Finally found it after a tip from ChrisRG. Road has a different name in UBD and on signpost.

Found the waypoint but wasted a lot of time looking for the cache. Didn't find it, kids very disappointed. A lot of roadwork and building in the area, perhaps cache has been disturbed?
Found by Josh, good fun cache, thanks! Took 2 keyrings, left 2 puzzle toys.
