I had found this before in 2013 but was using it today to let a companion learn to find some caches. Love this one. Very well done.

Good cache. Could not find at first as my GPS steered me about 3 m away. 
 
Parklands Grange
Good cache. Gave up on the GPS and then I found it about 8 m away. I had given up and gone back to the car. Then something caught my eye and I realised where it would probably be.
