Found it but without the actual cache. Just the paper. Looks like someone run off with the cache. I've notified the owner.

Thank you Sensible Sis who assisted me with this. It took me 4 visits before I found it.
When to go find it, then the guy driving past said it's location. Found in 2 seconds.

Too close to private property. Owners confronted us. We explained but we left shortly after with no findings.
Found it, but wasn't easy. But I am sure some of the veterans could find it with much more ease.
Couldn't locate it. Nothing was leading me onto the cache. Checked both sides of the bridge as thoroughly as I could. Will return again soon.
Very easy. Watch out for the friendly neighbouring spider that lives near it.
