MOORABOOL SHIRE COUNCIL

I found this wheely bin in Bacchus Marsh which is in the Moorabool Shire. The name comes from the Moorabool River which flows through the shire. Having seen the emblem in colour I am guessing that the lower section which is blue represents the river whilst the upper section with the wavy lines i green and again guessing may represent ploughed paddocks.
