting in the geo-ute at 1:11am on the 1/1/11. . Nowhere2Bseen placed the cache back while I waited for him... bugger those spider webs!! [:p]
On a quiet country road, in the middle of the night we stopped off to do a cache at 01:11 on the 01/01/11.
As it turns out the area is not so quiet after all, after several cars going by during our search of GZ. Uncovering the cache and taking it back to the Geo-ute to sign the log.
Waiting a while for the traffic to subside I then placed the cache back where it was found.
First one for 2011

A quick find while on the way home. This is actually quite a nice drive. TFTC four-fun.
Second time here and we stumbled over this as we were following the GPS arrow on an overcast morning .
So easy this time - last time we were here, our search area was 3 to 10 metres further south of GZ - atmospheric conditions maybe [?].
Anyway, took Firesafe GC. Left car. SL.

Found on a Sunday drive. The falls were flowing. What a serene spot, I coould stop here for a nap if there weren't so many other caches to find.
one of twenty nine for the day! TFTC SL The name of the road ...... Hunter road, is derived from my grandparents Ruby and Frederick Hunter who used to live here! Their old cottage is now a B&B.
Could have sworn we've been here before, but nope.... managed to get the car off the road and found the cache very easily - not covered very well, so we were a little bit more thorough when rehiding. The waterfall was doing quite nicely which made for some nice pics. A nice spot to drive through on a cold winter's morning. TNLNSL.
A nice quick find on a "short" detour home.
You were right about it being slippery in winter.
A nice little waterfall was flowing though adding to the ambience.

Summer in South Australia, water in a waterfall, not possible! Great Cache, Thanks Four-fun.
Just loved this cache and the view that went with it.
Would have been interesting climbing the falls .
Water still running and a relaxing spot on a hot day.
Never knew this place existed.
We parked just below the cache so an easy find for us.

The water was still flowing over the falls. Must be fed by an underground spring. Cool day so it was a pleasant short walk from where I left the car to the cache and falls. TN. L: Chevalier Errant TB. TFTC
Everywhere else I went today there were huge crowds of muggles. This one was well deserted. Waterfall was flowing. Very nice spot.

Spent a lot of time here, searching from 1 to 3 terrain, but couldn't find the cache . Didn't have logs that went back far enough to use Freddo's co-ords and the obvious spot didn't reveal itself - our only DNF today [xx(].
The waterfall was great and still flowing noisily , so it was great to come here anyway.
We'll be back. . .

The GPSr was all over the place here, but reading the past logs the possible hides were narrowed down to a limited few. The cache was found in the first place I looked.
And the falls looked and sounded pretty too.

Accompanied with Lava12, Excellent hidden spot. No swap. SL. Across the road - see the waterfall so beauty (pics). Thanks Four Fun for organising the cache and hunt.
Freddo's log says it nicer than I would have written, so here goes:
"As a member of a group with over [s]5000[/s] 3200 cache finds under our collective belts we expected to find this cache. Not. Had trouble even getting a lock at GZ. EPE accuracy never bettter than 20m. Obvious spots nil. Caches found nil."

I better not say what happened with the car. No obvious spot. As the GPSr gave up on us, we looked in an area 150m square. Nothing. Didn't have the frog's numbers but they might have helped?
I wonder if the cache was where the fire was?

Found on a lovely winter's day out in the hills. Looked especially good today with lots of green hills and flowing water.
Looked in the obvious spot, no cache. Read in the description that it may not be in what people thought would be the obvious spot so started looking further afield but with no luck. Went back to the first obvious spot and looked a bit harder and there it was after all.
Can't believe we are the first ones to go here this year as it is a really nice area.
Looks like there used to be quite a few trees on the edge of the falls, but just freshly cut stumps now.

Have never seen this waterfall before. With the afternoon sun shining on it and a respectable flow of water coming over it was a sight to remember.
However back to the cache – as Mrs. A found this, and the previous two, while I was wandering around trying to get Satloc I am beginning to wonder if I am better off relying on her instincts rather than the GPSr!
