S40 50.621 E145 o7.612 CIRCULAR HEAD COUNCIL

I saw these bins outside a property near Smithton. Smithton is a town on the far north-west coast of Tasmania, Australia. It lies on the Bass Highway, 85 km north-west of Burnie. At the 2016 census, Smithton had a population of 3,881. Smithton is the administrative centre of the Circular Head Council. The emblem shows a circular arrow around the Nut which is at Stanley and an off shore island.
