DNF not sure if its been moved, removed or I just couldn't find it due to the other rubbish

I saw it as I approached! A couple people saw me laying on the ground and looked at me funny needs a new container because the lids broken!
Not sure if I didn’t look in the correct place, started from the corner post and worked both ways high and low, unsure and will check again
Container is rusty and just holding by duct tape, it may want to be changed
(DNF) I couldn’t find a wire anywhere or maybe I wasn’t looking hard enough
